This product is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of the original
purchase. Register your appliance within 28 days of purchase to qualify for an
additional year free of charge. If any defect arises due to faulty materials or
workmanship, the faulty product must be returned to the place of purchase.
Refund or replacement is at the discretion of the retailer.

the instructions contained in this instruction guide and any

Take care opening the lid after boiling as steam
may escape which can cause scalding.
Wait a few seconds after boiling before pouring
to prevent spitting and spillages caused
by the bubbling water
Do not fill above the Max Fill line (1.7L)
Do not under-fill the kettle below the internal
1 Cup marker
Take care when pouring not to over tilt as water
may then escape from the lid, or splash out of
the spout.
This kettle shall only be used with the power
base provided.
Remove all stickers & labels, and clean the
outside of the kettle with a damp cloth.
Adjust the length of the cord by wrapping
around the base as desired, then plug in to a
wall socket.
Ensure the kettle is not too close to power
socket as steam from the kettle may cause
an electrical hazard
Place the Kettle on the base and ensure that
it is stable on the surface.
Fill the kettle to the maximum fill line (1.7L) &
switch on to boil the water. Dispose of the
water in the kettle – do not drink.
BEFORE YOU START
Remove the kettle from the base, and lift the
lid to fill from the top.
We recommend you always fill from the lid;
however the spout can also be used but care
must be taken to ensure water does not spill
down the outside of the kettle.
Fill the kettle with the desired amount of water
by using the gauge on the rear, or the 1 & 2 cup
indicators inside the kettle.
Close the lid & replace on the base
Press the On/O switch to start the kettle
boiling
When the kettle has boiled, the switch will click
o automatically
Pick up the kettle & pour into the desired
receptacle taking care not to spill the water
Boiling water poses a scalding hazard. Take
care to ensure the water does not spill or come
into contact with your skin.

boiling. Take care to ensure the kettle does not

USING YOUR KETTLE
Unplug the kettle before cleaning
Let the kettle cool before cleaning
Do not use abrasive detergents or
cleaning materials
Do not use any chemicals containing
bleach, chlorine or ammonia
To clean the filter, open the lid and remove
from the spout. Place under running water
and using a soft brush, wipe clean. Replace
back in kettle correctly.
It is safe to use descalers in the kettle. Use the
product as described by the manufacturer,
then boil 2 kettles of water to remove any
residue.
