Introduction
The Radiorax avionic support strut installation kit provides a straightforward retrofit for almost any aircraft. The
following documentation is provided to assure the continued airworthiness of the Radiorax p/n RK1005 Single
Stack, Cessna Specific Rail Kit in your aircraft.

The following maintenance items should be addressed during each annual inspection, or during the
appropriate inspection cycle for your aircraft.
1. Remove all avionics units from avionics trays mounted in the Radiorax-equipped instrument panel.
If inspecting installed Tray Cams at this time, please refer to the ICAW for Radiorax Tray Cams.
2. Verify the integrity of the tray sheet metal surrounding each attaching screw. Make sure no cracks are
present.
3. Verify the alignment and rigidity of the trays. Check the tightness of the screws attaching the trays to the
Radiorax support strut.
4. Inspect the support struts for security of attachment, warping, and proper bonding.
5. Inspect the Pilot-side instrument panel where it is attached to the LH support strut with the two mounting
tabs. Verify the integrity of the mounts and hardware.
6. After athorough inspection of the trays and the mounting struts, replace the avionics units and verify their
proper operation and operation.
7. Execute logbook entries as required.
