This booklet contains informaon about our mirror monitor capable of
ng swan neck brackets, and its menu funcons.

Buon Layout
The mirror monitor has touch sensive
buons, as opposed to physical push in
buons. We nd these really responsive
and easy to use. We have included a quick
guide below to what each of the buons
do.
Up Arrow - Adjustment up of the menu
seng that your screen is currently
showing eg brightness/colour...
M Buon - Toggles between the various
adjustments on the Menu. Pressing
mulple mes toggles to dierent menu
screen opons.
Down arrow - Adjustments down of the
menu seng that your screen is currently
showing eg brightness/colour...
V1/V2 - Changes between channel 1 and channel 2 of the monitor. If you only have
one camera ed, then the second channel will say "no signal"
Standby symbol - Turns the monitor ON/OFF.
Some menu sengs can be set independently of the other channel. For
instance, if you wish to set channel 1 a bit brighter than channel 2, you can
do so. Simply ensure you are on the channel that you wish to adjust by
selecng it with the V1/V2 buon, then enter in to the menu seng of
your choice (see guide below):
Menu Sengs :
Pressing the M buon will toggle between various menus in the monitor. Eg to get
to Menu Screen 3 you will need to press the buon 3 mes. Please see the
explanaon of each menu screen below :
Menu Screen 1 - Brightness (Press M buon 1 me)
This screen changes the brightness of the monitor. To adjust the brightness please
use the up or down arrows unl the desired brightness is set.

Menu Screen 2 - Contrast (Press M buon 2 mes)
This screen changes the contrast of the monitor. To adjust the contrast please use
the up or down arrows unl the desired contrast is set.
Menu Screen 3 - Colour (Press M buon 3 mes)
This screen changes the colour of the monitor. To adjust the colour please use the
up or down arrows unl the desired colour is set.
Menu Screen 4 - Zoom (Press M buon 4 mes)
This screen allow you to change between 4:3 mode and 16:9 mode. We usually
nd 16:9 is beer, as you get to ll up more of the screen. Up/down arrow toggles
between the two modes.
Menu Screen 5 - Rotaon sengs - LD RD LU RU (Press M buon 5 mes)
This screen allows you to ip/rotate the image. This also has the eect of rotang
text too. This is usually only needed if you have ed a camera upside down, or
wanted one of the cameras to be displayed without the mirror image (for instance
a normal view camera). Up/down arrows will change between the 4 modes
(normal, upside down + mirror, upside down + no-mirror, mirror).
Menu Screen 6 - Guidelines (Press M buon 6 mes)
This screen allow you to turn the monitor guidelines ON/OFF. To toggle between
on/o use the up/down arrows. Please note that some cameras have built in
guidelines. Selecng OFF won't disable these. Most cameras with built in
guidelines have a small wire loop near to the connector - cung this will usually
remove the camera guidelines (check camera instrucons to make sure though).
Menu Screen 7 - Language (Press M buon 7 mes)
This screen allows you to select a dierent language to display the menu in. In
case your Kids/Grand kids/ Next door neighbours dog has pressed this buon by
mistake, please allow this instrucon to assist. Press the M buon 7 mes, then
use the up or down arrow to scroll through unl you nd the language that you
recognise.
Menu Screen 8 - RESET (Press M buon 8 mes)
It is worth nong that this seng only resets the picture sengs back to
factory. Language/Rotaon/Guideline/Zoom sengs will need to be changed back
individually using the guide above.

Seng Monitor Guideline Posion
If you wish to use guideline funcon from the monitor, you must rst ensure that :
• The green wire on the monitor wiring harness is connected to a reverse light supply
• If your camera (most brake light cameras) has guideline funcon, you should remove
them by cung the lile loop near the camera plug (check camera instrucons/box
sckers).
• Turn the guideline seng on by pressing M buon 6 mes and arrow up/down unl the
seng says “ON”.
Now you will noce that the monitor guidelines will show every me you engage reverse gear.
There are three sengs to adjust, simply toggle between the sengs by pressing the M buon
whilst in reverse gear. You will see a leer top-le of the guidelines to indicate which of the
adjustments you are presently in. Image at the boom of the page has the width adjustment -
noce the W leer next to the red arrow.
Horizontal (H)
This seng will allow you to move the block of guidelines along the horizontal axis. This is
useful if your camera isn’t mounted dead centre.
Vercal (V)
This seng will allow you to move the block of guidelines along the vercal plane. This means
you can let the boom of the guidelines sit next to the bumper of the vehicle.
Width (W)
This seng allows you to change how wide the block of guidelines are, this should be changed
to as close to the vehicle width as possible.
