2. Electrical connections

4. Before starting ...
a) IMPORTANT: Select the length of the boom with the parameter A1.
It is very important that this parameter is selected correctly. An incorrect setting may cause severe damage or injury.

b) Check the spring balance setting and the mechanical stop setting.

c) With both control units not powered (and with battery disconnected,

5. MASTER acquisition procedure
1. Check that the barrier boom is at 45°.
2. Press and hold PROG for 4 s.
3. APP- appears on the display.
4. Open the release cover.
5. PHAS appears.
6. Wait until the message PHAS flashes.
7. Close the release cover.
8. AUTO appears.
9. The barrier starts to open.
10. Once the barrier is open, the message AUTO flashes on the display after a few seconds and the barrier starts to close.
11. When the barrier is closed, the safety device symbols are displayed.
f) Select the position of the barrier in relation to the gate, using
parameter 1.
The factory setting of the parameter is with the barrier installed on
the right (101) and the boom opening/closure gate on the left
(seen from the inspection hatch side).
If the installation position is changed from the right to the left, the position of
the spring(s) must also be changed.
IMPORTANT! Lubricate the pivot points with lithium
based grease

The parameters concerning the functionality of the central unit are managed exclusively by the MASTER central unit which automatically passes them to the
SLAVE central unit. Only parameters A0,19, 31 and 3 must be set on the SLAVE control unit.

1. Press channel P1 (P2) of the receiver.
2. When LED L1 (L2) ashes 3 times (or 4 times
with rolling code function), press any button on
the transmitter.
3. If LED L1 (L2) remains steadily lit the transmitter
has been stored correctly.
1. Press buttons A and B on the NEW transmitter
simultaneously.
2. The LED ashes for 5 s.
3. Hold button (A) only on the NEW transmitter
you want to store.
4. The LED ashes 3 s.
5. Hold the previously stored transmitter as close
as possible to the NEW transmitter.
6. Press button (A) on the OLD transmitter.
7. The LED lights for 1 s to conrm that the copy
procedure was successful.

9. Photocells grounding connection
Grounding connection negative terminal (COM) photocells series F4ES/F4S or other than Roger Technology
In case of malfunction, or failure to intervene in case of dimming, or continuous detection, or abnormal behaviour of the automation (gate, overhead door,
barrier, etc.), it is advisable to connect the negative terminal (COM) of the photocells to the grounding of the system.
