Lubricate the end bearings of
the auger. There are grease
fittings on the side of the
bearings. Protect the fittings
with a plug.
Check the tension of the set
screws of the bearings. Apply
glue if needed.
Tighten the fastening screws.
Check the screw connections
between the engine,
transmission and other parts.

Check the condition of the
belts. Replace a worn belt by
removing the larger pulley.
Loosen the two hex screws and
set one screw into a blank
thread. Tighten the screw to
release the lock. Install a new
belt and slide the pulley back
into the axel. Tighten the hex
nuts, in turns evenly, back into
the original places.
Check condition and fastening
of springs.
The tension of the screws on
the engine belts is 6 Nm. The
tension on the pulleys of the
auger is 32 Nm.
Check the tension of protection
pins (5 pcs) of the belt. Adjust
the clearance of the pin and
belt to 1…3 mm.

Check the condition and
bearings of belt tension pulley,
as well as tension of nut.
Check the fastening and
movement of the clutch lever.
Tighten the nut of the pivot pin
if there is play in the clutch.
Move it back and forth. Check
the neutral position of the
clutch. The spring should pull
the fork lever against the larger
pulley. The belt should be
loosened from the pulley that is
at the end of the engine.
Adjust the tension of the clutch
wire so that the return side of
the belt (longest free interval)
should move inward about 15
mm with light hand pressure.
2 hours after first
use and every 20
hours thereafter
or once per
season.
Check and adjust the fasteners
and tension of all wires.
Lubricate wires. Check
protectors. Oil reduces freezing
of wires. Check the adjustment
of the throttle wire on the
engine side so the engine stops
when the throttle lever is in the
engine stop position.
0W30, 5W40
lubricating oil
or gun oil

Adjust and tighten screws on
the brake of the swing of the
discharge chute of the remote
control so that the crank of the
swing does not turn
unintentionally while
snowblowing.

Replace engine oil after the
first 5 hours.
Replace engine oil after every
season.
Make sure parts are fastened.
Tightened loosened screws.
Check the more detailed engine
maintenance instructions from
the manual provided by the
engine manufacturer.
Inspect and adjust the
clearance between the impeller
plate of the auger and rear
plate to 1…3 mm using the
lower oval holes of the end
bearings.
