Assembly Instructions
To best fit your Rex Series Power Rack into your space, it is recommended that you install
everything on the floor then stand it up straight.
Place your uprights on the floor making sure your benching hole spacing is facing down and up
with the “R” Raptor logos to the side.
Using your red hitch pins lock in your C-Channel pull up bar at the top of your uprights.
Using your 4.5” hex bolts, place your connector arms on the uprights using the following hole
under your already installed pull up bar, flat washer on the side of the tube and lock/split
washer on the side of the base plate, repeat the same with the connector arms at the bottom
holes of the uprights.
Please note that some structures may have the stud available at different heights, before
installing your bottom connectors, you may want to measure the height you will need, to install
the steel stringers on the wall.
Install your hinges using your 5” hex bolt and nylon nut and lock them in place using your quick
release orange pins.
Install your steel stringers on the hitches, using your 1” hex bolt and nut.
Find at least 4 studs on your wall to install your new Rex Series Folding Power Rack and mark
them using your pencil.
You can now stand up the fully assembled structure and lean it against the wall.
Using your water level, level up your stringer on the wall as straight as possible. Please note
that the play inside the hinges is used to close/open your folding rack after each use, the
upright must be fully on the ground and the play of the hinge must be at the top of the
connector arms, so you can lift up and open/close your rack with ease.
Once your stringers are leveled and placed correctly where you want it, use your pencil to mark
the placement desired. You can now drill the first hole using your ¼” drill bid and insert the lag
bolt with either a socket or a crescent.
