Thank you for purchasing the innovative PureMate 4L
Evaporative Air Cooler PM 777. We wish you many years of
healthy indoor air with this efficient and effective product.
ALWAYS use the appliance only on the voltage
specified.

NEVER immerse the product or power cable with water
or other liquids.

DO NOT leave the appliance unattended around
children.
-
DO NOT insert any objects or fingers into any openings.
-
DO NOT use around heated surfaces, open flames,
flammable substances or in direct sunlight.
-
Please turn off and unplug the appliance before
cleaning or maintenance.
-
DO NOT operate if there are signs of damage to the
cord, plug or appliance. Do not attempt to repair or
adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit.

NEVER tilt, move, or attempt to empty tank while it is
operating. Ensure the air cooler is in an upright position.

NEVER cover or restrict airflow to the air cooler whilst in
use.

Dispose of used water, this is NOT suitable for drinking.

When the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period,
please turn it off, unplug it, dry it, pack it well, and store it
in dry cool place. Please ensure water tank is always
emptied before storing the air cooler.

DO NOT leave water in the unit when not in use. ENSURE
fresh water is added every use.

DO NOT run the cord under throw rugs, runners, or similar
coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic in the area
and where it will not be tripped over.

DO NOT use the appliance for any other purpose than its
intended use, as described in the manual.

This air cooler is for indoor use only. DO NOT use
outdoors.

Avoid the use of extension cables to prevent risk of
overheating and re risk.

This air cooler may be utilized by children aged from 8
years and over and individuals with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge HOW EVER they must have be
supervised or instructed concerning use of the
appliance in a safely and understand the hazards
involved.

This appliance is for domestic use only. It should not be
used for commercial purposes.

ENSURE to follow the cleaning process detailed by the
manufacturer. DO NOT attempt to clean in any other way.

DO NOT add any other liquid than water into the ice
packs.

Only fill the water tank with fresh water and-or ice cubes
made with fresh water.
-
Unplug the appliance when refilling and cleaning.
-
In the rare occurrence the unit should malfunction, DO
NOT attempt any repairs. All repairs are required to be
taken out by a professional. Please contact PureMate
Customer Services.

When using ice packs, condensation may form on the
surface of the unit. Ensure condensation is wiped to
prevent slipping hazard.

COMPONENTS
REMOTE CONTROL
CONTROL PANEL

POWER ON/OFF: Turns the air cooler power ON/OFF.
MODE: Press to choose from 3 different breeze patterns:
SPEED MODE: When the wind speed is high, after running
for 30 minutes in the high speed of natural wind, it will
automatically switch to the medium speed, after 30 minutes
then switch to low speed.
SPEED: Press to choose from 3 different breeze speeds:
TIMER: Press the timer button to activate the timer function.
Each time the button is pressed the timer will be increased
by 1 hour up to a maximum of 12 hours.
SWING: Press the swing button to activate the vertical
louvres oscillation. Press again to stop the oscillation.
Press the ON/OFF button. The device starts operating.

Press ON/OFF again and the device will stop working.

Before using the air cooler make sure that it is on a flat and
stable surface. Damage may accur if it is placed on an
incline.
Set all switches to OFF position, then insert the plug
directly into a standard AC socket outlet. Be sure plug fits
tightly into outlet.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

ICE PACKS
FILLING THE WATER TANK
Add clean water to the ice packs and fill two thirds of
the way.
-
Put the ice packs into the freezer until completely
frozen.
-
Open the top cover and place the frozen ice packs
into the compartment for enhanced cooling.
-
Turn off the air cooler and unplug from the power
socket.
-
Turn the water tank locking clip clockwise 90 degrees
and gently pull the water tank out until it stops.
-
Fill the water tank with fresh water to the maximum
water level.
-
Carefully push the water tank back into position and
turn the water tank locking clip anti clockwise 90
degrees to secure the tank.
-
NOTE: The air cooler is supplied with two ice packs, the
cooling effect can last for approximately four hours.
For the cooling mode to function, the water tanks requires
filling, and the ice packs freezing for enhanced cooling.
Ensure fresh water is added to the water tank prior to every
use.
COOLING MODE
NOTE: The water tank must not be removed while the air
cooling feature is activated.
COOL: Press to activate the air cooling feature, reducing
the surrounding air’s temperature.

EMPTYING THE WATER TANK
Turn off the air cooler and unplug from the power
socket.
-
Place the air cooler in a sink, bath tub or over a drain.
-
Turn the water tank locking clip clockwise 90 degrees
and gently pull the water tank out until it stops.
-
Remove the plug located in the bottom of the water
tank and drain.
-
Reinsert the plug into the water tank and push the
water tank back into position and turn the water tank
locking clip anti clockwise 90 degrees to secure the
tank.
-
Your appliance must be switched OFF via the main
power supply and unplugged before proceeding with
any cleaning.
-
To clean the exterior surfaces simply wipe over with a
clean, dry soft cloth. Avoid all other types of detergents,
cleaners,solvents that may contain chemicals, which
could damage parts of the unit.
-
Never use flammable or abrasive cleaning agents such
as benzene or spirits to clean the appliance.
-
Never immerse the appliance in water.
-
Never spray the appliance with liquids or submerge it in
water or any other liquid.
-
Do not stick any foreign objects or your fingers inside the
unit.

Turn off the air cooler and unplug from the power
socket.

Unscrew and remove the filter from the rear of the unit.
-
Use a firm brush and/or vacuum nozzle to remove any
dust or loose debris from the filter.
-
Wash with a mild detergent and rinse with clean water.
-
Ensure the filter is completely dry before installing and
operating the unit.
-
Turn off the air cooler and unplug from the power
socket.
-
Unscrew and remove the filter from the rear of the unit.
-
Remove the water Curtain.
-
Rinse with clean tap water.
-
Turn off the air cooler and unplug from the power
socket.
-
Pull the water tank out until it stops.
-
Avoid all other types of detergents, cleaners,solvents that
may contain chemicals, which could damage parts of
the unit.
The water tank should be cleaned regularly, every 2-3
weeks, to prevents the growth and build up of mould and
bacteria.

Dry the water tank with a clean soft cloth.
-
Carefully push the water tank back into position and
turn the water tank locking clip anti clockwise 90
degrees to secure the tank.
