o be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service to the original

urchase for one ( year from the date of purchase. nauthorized modicaon or alteraon of the

roduct, improper installaon, and failures from inadeuate inspecon, maintenance or abuse of the

roducts will void this warranty. If any Proximity manufactured product is or becomes defecve during

he warranty period, Proximity will, at its opon, either repair, exchange or replace defecve unit. The

urchaser should contact our ervice Department for service. Proximity reserves the right to make

esign changes in manufactured products built and/or sold by them at any me without incurring any

bligaon to make the same or similar changes to previously designed/built and delivered units.
