GÜVENLİK TEDBİRLERİ
Herhangi bir geri tepme, yaralanma ve yangın risklerinden korunmak için aşağıdaki bilgileri
okuyun.
UYARI : Alkol, ilaç ve uyuşturucu maddeler ile hastalık , ateşli haller ve yorgunluk reaksiyon
kabiliyetinizi etkileyebilir. Bu durumlarda motorlu aletleri kullanmayın.
Makineyı kullanmadan önce herhangi bir aşınmış, gevşemiş veya hasarlı parçanın olup olmadığını
kontrol edin.
Yakıtın karıştırıldığı, döküldüğü, depolandığı alanlardan kıvılcım ve alev çıkarabilecek bütün
sebepleri (sigara içmek, alev çıkarmak ya da kıvılcım çıkmasına sebep olacak şekilde çalışmak)
bertaraf edin.
Motoru kapalı alanlarda çalıştırmaktan kaçının. Egzoz gazları zehirli karbon monoksit içerir.
Yakıtı elde tutarken veya testereyi kullanırken sigara içmeyin.
Bir günde makinayla toplam 2 saatten fazla çalışmayın.
Makinaları ve aksesuar parçaları kullanım klavuzundaki yönetmeliklere göre ve yalnızca kullanım
amacına uygun alanlarda kullanın. Amacına uygun olmayan kullanım tehlikeli sonuçlara yol
açabilir.
Bu ürünün motoru, yüksek derece yanıcı madde içeren yakıtla çalıştırılmaya uygun olarak
tasarlanmıştır. Fırın, kazan, elektrik kıvılcımları, kaynak kıvılcımlarının ya da ısı veya alev üreten
herhangi bir kaynağın olduğu, yakıtın tutuşmasına sebep olacak yerlerde asla yakıt kutularını
tutmayın ya da makinanın yakıt tankını doldurmayın.
Yakıt doldurulduktan sonra, yakıt tankının kapağını sıkıca kapatın ve makinayı çalıştırmadan önce
yakıt doldurduğunuz yerden göz kararı 3 metre kadar uzağa taşıyın.
Testereyi kullanırken uygun giysiler ve koruyucu ekipmanlar giyin.
Makinayla çalışırken bedeninizi testere zincirinden uzak tutun.
Makinayla çalışırken her zaman sıkıca iki elle tutma sapını bütün parmaklarla kavrayarak tutun.
Motoru çalıştırmadan önce testere zincirinin herhangi bir yere temas etmediğinden emin olun.
Hasarlı, uygunsuz ayarlanmış veya tamamen emniyetsiz bir şekilde parçaları sıkılmış bir testereyi
kullanmayın. Gaz kontrol tetiğini serbest bıraktığınızda testere zincirinin durduğundan emin olun.
Makina diğer kişilere verildiği zaman bu kullanım klavuzu da makinayla beraber verilmelidir.
Tamir çalışmaları yalnızca kalifiye kişiler tarafından ve orijinal parçalar kullanılarak yapılacaktır.

Motorları yük altında durdurmayın.
Çalışma alanınızı düzenli tutun.
Çalışırken anormal vücut hareketlerinden kaçının.
Makinayı taşırken, motorun tamamen durduğundan emin olun ve her zaman palanın koruması
takılı olsun.
Bu klavuzdaki teknik bilgilere uygun olmayan şekilde makinayı kullanmayın.
Makine devir sayısına tam olarak ulaşmadan önce asla kesmeye başlamayınız.
Makinayı ancak kapattıktan ve testere zincirinin dönmesi durduktan sonra elinizden bırakınız.
Motor çalışırken testere palasının ucu herhangi bir nesneye dokunduğu anda geri tepme olabilir.
Uç kısmın teması anında, hızlı geri reaksiyon olarak kıvılcım ortaya çıkabilir ve kontrol kaybıyla
testere geri teperek kullanıcıya zarar verebilir.
Motor çalışır durumdayken ya da henüz durdurulmuş iken egsoz çıkışı, buji ya da diğer metalik
parçalara asla dokunmayınız. Yaparsanız, ciddi yanıklara ya da elektrik şoklarına sebep olursunuz.
Küçük çalı ya da fidanları keserken ekstra dikkatli olunuz. İnce bağlantılar zincire dolanarak size
doğru çekilebilir ve dengenizi bozabilir.
Gerilim altındaki bir ağaç uzvunu keserken dikkatli olunuz. Kesim sonrası geri yaylanma olabilir.

c. Ağaç motorunu bol paça pantolon giyerken, sandalet giyerken ya da
çıplak ayakla iken kesinlikle kullanmayınız.
YAKITIN DOLDURULMASI
Benzinli zincir testereniz 2 zamanlı olduğu için, yakıt deposuna benzin doldururken aynı zamanda
belirli bir oranda uygun yağ karıştırın. 1 (bir) litre benzine 40 ml. 2-zamanlı motor yağı
karıştırılması gerekmektedir.

1. Yakıt tankının kapağını söküp çıkartın. Kapağı toz ve talaşın olmadığı bir yere koyun.
2. Yakıt tankına, tankın kapasitesinin %80’i kadar yakıt doldurun.
3. Yakıt kapağını güvenli bir şekilde sıkarak kapatın ve üstüne dökülen yakıtı bezle silin.
Zincir Yağı
Tüm yıl boyunca SAE #10W – 30 ya da yaz mevsiminde SAE # 30W – 40 ve
kış mevsiminde SAE# 20 kullanınız.
Not : Kullanılmış ya da geri dönüşüm ile üretilmiş yağ kullanmak yağ
pompasına hasar verebilir.
TESTERE PALASI VE ZİNCİRİNİN MONTAJI
1. Testere palasının korumasını ön tutma sapına doğru çekin ve zincir freninin açık olmadığından
emin olun.
2. Somunları sökün ve zincir kapağını çıkartın.
3. Testere zincirini, palanın zincir yoluna yerleştirin ve zinciri palaya yerleştirirken, palayı güç
birimine monte edin. Zincir germeyi uygun pozisyona ayarlayın.
4. Zincir kapağını güç birimine getirin ve somunları parmağınızla sıkın.
5. Palanın ucunu tutarken zincir gerginliğini de zincir germe vidasını zincir alt kısmı pala yolunun dip
kısmına değene kadar gerin.
6. Palayı güvenli bir şekilde sıkın ve zinciri el yordamıyla kontrol ederek doğru yönde ve uygun
gerginlikte olup olmadığına bakın. Bu işlem, zincir kapağının gevşekliği bakımından gereklidir.
7. Zincir germe vidasını sıkın.
Not: Zincir yönünün yandaki şekildeki gibi olduğundan emin olunuz.
MOTORUN ÇALIŞTIRILMASI
1. Yakıt ve zincir yağı tanklarını yeterince doldurun ve kapaklarını iyice
sıkın. (F7)

2. Açma/kapama anahtarını ‘I’ pozisyonuna getirin.
3. Gaz tetiği kilidi ve gaz tetiğine aynı anda basarken gaz tetiğini
bırakarak başlama konumuna getiriniz.
4. Jigle pimini dışarıya doğru çekerek kapalı konuma getiriniz. (F10)
NOT: Ağaç motorunun durdurduktan sonra hemen çalıştırırsanız jigle
pimini açık pozisyonda bırakınız.
5. Ağaç motorunu zeminde güvenli bir pozisyonda tutarken başlatma
ipini güçlü bir şekilde çekiniz. (F11)
UYARI: Bir eliniz ile testereyi tutarken motoru çalıştırmayınız.
Testere zinciri vücudunuza temas edebilir. Bu çok tehlikelidir.
6. Motor ilk ateşlemeyi yaptığında jigle pimini içeriye itikleyin ve
başlatma ipini çekerek motoru çalıştırın.
7. Gaz koluna hafifçe basarak motorun ısınmasını sağlayın.
8. Motor çalıştıktan sonra zinciri ortalama hızda ilerletin ve zincir
yağının uygun şekilde saçıldığını görünüz. (F12)
KARBÜRATÖR AYARI
Karbüratörler firma tarafından ayarlanmış şekildedir fakat çalışma
koşullarına göre ince ayar gerekebilir. Karbüratör ayarından önce ağaç
motorunda temiz hava/yakıt filtreleri ve uygun karışımlı yakıt
bulunduğundan emin olunuz.
Not: Karbüratör ayarı sırasında zincirin takılı olmalıdır.
Ayarlama sırasında aşağıdaki adımları takip ediniz;
1) Motoru durdurun ve sonrasında H ve L iğnelerini sonuna kadar
vidalayın. Fazla zorlamayın. Sonrasında bu iğneleri aşağıda gösterilen
tur adetleri kadar gevşetiniz.
H iğnesi: 1 3/8 tur
L iğnesi: 1 ¼ tur
2) Motoru çalıştırın ve yarı gaz vererek ısınmasını sağlayın.
3) L iğnesini yavaşça saat yönünde çeviriniz ve rölanti hızının maksimum
olduğu noktayı bulunuz. Sonra iğneyi saat yönünün tersine
çeyrek(1/4) tur çevirin.
4) Rölanti ayar vidasını(T) saat yönü tersine zincir hareket etmediği
konuma kadar çeviriniz. Eğer rölanti hızı çok düşük olursa vidayı saat
yönüne çeviriniz.
5) Test için kesim yapın ve H iğnesini maksimum hız için değil, en iyi
kesim gücü için ayarlayın.

ZİNCİR FRENİ VE GERİ TEPMEYE KARŞI KORUMA
Kesim sırasında oluşabilecek geri tepmeye karşı bu ürün, zincir
dönüşü engelleyecek otomatik frenlemeye sahiptir. Fren, otomatik
olarakön korumaya uygulanan atalet kuvveti ile kontrol edilir. Bu fren
ayrıca manual olarak ön koruma palaya doğru aşağı itilerek kontrol
edilebilir.(F16)
Freni serbest bırakmak için ön korumayı, ön tutma koluna doğru
‘klik‘ sesi duyulana kadar çekiniz.
Uyarı:
Frenin uygun çalıştığını günlük olarak kontrol ediniz.
Nasıl kontrol edlir?
1) Motoru kapatınız.
2) Testereyi yatay tutarken ön tutma kolunu bırakın ve pala ucunu
kütük ya da odun parçasına vurarak frenlemeyi doğrulayın.(F17)
Motor eğer fren aktif durumdayken yüksek hızda dönüyorsa
debriyaj ısınır ve problem olur. Eğer testere çalışırken fren aktif ise
gaz tetiği üzerinden parmaklarınızı kaldırın ve motorun rölantide
kalmasını sağlayınız.
Testerenin fren uygulaması, her kullanımdan önce 1-2 sn boyunca
tam gaza basılırken ve ön koruma ileri itili durumda kontrol
edilmelidir. Motor tam hızdayken zincir anında durmalıdır.(F19)Eğer
zincir durmak için yavaşsa ya da durmuyorsa fren bandı ve debriyaj
diskini kullanım öncesinde değişiniz.
MOTORU DURDURMA
1) Gaz tetiğini bırakarak motoru 1-2 dk rölantiye geçiriniz.
2) Anahtarı “O“(STOP) pozisyonuna getiriniz. (F18)
UYARI: Motor durduktan sonra metalik parçalar yüksek sıcaklığa
ulaşır.

TESTEREYLE KESME İŞLEMİ
Zemine paralel konulmuş bir ağaç gövdesinde : Gövde çapının yarısına kadar testereyle kesin,
sonra da ağaç gövdesinin kesilmemiş kısmını üste getirerek, bu kesilmemiş kısmı kesin.
Zemine paralel ve yerden yüksekte duran ağaç gövdesinde: Gövdenin A bölgesinde, gövdenin
aşağısından yukarıya 1/3 kadar kesin. B bölgesinde, yukarıdan aşağıya doğru 1/3 ‘ü kadar kesin ve
dipten yukarı keserek işlemi tamamlayın.
Yere düşürülmüş ağacın dallarını kesme: İlk olarak kesilecek dalın hangi tarafının eğri olduğuna
bakın. Sonra da eğri kısmından ilk olarak kesin ve diğer tarafından da keserek işlemi tamamlayın.
Ağaç dallarının budanması: Kesilecek dalın alt kısmından kesin, sonra da üst kısmından aşağıya
doğru keserek işlemi tamamlayın.
Ağacın kesilerek düşürülmesi:
2. Öncelikle ağacı düşürme yönünü, rüzgar yönünü, ağacın eğim kısmını, ağır dallarının bulunduğu
kısmı ve diğer faktörleri de hesaba katarak tayin edin.
3. Ağacın çevresini temizlerken, iyi bir geri çekilme alanı kendinize ayarlayın.
4. Ağacın tayin edilen düşme yönündeki kısmına, gövdenin 1/3 ü kadar çentik açın.
5. Çentiği attığınız tarafın tam karşısından ve çentikten çok az yüksek yerinden ağacı keserek devirin.

UYARI:
Stabil olmayan zemin ya da merdiven kullanmayın.
Uzanarak kesim yapmayınız.
Omuz hizası üstünde kesim yapmayınız.
Testereyi kavramak için daima iki elinizi kullanınız.
BAKIM VE TEMİZLİK
Aletin kendinde bir çalışma yapmadan önce motorun tamamen durdurulduğundan emin olun.
Hava filtresi: Testerenin üst kısmındaki kapağı, kapağın üstündeki pimi sökerek açın ve tornavida
gibi bir cisim yardımıyla filtreyi açın ve tozlu kısmı siliniz. Aşırı tozlanma olduğunda parçalara ayırıp
benzinle silebilirsiniz. Basınçlı hava kullandığınızda bunu içten dışa doğru uygulayın. Filtrenin iki
tarafını monte etmek için kilit sesi duyana kadar bastırın.
Yağlama yolu: Testere palasını sökün ve yağlama yolunun tıkanıp tıkanmadığını kontrol edin.
Testere palası: Testere palası söküldüğünde, talaşları palanın girintili kısmından ve yağlama yolundan
temizleyin. Besleme yolundan palanın ucuna doğru gresleyin.
Güvenli ve uygun çalışma için her zaman makinenin kendisini, zincir palasını, silindir ve silindir
aralıklarını, ateşleme bujisinin ve hava filtresini temiz tutun.
Testere zincirinin dişlerinin güvenli operasyon için her zaman keskin tutulması gerekir.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Read this users manual carefully to understand how to operate this unit properly.
WARNING : You should never use the product when underthe influence of alcohol, when
suffering from exhaustion or lack of sleep, when suffering from drowsiness as a result of having
taken cold medicine.
Eliminate all sources of sparks or flame (smoking, open flames or work that can cause sparks) in
areas where fuel is mixed, poured or stored.
Do not smoke while handling fuel or while operating the chain saw.
Do not use the chainsaw in closed environment. Exhaust gases contain poisonous carbon
monoxide.
Please try to keep the total amount of work performed in a day under 2 hours.
Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions and in
the manner intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into acccount the work
conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from
intended could result in a hazardous situation.
The engine of this product is designed to run on a mixed fuel which contains highly flammable
gasoline. Never store cans fo fuel or refill the fuel tank in any place where there is a boiler, stove,
wood fire, electrical sparks, welding sparks or any other source of heat or fire which might ignite
the fuel.
After refueling, screw the fuel cap back tightly onto the fuel tank and then carry the product to a
spot 3m or more away from where it was refueled before turning on the engine.
When using the chain saw, wear proper clothing and protective equipment.
Keep all parts of your body away from the saw chain when the engine is running.
Always hold the machine firmly with both hands when the engine is running. Use a firm grip with
thumb and fingers encircling the handles. Keep all parts of your body away from the machine
when the engine is running. Before starting the engine, make sure the saw chain is not contacting
anything.
Do not operate a chain saw that is damaged, improperly adjusted or completely and securely
assembled. Ensure that the saw chain stops moving when the throttle control trigger is released.
When power tool is given to other people, this instruction manual must be given with power tool.
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.

This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
• Keep the tools out of reach of children. Do not allow other persons to be near the chain saw when
starting or cutting. Keep standers 10mt away from operating place.
• Don’t switch off the tool when it is on load.
• Never start cutting until you have a clear, well lit work area, secure footing and a planned retreat
path from the falling tree.
• Avoid the anormal body moving, when operating the tools.
• Always carry the chain saw when the engine is stopped and guide guard is on guide bar.
• Do not use the chain saw which is not available for specific informations in this instruction.
• Do not begin to cut, before the machine reaches speed exactly.
• Put machine anywhere after only switch is off and the blade is exactly stopped.
• Kickback may occur when the nose or tip of the guide bar touches an object, or when the wood
closes in and pinches the saw chain in the cut. Tip contact in some cases may cause a lightning fast
reverse reaction, kicking the guide bar up and back towards the operator. Pinching the saw chain
along the top of the guide bar may push the guide bar rapidly back towards the operator. Enter of
these reaction may cause you to lose control of the saw, which could result in serious personal injury.
Never touch the muffler, spark plug or other metallic parts of the engine while the engine is in
operation or immediately after stopping the engine. Doing so could result in serious burns or
electrical shock.
Use extreme caution when cutting small size brush and saplings because slender material may
catch the saw chain and be whipped toward you or pull you off balance.
When cutting a limb that is under tension, be alert for spring back to that you won‘t be struck
when the tension in the wood fibers is released.

5)Hatchet or saw (for removal of obstacles)
c. Never use the product when wearing pants with loose cuffs, when
wearing sandals or when barefoot.

FUELING
Your gasoline chain saw is 2-cycle engine, so when you fuel to fuel tank, mix also specific rate air
cooled 2-cycle engine oil with fuel.
RECOMMENDED MIXING RATIO: GASOLINE: 25 Gasoline / OIL: 1 (40ml oil for 1 liter of gasoline)

1. Untwist and remove the fuel cap. Rest the cap on a dustless place.
2. Put fuel into the fuel tank to 80% of the full capacity.
3. Fasten the fuel cap securely and wipe up any fuel spillage around the unit.
Chain oil
Use motor oil SAE# 10W - 30 ali year round or SAE #30 - #40 in summer and
SAE#20 in winter.
Note: Do not use wasted or regenerated oil that can cause damage to the oil
pump.
MOUNTING GUIDE BAR AND SAW CHAIN
1. Pull the guard towards the front handle to check that the chain brake is not engaged.
2. Loosen the nuts and remove the chain cover.
3. Gear the chain to the sprocket and while fitting the saw chain around the guide bar, mount the
guide bar to power unit. Adjust the position of the chain tensioner.
4. The chain covers to the power unit and fasten the nuts to finger tightness.
5. While holding up the tip of the bar, adjust the chain tension by turning the tensioner screw until
the tie straps just touch the bottom side of the bar rail.
6. Tighten the nut securely with the bar tip held up (12~15N.m). Then check the chain for smooth
rotation and proper tension while moving it by hand. It is necessary to readjust with the chain
cover loose.

7. Tighten the tensioner screw.
Sharpening the chain: Fix the guide bar on a vice. Then apply same amount of sharpening on same
direction on each chain links.
Note: Pay attention to the correct direction of the saw chain.
STARTING THE ENGINE
1. Fill fuel and chain oil tanks respectively and tighten the caps securely.
(F7)
2. Put the switch to ‘I’ position.
3. While holding the throttle lever together with the throttle interlock,
release the throttle lever to hold it at the starting position.
4. Pull the chock knob to the closed position. (F10)
NOT: When restarting immediately after stopping the engine, leave
the chock knob at the open position.
5. While holding the saw unit securely on the ground, pull the starter
rope vigorously. (F11)
WARNING: Do not start the engine while hanging the saw
with a hand. The saw may touch your body. It is dangerous.
6. When engine has ignited first, push in the choke knob and pull the
starter again to start the engine.
7. Allow the engine to warm up with the throttle lever pulled slightly.
8. After starting the engine, run the chain at medium speed and see if
chain oil is scattered off as shown. (F12)

ADJUSTING THE CARBURETOR
The carburetor on your unit had been factory adjusted, but it may
require fine tuning due to change in operating conditions. Before
adjusting the carburetor, make sure that air/fuel filters are clean and
fresh, properly mixed fuel.
Not: Be sure to adjust the carburetor with the bar chain attached.
When adjusting, take the following steps;
1) Stop engine and screw in both H and L needles until they stop. Never
force. Then set them back to initial number of turns as shown below:
H needle: 1 3/8
L needle: 1 ¼
2) Start engine and allow it to warm up at half-throttle.
3) Turn L needle slowly clockwise to find a position where idling speed
is maximum, then set the needle back a quarter(1/4) turn
counterclockwise.
4) Turn idle adjusting screw(T) counterclockwise to that saw chain.If
idling speed is too slow, trun the screw clockwise.
5) Make a test cut and adjust the H needle fort he best cutting power,
not for maximum speed.
CHAIN BRAKE AND GUARD AGAINST KICKBACK
This machine is equipped with an automatic brake to stop saw chain
rotation upon occurence of kickback while in saw cutting operation.
The brake is automatically operated by inertial force which acts on
the weight fitted inside the front guard.This brake can also be
operated manually with the front guard turned down to the guide
bar.(F16)
To release brake, pull up the front guard toward the front handle till
‘click‘ sound is heard.
Warning:
Be sure to confirm brake operation on the daily inspection.
How to confirm
1) Turn of the engine.
2) Holding the chain saw horizontally, release your hand from the
front handle, hit the tip of the guide bar to a stump or a piece of
wood, and confirm brake operation. Operating level varies by bar
size. (F17) In case the brake is not effective, ask our dealer
inspection and repairing. The engine, if being keep rotated at high
speed with the brake engaged, heats the clutch, causing a trouble.
When the brake is operated while in operation, immediately
release your fıngers from the throttle lever and keep the engine
idling.
This saw is equipped with a chain brake that will stop the chain in the
event of kickback if operating properly. You must check the chain
brake operatiorn before each usage by running the saw at full the

throttle for 1-2 seconds and pushing the front hand guard forward.
The chain should stop immediately with the engine at full speed. lf
the chain is slow to stop or does not stop, replace the brake band and
clutch drum before use.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
1) Release the throttle lever to allow the engine idling for a few
minutes.
2) Put the switch to the "O" (STOP) position. (F18)
WARNING: The metallic parts reach high temperatures
immediately after stopping the engine.
SAWING OPERATION
A log lying on the ground: Saw down halfway, then roll the log and cut from the opposite side.
A log hanging off the ground: In area A, saw up from the bottom one –third and finish by sawing
from the top. In area B, saw down from the top one-third and finish by sawing up the bottom.
Cutting the limbs of fallen tree: First check to which side the limb is bent. Then make the initial cut
from the bent side and finish by sawing from the opposite side.
Pruning of standing tree: Cut up from the bottom, finish down from the top.

Felling a tree:
1. Decide the felling direction considering the wind, lean of the tree, location of heavy branches easy
of completing the task after felling and other factors.
2. While clearing the area around the tree, arrange a good teeth-hold and retreat path.
3. Make a notch cut one-third of the way into the tree on the felling side.
4. Make a felling cut from the opposite side of the notch and at a level slightly higher than the bottom
of the notch.
WARNING:
Do not use an unstable foothold or ladder.
Do not overreach.
Do not cut above shoulder height.
Always use your both hands to grip the saw.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before any work on the machine itself, be sure the machine engine is completely stopped.
Air Filter: Open the cover on the top of the saw by removing the pin on the cover and open the filter
with a screwdriver and wipe the dusty part. In case of excessive dusting, you can dismantle them
and wipe them with gasoline. When using compressed air, apply it from the inside out. Press down
on both sides of the filter until you hear a click.
Lubrication Path: Remove the saw blade and check that the lubrication path is not blocked.

Saw Blade: When the saw blade is removed, clean the chips thoroughly as they will clog the grooved
part of the bar and the groove path. Grease from the feed path to the end of the bar.
For safe and proper operation, always keep the machine itself, the chain bar, the cylinder and
cylinder spacings, the spark plug and the air filter clean.
•It is very important for smooth and safe operation to keep the cutters always sharp.
Your cutters need to be sharpened when:
-Sawdust becomes powder- like.
-You need extra force to saw in.
-The cut way does not go straight.
-Vibration increases.
-Fuel consumption increases.
If the tool fails in spite of rigorous production and testing methods, the repair must be carried out
by an authorized service center for the “RODEX” power tools.
