o be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service to the original

urchase for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Unauthorized modicaon or alteraon of the

roduct, improper installaon, and failures from inadeuate inspecon, maintenance or abuse of the

roducts will void this warranty. If any Proximity manufactured product is or becomes defecve during

he warranty period, Proximity will, at its opon, either repair, exchange or replace defecve unit. The
