IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Your Sous vide machine cooks with electricity. When using the
Sous vide circulator, basic safety precautions should always be
followed.
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
1.Counter tops such as marble and corian cannot withstand the
heat generated by the circulator. Place cooking container
different surface to prevent damage.
2.Do not use extension cords. Never operate with a damaged
cord or plug. Use proper grounded electrical outlets only.
3.Do not immerse system the water below the MIN marks or
above the Max of stainless steel column. Only the stainless steel
column and the pump housing are dishwasher safe. Unplug from
outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts.
4.Burn Hazard - the cooking container, the stainless steel portion
of circulator, and food pouches all get hot when used. Use oven
mitts or tongs when handling. Allow system to cool before
emptying the water bath.
5.This system is an indoor appliance. Do not use outdoors. Do
not disassemble. Observe all warning labels. Do not remove
warning labels Thoroughly clean the parts that will come into
contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.
6.Firmly lock the product by clamping it on the side of your
container. Place the container on an even surface to prevent
spills and tipping over. Do not place unit on a stove, or in an oven.

7.Do not use demonized water (DI water).
8.Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage
corresponds to the rating label of the appliance. Do not use this
appliance on any electrical system other than voltage:
120V~/60Hz.
9.Don’t let children use and play with this appliance. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
10.Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner. Get it to the nearest authorized service facility for exam-
ination, repair, or adjustment.
11.If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard.
12.Don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of the table or work-
top or touch hot surface.
13.Switch off the appliance and disconnected from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
14.When the appliances work under an abnormal mains distur-
bance it may lose performance and maybe it is needed to be
unplugged to recover the normal operation.
15.This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Close
supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near
children.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar

-Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motel and other residential type
environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
17.If the appliance falls down into water tank by careless opera-
tion, unplug it first, then remove it out of the tank, wipe up the
water on the appliance surface, placing it in dry place. It would be
ok for use after complete dry up.
Sous Vide circulators are designed to be used only with water.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Step1.Grip the top part of Clamp and placethesteel
columnintothecontainer or pot.
Step2.Loosenthegripwhenthesteelcolumnis
placedatan properdepth.Thecirculatorwillbe
automatically fixedonthecontainer or pot.
Note:
The sous vide circulator should be installed on pots
with a minimum depth of 180mm.

you will hear a beep sound,the current temperature
is flashing.It’s in standby mode.Press the “ ” to start the appliance.
3.When appliance is in standby mode,press the set button for one
time to set temperature, when in this mode,the temperature is
blinking.Press the” + “or “– “adjust button to set the temperatu-
reup(from 00℃to 90℃) and down(from 90℃to 00℃).
4.When appliance is in standby mode,press the set button for two
times to set the hour, when in this mode,the hour is blinking.-
Press the” + “or “– “adjust button to set the hour up(from 00 to
99 hours) and down(from 99hours to 00).
5.When appliance is in standby mode,press the set button for
three times to set the minute. when in this mode,the minute is
blinking.Press the” + “or “– “adjust button to set the minute
up(from 00 to 59 mins) and down(from 59 mins to 00).
Step3. Fill the container or port with water.The water level
should be within the MAX and MIN marks. The water level will
rise up when immerse the food into the container or pot.So do
please not to fill it up too high. But near the Max is the most
suitable level to work
Note:
As the water temperature increases,the water will begin to
evaporate.
The circulator is equipped with an alarm which indicates
low water level. If the water level goes below the min
mark,the circulator will stop operating.

“ ” button and working lamp will be on for one second then
power off.( working lamp are all blue)
2. Press and hold the “ ” button for 3 seconds,the screen is
unclocked and

four times,it will go to the Current temperature mode.
7.1 When appliance is in standby mode,press the ” + “ for one
time to enter in to the first recipe mode:meat recipe mode.The
temperate is 59℃,the time is one hour for this recipe .If you
would like to revise the temperature in this mode,press the set
button for one time,then Press the” + “or “– “adjust the tem-
perature,if you would like to revise the time in this mode,press
the set button for two times,then press the” + “or “– “adjust
the time.If setting is ok,press “ ” button to start the appli-
ance to work.
7.2 When appliance is in standby mode,press the ” + “ for two
times to enter in to the second recipe mode:fish recipe mode.
The temperate is 52℃,the time is 20 minutes for this recipe.If
you would like to revise the temperature in this mode,press the
set button for one time,then Press the” + “or “– “adjust the
temperature,if you would like to revise the time in this mode,-
press the set button for two times,then press the” + “or “–
“adjust the time.If setting is ok,press “ ” button to start the
appliance to work.
7.3 When appliance is in standby mode,press the ” + “ for
three times to enter in to the third recipe mode:chicken recipe
mode. The temperate is 64℃,the time is one hour for this
recipe.If you would like to revise the temperature in this
mode,press the set button for one time,then Press the” + “or “–
“adjust the temperature,if you would like to revise the time in
this mode,press the set button for two times,then press the” +
“or “– “adjust the time.If setting is ok,press “ ” button to
start the appliance to work.
7.4 When appliance is in standby mode,press the ” + “ for four
times to enter in to the fourth recipe mode:vegetable recipe
mode. The temperate is 85℃,the time is forty five minutes for
this recipe.If you would like to revise the temperature in this

NOTE: During cooking, if water temperature becomes 2 degree
lower than set temperature, the appliance start to heat again, the
alarm will beep when the water temperature same as set tem-
perature .
NOTE: During operation,press set button,it only could check
settemperature,could not make any setting.if need to set,press
“ ” button,appliance will stop working and current temperature
flashing,it’s in standby mode and then repeat the setting as
above
mode,press the set button for one time,then Press the” + “or “–
“adjust the temperature,if you would like to revise the time in
this mode,press the set button for two times,then press the” +
“or “– “adjust the time.If setting is ok,press “ ” button to
start the appliance to work.
If you are in the fourth recipe mode and would like to back to
the first recipe mode,just press the ” + “ for one time.The
recipes can be altered by ” + “or “– “ in turn of circle.
8.Press the set button for 3 seconds, change the temperature
degree by Celsius or Fahrenheit as you like.The system default
is 60℃.
9. After finish all setting, Press the “ ” button, you will hear a
beep sound and the appliance will work,when reach to the
setting temperature, setting time will start counting down.
When setting time 00:00 is reached, the appliance will stop to
heat,but screen is on,beep for 3 minutes meanwhile current
temperature flashing for 3 minutes,then the appliance will be
turned off.
10.During setting,Keep no operation for six seconds,will skip to
current temperature flashing mode.
11.When the current temperature of water reach to the set
temperature, set time will start counting down. At the same
time, the alarm will beep four times to indicate that you can
now immerse your sealed bag of ingredients for cooking.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. The SV004 will not turn on Make sure that the appliance is
properly plugged into a grounded outlet Check the power cord for
tears and frays .do not use the appliance if the power cord is
damaged.Make sure the power button is on . The LED display
screen is showing the information .
NOTE:The appliance have temperature calibration function,press
and hold “ ” button and set button for 5 seconds,current tem-
perature flashing, Press the” + “or “– “adjust button to calibrate
the temperature,confirm the calibration by press set button.if no
press set button,will confirm 5 seconds automatically.
12. Press and hold the “ ” button for 3 seconds to turn off the
appliance.
Install the column
Hold and press the clamp, align the unlocking
Symbol and the arrow, rotate the column in clock-
wise. Direction until you can see the arrow and
locking symbol are in the same horizontal position.
Then lock the screw.
Detaching the column
Unlock the screw,hold and press the clamp, rotate
the column in anticlockwise direction to take off the
column. Be cautious with the PTC in case it hits the
stainless steel column.

E03: The appliance will alarm when the water level drops below
the MIN water level.
Adjust the appliance to the right water level and appliance will
work again normally.
E04: Wrong with motor, please contact with customer support.
CLEANING
With frequent use, descaling should be done every month or more
often in regions with hard water.
1: Put the appliance in a pot and fill the pot with water to the
"Max" level indicated on appliance.
2: Set the appliance temperature to 70℃or 158 F.
3: Add 5g of citric acid powder (Food grade) per liter of water
used.
4: Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after70℃or 158 F
is reached.
5: Turn off and unplug the appliance.
6: When appliance is cool, rinse the bottom in the cold water and
dry before storage.
