Dear Customer,
our products are designed and manufactured in compliance with European reference standards for construction products (EN13240 for
wood-burning stoves, EN14785 for pellet-burning appliances, EN13229 for replaces/wood-burning inserts and EN 12815 for wood-
burning cookers), with high quality materials and extensive experience in transformation processes.
We recommend that you carefully read the instructions contained in this manual to obtain the best performances.
This installation and use manual forms an integral part of the product: ensure that the manual is always supplied with the appliance, even
if it changes owner. If the manual is lost, you can request another copy from the local Technical Department or download it directly from
the company website.
All local regulations, including those referring to national and European standards, must be observed when installing the appliance.
In Italy, for the installation of systems with biomass below 35KW, refer to ministerial decree D.M. 37/08, and the qualied installation
technician with the appropriate requisites must issue a certicate of compliance for the system installed. (By system we intend
Stove+Flue+Air vent)

SAFETY WARNINGS
• Installation, electrical connection, operating test and maintenance
must only be carried out by authorised and qualied personnel.
• Installtheproductinaccordancewithalllocalandnationalregulations
in force in the region or state.
• The instructions provided in this manual must always be complied with to
ensure the product and any electronic appliances connected to it are used
correctly and accidents are prevented.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have are supervised or have been
given instructions on how to use the appliance safely and understand
the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children
without supervision.
• The user, or whoever is operating the product, must read and fully understand
the contents of this installation guide before performing any operation. Errors
or incorrect settings can cause hazardous conditions and/or poor operation.
• All liability for improper use of the product is entirely borne by the user and
relieves the Manufacturer of any civil and criminal liability.
• Any type of tampering or unauthorised replacement with non-original spare
parts could be hazardous for the operator's safety and relieves the company of
any civil and criminal liability.
• The product must be powered by an electrical system that is equipped with an
eective earthing system.
• Do not wash the product with water.
• Install the product in a location that does not present a re hazard and is
equipped with power and air supplies and smoke outlets.
• The product and the cladding must be stored in a dry place and must not be
exposed to weathering.
• Live electrical parts: only power the product once it has been fully assembled.
• Disconnect the product from the 230V power supply before performing any

maintenance operations.
• Improperuseorpoormaintenanceoftheproduct cancausehazardoussituations

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The company guarantees the product, excluding the components which are subject to normal wear, for a
period of two years from the date of purchase, as proven by a supporting document which gives the name of the vendor and the
date on which the sale took place. The warranty is conditional on the warranty certicate being lled in and returned within 8 days, and
requires that the product be installed and tested by a specialised installer, according to the detailed instructions given in the instruction
manual supplied with the product.
The warranty covers the replacement or free repair of parts recognised as being faulty at source due to
manufacturing defects.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover any part that may be faulty as a result of negligence or careless use, incorrect maintenance or installation that
does not comply with the company's instructions (see the relative chapters in this user manual).
The company declines all liability for any damage which may be caused, directly or indirectly, to persons, animals or objects as a
consequence of non-compliance with all the prescriptions specied in the manual, especially warnings regarding installation, use and
maintenance of the product.
If the product does not work correctly, contact your local retailer and/or importer.
Damage caused during transport and/or when handled is excluded from the warranty.
The supplied installation guide is the only reference for installation and product use.
The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event of damage caused by tampering, atmospheric agents, natural disasters, electrical
discharges, re, defects in the electrical system and maintenance not being performed at all or as indicated by the manufacturer.

WARNINGS FOR THE CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT.
The owner is the sole party responsible for demolishing and disposing of the product. This must be performed in compliance with laws
related to safety and environmental protection in force in his/her country.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste.
It must be taken to a special dierentiated waste collection centre set up by the local authorities or to a retailer that provides this service.
Separating and recycling prevents potential negative eects on the environment and health (often caused by inappropriately disposing of
product parts). It also allows materials to be recovered in order to obtain signicant savings in energy and resources.

Live electrical parts: only power the product once it has been fully assembled.
Before beginning to install the trolley, you must decide whether you wish to install it to the left or to the right of the structure.
In any case, for safety and to work well, remove both sides of the Performa boiler.
To remove the right panel“D”proceed as follows:
• lift the tank cover“C”
• lift the front cover“B”
• open the decorative door“A”
• remove the two top screws“x”that secure the panel“D”to the boiler
• lift the panel“D”and let the joints“k”come out of the holes“y”on the structure of the boiler (see image on the following page)

REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL TO INSERT THE TROLLEY
The right side panel “D” consists of two parts - “D1” and “D2”. The parts “D1” and “D2” can be separated to allow the trolley “A” to be
assembled. Separate the two parts by removing the three screws“t”and proceed as described in the instructions on the following pages.
Trolley“A”is an accessory used to prolong the cleaning intervals of the boiler. This type of cleaning and emptying of the boiler allows the
ashes to be emptied after about three months instead of every week, as per the standard version.
To better adapt to the spaces and requirements, trolley“F”can be installed on the right or left of the boiler. The decorative panels“D”and
“E”are reversible.

Let’s assume the trolley is to be installed to the right of the boiler.
The operations to be done are:
• take the crosspiece“W”and secure it to the boiler using the four“A4”screws.

• Open the ash holder“1”
• remove the ash pan“2”
Thoroughly clean the lower and upper ash compartment (if the boiler has already been used)

Remove the covers“3”on the structure; two on the right side, two on the left side and 2 on the inside.
Attention!! The supplied gaskets “O” have a knockout to be able to remove the central part based on the position in
which they are assembled.
On the inner part (in the left ash pan position in the gure), assemble the ring“OD”and gasket“O”and secure everything with screws“N”.

Do the same also for the right inner side, assembled the ring“OD”, gasket“O”and secure everything with the three“N”screws.

Position the ash compartment chute“B”in the upper part and secure it to the structure using the four screws“E”and the four washers“D”.
Attention!! The part of the pipe that protrudes “s” from the chute “B” must be positioned towards the trolley (in the
image to the right “s”)

Insert the gasket “O” on the upper auger “F”and insert all of it from the side opposite the position chosen for the trolley; in this case, to
the left of the boiler.
Secure the upper auger assembly to the boiler structure with the three nuts“M”.
