Congratulations on the purchase of a Roamer TrekkMaster. Your TrekkMaster is a highly
advanced electronic device. Therefore we recommend that you carefully read the in-
structions before use to familiarize yourself with its functions. Please note that a piece
of precision electronics like the TrekkMaster will only work as it should if you know
how to use it. Improper use and maintenance of this device may void the warranty and
place you in unnecessary danger.
WARNING:
Please remember that you are always responsible for your own safety. The TrekkMaster in
no way reduces the need for the security precautions associated with your activities. Do not
use this device for activities which require professional or industrial measuring accuracy. Do
not use the TrekkMaster for measurements during the following types of sports: Skydiving,
hang-gliding, paragliding or ying with a gyrocopter, sailplane, motorized sport plane, etc.
Professional measuring devices are required for these activities.

Synchronizing hands
Following a battery change, a violent impact or exposure to a strong magnetic eld,
hands may fail to revert to their original position. From each mode, push Cfor at least
3 sec. Use A(h) and B(min) to synchronize hands. Push Cto exit.
When Low Battery is detected, all functions are disabled and hands are placed at
12h00. If Alarm was ON it will not be disabled until it goes o.
Note: Backlight or running chrono in the background reduces battery life.

Settings
To set Time-1, Date and parameters,
press at least 1 second on Bfrom Time-1
mode (or pull Cfrom each mode), hands
are placed at 10h10.
Push Bto jump between Time-1, Date
and parameters.
To edit one of them, push Ato conrm
mode and Aagain to adjust ashing
display then push Bto set and conrm
edited mode. To exit settings mode,
push Cfrom any step.
The TrekkMaster has an electro-
luminescent backlight which is
activated by pushing the «Light»
button. The backlight will remain
on for 5-seconds. Pressing the
«Light» button during this time
will restart the 5 second period,
continuing the backlight feature.
Water Resistance
This product is water resistant.
Water resistance is tested to 50m.
Make always sure that crown Cis
always in the pushed-in position
in order to ensure the water
resistance of the watch.

To edit Date, push Ato conrm mode Date and Aagain to adjust ashing display then
push Bto set and conrm year, month and day. Push Bto jump to Parameter setting or
push Cto exit settings mode.
To edit Time-1, push Ato conrm mode Time-1 and Aagain to adjust ashing display
then push Bto set and conrm hours, minutes and seconds. Push Bto jump to Date
setting or push Cto exit settings mode.

To adjust Time-2, push Bin Time-2 mode at least 1 second, hands are placed at 10h10
and hours are ashing. To change hours/minutes use A button, to set and conrm
push B. Note: Time-2 is always in 30min intervals relative to Time-1.

Push Ato start/stop the chrono in chrono mode. Push Bto freeze/unfreeze or reset
the chrono. Note: As long the pictograms are blinking, the chrono is running. You can
switch to another operation while chrono is running.
To set the Alarm (o/on) push Ain Alarm mode. To adjust Alarm time push Bat least
1 second, hands are placed at 10h10. To change hours/minutes/status use A button, to
set and conrm push B. To exit settings mode quickly push C.

Thermometer Barometer
Note: For the best reading of the temperature, remove the watch from your wrist and
wait for approximately 15-30 minutes. When Thermometer is in standby mode hands
are placed at Time-1.
The Barometer function shows the weather changes via the relative
atmospheric pressure on the digital display in hPa – it indicates a trend.
When Barometer is in standby mode hands are placed at Time-1.

Compass – Declination and Calibration
Declination can be set from 40° East to 40° West. To calibrate Compass
Hands will run, turn the watch to keep hand in front of you. When calibration is
nished the compass get out of settings mode.

Adjustable display of the altitude above sea level in m/ft. The calculation depends
on the atmospheric pressure. For correct use of the altimeter, calibrate it as frequently

To adjust Interval measure push Afor at least 1 sec, hands are placed at 10h10. Push A
again to choose interval: 1s, 5s, 20s, 1min, 5min, 15min or 30min. To exit settings mode
push the crown C, or wait for 5 sec.
