This booklet contains informaon about our mirror monitor capable of
ng swan neck brackets, and its menu funcons.

Buon Layout
The mirror monitor has touch sensive
buons, as opposed to physical push in
buons. We nd these really responsive
and easy to use. We have included a quick
guide below to what each of the buons
do.
Up Arrow - Adjustment up of the menu
seng that your screen is currently
showing eg brightness/colour...
M Buon - Toggles between the various
adjustments on the Menu. Pressing
mulple mes toggles to dierent menu
screen opons.
Down arrow - Adjustments down of the
menu seng that your screen is currently
showing eg brightness/colour...
V1/V2 - Changes between channel 1 and channel 2 of the monitor. If you only have
one camera ed, then the second channel will say "no signal"
Standby symbol - Turns the monitor ON/OFF.
Some menu sengs can be set independently of the other channel. For
instance, if you wish to set channel 1 a bit brighter than channel 2, you can
do so. Simply ensure you are on the channel that you wish to adjust by
selecng it with the V1/V2 buon, then enter in to the menu seng of
your choice (see guide below):
Menu Sengs :
Pressing the M buon will toggle between various menus in the monitor. Eg to get
to Menu Screen 3 you will need to press the buon 3 mes. Please see the
explanaon of each menu screen below :
Menu Screen 1 - Brightness (Press M buon 1 me)
This screen changes the brightness of the monitor. To adjust the brightness please
use the up or down arrows unl the desired brightness is set.

Menu Screen 2 - Contrast (Press M buon 2 mes)
This screen changes the contrast of the monitor. To adjust the contrast please use
the up or down arrows unl the desired contrast is set.
Menu Screen 3 - Colour (Press M buon 3 mes)
This screen changes the colour of the monitor. To adjust the colour please use the
up or down arrows unl the desired colour is set.
Menu Screen 4 - Zoom (Press M buon 4 mes)
This screen allow you to change between 4:3 mode and 16:9 mode. We usually
nd 16:9 is beer, as you get to ll up more of the screen. Up/down arrow toggles
between the two modes.
Menu Screen 5 - Rotaon sengs - LD RD LU RU (Press M buon 5 mes)
This screen allows you to ip/rotate the image. This also has the eect of rotang
text too. This is usually only needed if you have ed a camera upside down, or
wanted one of the cameras to be displayed without the mirror image (for instance
a normal view camera). Up/down arrows will change between the 4 modes
(normal, upside down + mirror, upside down + no-mirror, mirror).
Menu Screen 6 - Guidelines (Press M buon 6 mes)
This screen allow you to turn the monitor guidelines ON/OFF. To toggle between
on/o use the up/down arrows. Please note that some cameras have built in
guidelines. Selecng OFF won't disable these. Most cameras with built in
guidelines have a small wire loop near to the connector - cung this will usually
remove the camera guidelines (check camera instrucons to make sure though).
Menu Screen 7 - Language (Press M buon 7 mes)
This screen allows you to select a dierent language to display the menu in. In
case your Kids/Grand kids/ Next door neighbours dog has pressed this buon by
mistake, please allow this instrucon to assist. Press the M buon 7 mes, then
use the up or down arrow to scroll through unl you nd the language that you
recognise.
Menu Screen 8 - RESET (Press M buon 8 mes)
It is worth nong that this seng only resets the picture sengs back to
factory. Language/Rotaon/Guideline/Zoom sengs will need to be changed back
individually using the guide above.

Seng Monitor Guideline Posion
If you wish to use guideline funcon from the monitor, you must rst ensure that :
• The green wire on the monitor wiring harness is connected to a reverse light supply
• If your camera (most brake light cameras) has guideline funcon, you should remove
them by cung the lile loop near the camera plug (check camera instrucons/box
sckers).
• Turn the guideline seng on by pressing M buon 6 mes and arrow up/down unl the
seng says “ON”.
Now you will noce that the monitor guidelines will show every me you engage reverse gear.
There are three sengs to adjust, simply toggle between the sengs by pressing the M buon
whilst in reverse gear. You will see a leer top-le of the guidelines to indicate which of the
adjustments you are presently in. Image at the boom of the page has the width adjustment -
noce the W leer next to the red arrow.
Horizontal (H)
This seng will allow you to move the block of guidelines along the horizontal axis. This is
useful if your camera isn’t mounted dead centre.
Vercal (V)
This seng will allow you to move the block of guidelines along the vercal plane. This means
you can let the boom of the guidelines sit next to the bumper of the vehicle.
Width (W)
This seng allows you to change how wide the block of guidelines are, this should be changed
to as close to the vehicle width as possible.
