Please read thoroughly before commencing assembly
and use of your Redsbaby HILO2. Incorrect assembly
and use can be dangerous and result in serious injury or
even death.
There may be slight variations in the design of your
product to the images shown in this product guide.

• Regularly inspect the legs, harness assembly,
joints and fixings to ensure they are secure and
in full working order.
• Store the Redsbaby HILO2in dry, well-ventilated
and safe space.
• Do not use your Redsbaby HILO2if any screws are
loose or missing or if any component is damaged.
• Sponge clean with warm water and a mild detergent
then air dry.
• Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning
products on your HILO2.

Warnings and
safety precautions
Please read the following warnings and safety
precautions thoroughly before using your HILO2.
Incorrect assembly and use can result in serious injury
or death.
After unpacking, immediately discard packaging
materials, as these can become a choking hazard.
Safety
standards
Redsbaby HILO2complies with the AS:2009 and
EN:2017 + A:2020 safety requirements.

• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not leave children unattended.
• The harness must always be used and correctly fitted
– most injuries from high chairs are caused by falls.
• Position the high chair away from solid structures
and benches to avoid injuries caused by falls and by
access to dangerous items.
• Never leave the child unattended.
• Always use the restraint system.
• Falling hazard: Prevent your child from climbing on
the product.
• Do not use the product unless all components are
correctly fitted and adjusted according to these
assembly instructions.
• Be aware of the risk of open fires and other sources of
strong heat in the vicinity of the product.
• Be aware of the risk of tilting when your child can
push its feet against a table or any other structure.

• Do not use this product if your child cannot sit up
unaided.
• When used in the High Chair configuration, the
Redsbaby HILO2is intended for children able to sit up
unaided and up to 3 years or a maximum weight of
15kg (33lbs).
• Only use the Redsbaby HILO2on a flat, even and
horizontal floor and do not elevate the high chair on
any structure or table.
• To reduce the risk of injury, position the high chair
away from furniture, walls, hot surfaces and liquids,
window covering cords, and electrical cords.
• Do not use your Redsbaby HILO2if any screws are
loose or missing or if any component is damaged.
• Position the Redsbaby HILO2away from furniture
when the high chair is not being used at a table with a
tray removed.
• The Redsbaby HILO2should only be used in an
upright position once the child is capable of reliably
and consistently sitting upright.

instructions included in this manual.
• Do not use the Redsbaby HILO2if it is not working
correctly.
• If the Redsbaby HILO2is not in working order please
seek repair from Redsbaby.
• Do not lift or carry the Redsbaby HILO2when a child
is in it.

• Maximum weight for a child in the Redsbaby HILO2
High Chair configuration is 15kg (33lbs).
• Maximum weight for a child in the Redsbaby HILO2
Junior Chair configuration is 50kg (110lbs).
• Maximum weight for a child in the Redsbaby HILO2
Play Chair configuration is 50kg (110lbs).

1. Secure legs to seat unit by clicking in.
High Chair
Ensure your HILO2is positioned on
a flat surface (such as a table) when
assembling the footrest with cross bar.
Failure to assemble and fix this on a flat
surface may result in a wobble.
2. Position the cross bar with the footrest
facing the front. Secure to legs using
long screws (S x 4) and Allen key.
IMPORTANT
If the High Chair wobbles, check the
floor is flat. Place your high chair on a
flat surface (such as a table or kitchen
bench) and partially unscrew the S x
4 screws. Secure each screw (do not
over tighten) again one by one. Your
High Chair will now be set to a flat level.

Adjusting the
Footrest
1. Remove the crossbar by
unscrewing S x 4. Remove the
footrest by unscrewing S x 2.
2. Turn the footrest around to the
desired position and secure using
S x 2 screws.
Refer to steps on page 18 if your
High Chair is wobbling.
UPPER POSITION LOWER POSITION
NOTE
The footrest will be assembled on the
cross bar in the upper position with
screws S x 2.
