1 General
This symbol indicates CAUTION. Serious personal injury and/or damage to
property may result if the instructions are not followed carefully.
1 SYMBOLS
The following symbols appear on the machine. They are there to remind you of the care and
attention required in use. This is what the symbols mean:
Warning.
Read and understand the owner’s manual before using this machine
Disconnect the spark plug wire, and consult technical literature before
performing repairs or maintenance

2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 GENERAL
·Please read through these instructions carefully. Learn all the correct use of the machine.
·Never allow children or anyone who is not familiar with these instructions to use the snow
thrower. Local regulations may impose restrictions as regards the age of the driver.
·Never use the machine if others, particularly children or animals, are in the vicinity.
·Remember that the driver is responsible for accidents that happen to other people or their
property.
·Be careful not to trip or fall, especially when reversing the machine.
·Never use the snow thrower under the influence of alcohol or medication and if you are tired
or ill.
2.2 PREPARATIONS
·Check the area to be cleared and remove any loose or foreign objects.
·Disengage all controls before starting the engine.
·Never use the snow thrower unless properly dressed. Wear footwear that improves your grip
on a slippery surface.
·Warning –Petrol is highly inflammable.
a. Always store petrol in containers that are made especially for this purpose.
b. Only fill or top up with petrol outdoors, and never smoke when filling or topping up.
c. Fill with petrol before starting the engine. Never remove the filler cap or fill with petrol
while the engine is running or still warm.
d. Screw the filler cap on tightly and wipe up any spilt petrol.
·Adjust the height of the auger housing to ensure it stays above gravel paths.
·Never, under any circumstances, make adjustments while the engine is running (unless
otherwise specified in the instructions).
·Allow the snow thrower to adjust to the outdoor temperature before using it.
·Always use protective goggles or a visor during use, maintenance and service.

declared vibration total value has been measured in accordance with a standard test method

Residual risks
Even when the machine is used as prescribed it is not possible to eliminate all residual
risk factors. The following hazards may arise in connection with the power tool’s
construction and design:
1. Damage to lungs if an effective dust mask is not worn.
2. Damage to hearing if effective hearing protection is not worn.
2.3 OPERATION
·Keep hands and feet away from rotating parts. Always avoid the discharge chute opening.
·The snow thrower must never be used to remove anything but snow.
·Be careful when driving on or crossing gravel paths, pavements and roads. Be aware of
hidden dangers and traffic.
·Never direct the discharge chute towards a public road or traffic.
·If the snow thrower hits a foreign object, stop the engine, disconnect the spark plug cable and
carefully inspect the machine for damage. Repair the damage before using the machine again.
·If the machine starts vibrating abnormally, stop the engine and look for the cause. Vibration
is normally a sign of something wrong.
·Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug cable:
a. If the machine steers away from the driving position.
b. If the auger housing or discharge chute is blocked and must be cleaned.
c. Before beginning repairs or adjustments.
·Always make sure the rotating parts have stopped and all the controls are disengaged before
cleaning, repairing or inspection.
·Before leaving the machine unattended, disengage all the controls, put it into neutral gear,
stop the engine and set the stop switch in position“OFF”.
·Never run the engine indoors except when taking it in and out of its place of storage. In this
case ensure the door to the storage place in open. Exhaust fumes are toxic.
·Never drive across a slope. Move from the top down, and from the bottom to the top. Be
careful when changing direction on a slope. Avoid steep slopes.
·Never operate the machine with insufficient protection or without the safety devices in place.

·Existing safety devices must not be disconnected or disengaged.
·Do not alter the engine’s regulator setting and do not race the engine. The possibility of
personal injury increases when the engine is run at high revs.
·Never use the snow thrower near enclosures, cars, windowpanes, slopes etc. without properly
setting the discharge chute deflector.
·Always keep children away from areas to be cleared. Get another adult to keep the children
under supervision.
·Do not overload the machine by driving it too fast.
·Take care when reversing. Look behind you before and during reversing to check for any
obstacles.
·Never point the discharge chute towards bystanders. Do not allow anyone to stand in front of
the machine.
·Disengage the auger when the snow thrower is to be transported or is not in use. Do not drive
too fast on slippery surfaces when transporting.
·Only use accessories that are approved by the machine’s manufacturer.
·Never drive the snow thrower in bad visibility or without satisfactory lighting.
·Always ensure you have a good balance and a tight grip on the handle.
·Never use the snow thrower on a roof.
·Do not touch engine components because they are warm during use. Risk of burn injuries.
2.4 MAINITENANCE AND STORAGE
·Tighten all nuts and screws so that the machine is in safe working condition. Check the shear
bolts regularly.
·Always use genuine spare parts. Non-genuine spare parts can entail a risk of injury, even if
they fit the machine.
·Never store the machine with petrol in the tank in buildings where the fumes can com into
contact with open flames or sparks.
·Allow the engine to cool before putting the machine in store.
·Before a long storage, check the instructions for recommendations.
·Replace damage warning and instruction stickers.
·Let the engine run a couple of minutes with the auger connected after use. This prevents the
auger from freezing solid.
The vibration emission during actual use of the power tool can differ from the declared total
value depending on the ways in which the tool is used.

There is the need to identify safety measures to protect the operator that are based on an
estimation of exposure in the actual conditions of use (taking account of all parts of the
operating cycle such as the times when the tool is switched off and when it is running idle in
addition to the trigger time).
3.Assembly
3.1 Align the holes on the push bar hole in
the chassis, then tighten it with gasket and
screws.

3.2 Cables installation:
It is necessary to adjust the tension of the cable medium. Adjustment performed by moving up
/ down and then tighten the screws. The adjustment should be performed so that the maximum
amount of slack cable was 1 cm to the side. When you press the (left) is able to handle auger;
if the handle is released, the worm is not getting no power. Castors rotates when you press
(right) handle, wheel stops when the handle is released. Fig. No. 11 is a tensioner cable for

3.3 Cable adjustment
Before adjusting the cable shift gear shift lever set to
position 6. Adjust the cable, perform similarly to the control
cable auger and drive.
3.4 Ensure that the discharge chute turns flexible.
3.5 Mounting the actuator assembly chimney:
Insert the round end of the control rods into the mechanism of rotation of the chimney. Secure
with cotter pins. Set the joystick control chimney and chimney in one plane.

Place the other end of the control rod (hex) into the hole in the mechanism of the joystick.
Place the chimney on the base (1). Replace the control mechanism
of the chimney on the base (2).

Remove the base (1) on either side of the bunker.
Adjust the base (1) so as to strip the bunker (4) was about 2 cm above the ground level.

6 Maintenance
6.1 Check the machine carefully in a regular time and assure the use safety.
6.2 Never store the machine with fuel in the fuel-tank inside a building where ignition
sources are present such as hot water and space heaters, clothes dryers, etc.
6.3 Always refer to owners guide instructions for important details if the snow thrower is
to be stored for an extended period.
6.4 Maintain or replace safety and instructions label, as necessary.
6.5 Run the machine a few minutes after throwing snow to prevent freezing solid of the
auger.

1 SYMBOLY

zapalovací svíčky. Je-li stroj v chodu, udržujte ruce v bezpečné vzdálenosti od výhozového
komínu.

2) BEZPEČNOSTNÍ POKYNY
2.1 Všeobecně
- Přečtěte si prosím důkladně tyto pokyny. Naučte se řádně používat toto zařízení.
- Nikdy nedovolte používat tuto sněhovou frézu dětem nebo osobám, které nejsou
seznámeny s těmito pokyny. Místní předpisy mohou omezovat minimální věk obsluhy.
- Nikdy nepoužívejte stroj, pokud jsou v blízkosti lidé, zvláště děti, nebo zvířata.
- Pamatujte na to, že uživatel je zodpovědný za nehody, které může provozem stroje
způsobit jiným lidem nebo jejich majetku.
- Dávejte pozor, abyste nezakopli nebo neupadli, a to zejména při couvání se strojem.
- Nikdy nepoužívejte sněhovou frézu pod vlivem alkoholu nebo léků, pokud jste unavení,
nebo nemocní.
2.2 PŘÍPRAVA
- Zkontrolujte prostor, kde budete se strojem pracovat a odstraňte všechny volné, nebo cizí
předměty, které by se mohly dostat do pracovního prostoru (bunkru) a způsobit poškození
stroje, nebo byly vymrštěny a tím mohly způsobit škody na majetku, nebo zranění osob.
- Před nastartováním motoru uvolněte všechny ovládací prvky.
- Nikdy nepoužívejte sněhovou frézu, pokud nejste správně oblečeni. Noste obuv, která
zlepší postoj na kluzkém povrchu.
- Varování – Benzín je vysoce hořlavý.
a) Benzín vždy skladujte v nádobách, které jsou vyrobené výhradně pro tento účel.
b) Benzín nalévejte nebo doplňujte pouze venku a při nalévání nebo doplňování nikdy
nekuřte, nebo nepracujte s otevřeným ohněm.
c) Benzín nalijte před nastartováním motoru. Nikdy nesnímejte uzávěr plnicího otvoru a
nedoplňujte benzín, když motor běží nebo je stále horký.
d) Pevně našroubujte uzávěr plnicího otvoru a otřete rozlitý benzín.
- Upravte výšku bunkru tak, aby byla cca 2 cm nad vyklízenou plochou.
- Nikdy, za žádných okolností, neprovádějte opravy, či úpravy, je-li motor v chodu
(není-li v návodu stanoven jiný postup).
- Před použitím sněhové frézy ji nechejte přizpůsobit venkovní teplotě.
- Při použití, údržbě a opravách vždy používejte ochranné brýle nebo štít.

VAROVÁNÍ!
Deklarovaná celková hodnota vibrací byla měřena v souladu se standardní zkušební metodou
a může být použita pro vzájemné srovnání jednotlivých nářadí. Deklarovaná celková hodnota
vibrací může být také použita pro předběžné stanovení doby práce s tímto nářadím.
Zbytková nebezpečí
Přestože je toto zařízení používáno podle uvedených postupů, určitá zbytková rizika
nemohou být vyloučena. Následující rizika mohou vzniknout z důvodu konstrukce a
designu tohoto stroje:
1. Poškození plic, není-li používána účinná maska proti prachu.
2. Poškození sluchu, není-li používána účinná ochrana sluchu.
2.3 PROVOZ
- Udržujte ruce a nohy dále od rotujících dílů. Vždy se vyhněte otvoru vyhazovacího
komínu.
- Sněhová fréza sněhu nesmí být nikdy používána k odstraňování čehokoliv jiného kromě
čerstvého sněhu.
- Při jízdě po chodnících, náspech nebo silnicích buďte opatrní.
- Předvídejte skrytá nebezpečí a dopravní situaci.
- Nikdy nesměrujte vyhazovací komín směrem na silnici nebo dopravu.
- Pokud sněhová fréza narazí na cizí předmět, vypněte motor, odpojte kabel zapalovací
svíčky a pečlivě zkontrolujte stroj, zda není poškozen. Pokud zjistíte poškození, před
dalším použitím stroje ho opravte.
- Pokud stroj začne nezvykle vibrovat, vypněte motor a hledejte příčinu. Vibrace jsou
obvykle známkou nějaké závady.
- Vypněte motor a odpojte kabel zapalovací svíčky:
a) Pokud stroj vybočuje ze směru jízdy.
b) Pokud je kryt šneku nebo vyhazovací komín zablokovaný a musí se vyčistit.
c) Před zahájením oprav nebo seřízením.
- Před čištěním, opravami nebo kontrolami se vždy ujistěte, že jsou rotující části zastavené
a všechny ovládací prvky jsou uvolněné.
- Před opuštěním stroje, který bude bez dozoru, uvolněte všechny ovládací prvky, zařaďte
neutrál, vypněte motor a nastavte zastavovací spínač do polohy „OFF (VYP)".
- Nikdy nenechávejte motor v chodu uvnitř budov, mimo případy, kdy se strojem vyjíždíte
z místa jeho uložení nebo s ním zajíždíte zpět. V tomto případě se ujistěte, že jsou
otevřené dveře ukládacího prostoru. Výfukové plyny jsou toxické.

- Nikdy nejezděte napříč svahem. Jezděte shora dolů a zdola nahoru. Při změně směru na
svahu buďte opatrní. Vyhněte se strmým svahům.
- Nikdy nepracujte se strojem s nedostatečnou ochranou nebo bez nasazených
bezpečnostních zařízení.
- Stávající bezpečnostní zařízení nesmí být odpojena nebo vypnuta.
- Neměňte nastavení regulátoru motoru a nepřetáčejte motor. Možnost poškození motoru,
nebo zranění se zvyšuje, když motor běží ve vysokých otáčkách.
- Přeřazení rychlosti vždy provádějte tak, že zastavíte, přeřadíte rychlost a znovu se
rozjedete.
- Nikdy neprovádějte řazení rychlostí za jízdy.
- Nikdy nepoužívejte sněhovou frézu v blízkosti plotů, aut, oken, svahů, atd., aniž byste
správně nastavili deflektor vyhazovacího komínu.
- Udržujte děti mimo prostory, které se mají uklidit. Děti nechejte pod dozorem dalšího
dospělého.
- Nepřetěžujte stroj tím, že budete jezdit příliš rychle.
- Při couvání dávejte pozor. Před couváním a při něm se dívejte dozadu pro zjištění
překážek.
- Nikdy nesměrujte vyhazovací komín směrem k přihlížejícím. Nedovolte žádné osobě,
aby stála před otvorem vyhazovacího komínu, pokud se strojem pracujete.
- Bude-li stroj přepravován, nebo nebude-li používán, proveďte odpojení šneku. Na
kluzkém povrchu nejezděte při transportu příliš rychle.
- Používejte pouze příslušenství, které je schváleno výrobcem stroje.
- Nikdy nepracujte se sněhovou frézou při špatné viditelnosti nebo bez dostatečného
osvětlení.
- Vždy se ujistěte, zda udržujete správnou rovnováhu a pevně držte rukojeť.
- Nikdy nepoužívejte sněhovou frézu na střeše.
- Nedotýkejte se součástí motoru, protože jsou při provozu horké. Hrozí nebezpečí
popálenin.
2.4 ÚDRŽBA A ULOŽENÍ
- Utáhněte všechny matice a šrouby tak, aby stroj byl v bezpečném provozním stavu.
Pravidelně kontrolujte střižné kolíky.
- Vždy používejte pouze originální náhradní díly. Použití neoriginálních náhradních dílů
může způsobit zranění, nebo poškození stroje.
- Nikdy neukládejte stroj s benzínem v nádrži v budovách, kde se výpary mohou dostat do
kontaktu s otevřeným ohněm nebo jiskrami.
- Před uložením stroje nechejte motor vychladnout.
- Před dlouhým uložením se podívejte do návodu na doporučení.
- Vyměňte poškozené varovné a instrukční nálepky.
