Thank you for choosing the GDS®View™13.3” touch screen monitor. This monitor is ideal for creating a mobile workstation that takes
advantage of the GDS®Ecosystem™for simultaneous video, data, and power capability. Read all instructions thoroughly before
beginning installation.

Monitor must be connected to vehicle power using the included wiring, cabling and connectors.
Avoid drops and spills.
Do not use chemical solutions to clean this product. Wipe the screen with a clean, soft cloth to
maintain.
Do not use touch screen display while driving.
Screen is not impact or scratch resistant. Use caution when touching the display with anything
other than fingers.
There is an anti-glare and fingerprint resistant film applied to the monitor. Take care to only clean
monitor with non-abrasive/non-harsh cloths/cleaning solutions or damage to display may occur.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
SPECIFICATIONS
The GDS®View™13.3” touchscreen monitor lets you take the PC experience on the road. Featuring VESA hole
patterns compatible with the RAM-2461U and RAM-D-2461U mounting plates, create a mobile workstation that
takes advantage of the GDS®Ecosystem™for data sync and charging capabilities. The GDS®View™monitor
has undergone MIL-STD-810G 514.5 vibration and MIL-STD810G 516.5 shock testing, ensuring performance
in the most demanding environments. This two-point capacitive touchscreen monitor allows you to pinch,
zoom, and select – and includes an anti-glare and anti-fingerprint treatment. Control buttons on the front of the
monitor are easy to access, while a red monochrome night mode helps to reduce eyestrain. In addition, two
integrated 2W speakers allow for audio. Includes HDMI, VGA, and USB Type-B to USB Type-A cables.

Press Power Button to turn the power on/off of the monitor – Green back lighting when the power button is ON and video
signal is being received from computing device. If the power button is not illuminated then the video signal has been lost or
the button is on the OFF position. Ensure the computing source is configured properly to provide the required video signal
to the corresponding video output (HDMI output or VGA output). It might be required to toggle the computing device video
output to ensure proper signal assignment to the correct port. The Volume UP and DOWN buttons control the audio of the
speakers inside the monitor when there is an audio source being provided (if audio input cable is connected to the
computing device when using VGA) or when using HDMI.

TOUCH SCREEN FUNCTIONALITY
This monitor supports two-point capacitive touch when used with devices that are compatible with a pointing
peripheral (such as a mouse or cursor controller). To take advantage of this feature, your device must be
connected to the monitor’s USB Type-B input port, either directly or through a hub.
NIGHT MODE
When the GDS®View™Monitor is in Night Mode, adjust the brightness of the screen using the “Adjust Up”
and “Adjust Down” buttons.

The monitor is powered on but the screen is black.
The display is significantly misaligned to a point where adjusting the
H-Position and V-Position is not enough (PC mode).
The entire display is slightly zoomed in on the screen, cropping out the corners
(HDMI mode).

Make sure the VGA or HDMI cable is connected properly while using
the correct power adapter included with the monitor.
Press and hold the Menu button for 2-3 seconds. The monitor will adjust
the screen size to fit the entire display within the screen.
Press and hold the Menu button for 2-3 seconds. The monitor will re-calibrate
the screen resolution with the device source.
The screen is displaying the wrong colors.
Check that the cables are securely connected.
For other issues, enter the menu and choose to reset the monitor.
