INTRODUCTION
The radial clamp is made for fixation and positioning accessories to an accessory rail of an operating table.
It can be hooked anywhere on the rail where there is a space of 6cm. It locks separately to the rail and it is
possible to lock any accessory post from 16 to 20mm.
ABOUT THIS MANUAL
This manual is intended for clinical personnel, service personnel and others who need the knowledge about
and understanding of how the radial clamp works and how it can be used.
Read the manual carefully before use of the equipment.
Always follow the instructions in the manual.
Always keep the manual close to the equipment.
IMPORTANT SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
A control of the locking functions shall be made daily before use.
Service and preventing maintenance must be done by authorized personnel and according to issued
intervals.
Changing of the construction without a written permission from the manufacturer is strictly
forbidden.
When replacing parts, only use original spare parts to keep the high quality of the clamp.
CAUTION!! When the locking handle is released, the accessory must be supported with the
other hand, or by another person.
CAUTION!! When attaching the clamp, the responsible personnel must check that the two
teeth of the clamp are hooked on the inner side of the rail.
INSTALLATION
At the unpacking, check that the clamp has no damages and that there are no loose parts in the box.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The post of the accessory shall be
put through the hole in the clamp
The clamp locks to the rail by
twisting the locking handle
anticlockwise
The clamp can be rotated and set to any
angel by twisting the handle anticlockwise,
turn to desired position and then lock by
twisting the handle clockwise.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Be aware of, that adjustments and all kind of repair only must be done of for this purpose educated
personnel.
CLEANING
Clean with soap and tempered water. If necessary, use alcohol as supplement.
CONTROL
Check once a week that there are no damages on the clamp. Also check the locking functions.
ANNUAL SERVICE
Once a year the clamp shall be carefully cleaned and moving parts shall be lubricated.
A control of the locking functions shall also be made.
