*Determine the length of the locker run you will be
assembling. Your order should come with a packing
slip. The packing slip will tell you which length of
locker system was ordered. Example, an
RFSS-2/20, is two-locker run with 20” compart-
ments. An RFSS-10/20, is a ten-locker run with 20”
compartments. You must assemble the locker runs
exactly how they were ordered. Splitting up any
locker runs will result in fewer lockers.*
Assembly will begin with back frames (BF-18, 20
or 24). Lay the back frames out on the oor. Use
the exact number of back frames for the number of
lockers there will be in your run. There is a square
nished side and a tapered side to the back frame.
When the back frames are laid out, the tapered
sides should be to your right. These frames will
then slide into one another. Slide the tapered end
of the back frame into the square nished end.
Repeat this process for the third back frame and
so on. When all of the back frames are together,
install the panel end caps (PEC) over the exposed
tapered ends on the one end of the run.
STEP 1
3
Next you will attach the divider panels (DP-20) to
the back frames. You will put a divider in the space
between each back frame and one to the outside of
each end back frame. There is a top and a bottom
to each divider. You want to make sure that the grid
panel design is going the same direction on each
divider panel. Using the bolts that came attached
to the divider panels, insert the bottom bolt rst.
The bottom of the divider panel can be identied by
having two extra bolt holes. Insert the bottom bolt
through the back frame and into the divider panel.
Use a 9/16” wrench to screw it all the way in, but do
not over tighten. Now insert the top bolt. Repeat this
step with all of the divider panels
*IF INSTALLING THE TOP SECURITY SHELF, YOU WILL WANT
TO ATTACH THE SHELF BETWEEN THE DIVIDER PANELS
FIRST BEFORE TIGHTENING DOWN THE BOLTS. THE LIP
OF THE SECURITY SHELF SHOULD FACE THE FRONT AND
DOWNWARDS. THE HALF CIRCLE MOUNTS OF THE SECURI-
TY SHELF WILL HUG THE TOP TUBULAR SECTION OF THE
DIVIDER PANEL*
STEP 2 STEP 3
With the back frames and divider panels
assembled you will now install the base
(FMB). Attached to the base will be a small
bag of hardware. This hardware will be used
to assemble the base to the bottom of the
divider panels. You will notice 2 nuts welded
to the bottom of each divider panel. With the
rack still lying down you will be able to line up
the holes from the base to the holes on the
bottom of the divider panels. Insert the bolts
up through the base and thread into the
divider panel using a 1/2” wrench.
IF HAVE THE SECURITY OPTION USE
STEP 3A BEFORE STEP 3

STEP 4
With the base attached to the divider panels
you can now install the adjustable feet. To
install, line up the holes on the adjustable feet
to the holes on the foot pad and slide the bolts
down through the top so the nut will be on the
bottom of the plate.Tighten nuts.
NOTE: Repeat this entire step for all bases.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
**For longer locker runs that will be using multiple
bases, you will need to separate each base by one
locker compartment. Starting at the rst locker at
the far end of the locker run, install your longest
base for that run to the divider panels. Skip a locker
compartment and attach the next longest base you
have for that run. Then skip a locker and attach the
next base. Keep working down the run until you
have all of the bases on.**
**IF YOU HAVE THE REAR SECURITY PANELS
AND YOU ARE USING MULTIPLE BASES ON YOUR
LOCKER RUN, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL
THE BACK FRAME LEDGE BARS BETWEEN EACH
BASE. MAKE SURE YOU ATTACH THE REAR AND
FRONT BACK FRAME LEDGE BARS BEFORE YOU
INSTALL YOUR NEXT BASE. THE REAR BACK
FRAME LEDGE BAR HELPS HOLD THE ONE REAR
SECURITY PANEL IN PLACE WHERE THERE IS NO
BASE UNDERNEATH IT.**
STEP 3A.1
Before installing the base of the unit you will
need to install the security panels (SP18, 20 or
24) and the security shelves (SS18, 20 or 24).
There are two different sides to the security
panel. The top has a U shaped channel and the
bottom is an L. Slide the U channel side over the
top of the back frame. Now lay the panel down
so that the L shaped bottom is on top of the rack.
Repeat this process for remaining sections. The
security shelves look very similar to the helmet
boot shelves. The difference between the two
is instead of hooks on the side, the security
shelves have half circle mounts . These half
circles slide over the circular tubing at the top
of the divider panel. Repeat this for all three
sections. When the base is installed it will hold
the security shelves and panels in place.
STEP 3A

STEP 5
With the adjustable feet installed, go back
and tighten up all the bolts of the rack. When
everything is tightened, you may now stand
the rack up. We recommend that 2 people are
used to stand the rack up. NOTE: Racks
using more than one base will have
compartments like the one shown below
STEP 6
Next install the helmet/ boot shelves (HBS-18,
20 or 24). Determine your desired height for the
shelves. To install, tilt the shelf at an upward
angle and slide the downward facing hooks
through the diagonal wires of the divider panel.
Then lower the shelf in place so that hooks
from both sides of the shelf are level.
STEP 7
Once the helmet shelves are in place you can
install the hanging pole in each compartment.
Using two hanging wire grommets, attached
one to each end of a hanging rod and hang it
from the underside of the helmet shelf. Insert
the end caps to each end of the hanging pole.

6
At this point you may install the bunker pant
hooks (BPH) and any other optional
accessories you have purchased. Such as
additional hangers, helmet holders or personal
property boxes.
STEP 8 STEP 8A
Starting at the far left locker compartment, attach the door latch to the middle set of pre-drilled
holes on the rst divider panel. Put the latch on the inside of the compartment and insert one nut
into the latch. Insert the screw into the recessed hole on the other side of the divider panel and
tighten with an allen wrench. Move to your right and install the hinge brackets on the second
divider panel. Attach the hinge to the right side of the divider panel at the top set of pre-drilled
holes and insert one nut. Now insert one screw on the other side and tighten with the allen
wrench. Repeat the process with the other hinge bracket on the bottom set of holes. Keep
repeating the entire process working your way to the right. Make sure you have all latch and
hinge brackets attached before installing the security doors.
