SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise bei der Benutzung von Elektrogeräten:
Um das Verletzungsrisiko durch Feuer oder Stromschlag gering zu halten, bitten wir Sie, einige
grundlegende Sicherheitsanweisungen zu beachten, wenn Sie dieses Gerät verwenden. Bitte lesen Sie diese
Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig und vergewissern Sie sich, dass keine Fragen offenbleiben. Bewahren Sie
diese Betriebsanleitung bitte sorgfältig in der Nähe des Produktes auf, um bei Fragen auch später noch
einmal nachschlagen zu können. Verwenden Sie stets einen geerdeten Stromanschluss mit der richtigen
Netzspannung (siehe Anleitung oder Produktschild). Sollten Sie bezüglich des Anschlusses Zweifel haben,
lassen Sie ihn durch einen qualizierten Fachmann überprüfen. Benutzen Sie niemals ein defektes Stromkabel!
Öffnen Sie dieses Gerät nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung, ebenso nicht mit nassen oder feuchten
Händen.Außerdem sollten Sie das Gerät vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung schützen. Betreiben Sie das Gerät
nur an geschützten Orten, sodass niemand auf Kabel treten, über sie stürzen und/oder sie beschädigen kann.
Sorgen Sie darüber hinaus für ausreichende Luftzirkulation, wodurch die Kühlung des Gerätes gewährleistet,
und Wärmestaus vermieden werden. Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung dieses Gerätes den Netzstecker und
benutzen Sie zur Reinigung ein feuchtes Tuch. Vermeiden Sie den Einsatz von Putzmitteln und achten Sie
darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eintritt, bzw. darin verbleibt. Das Innere dieses Gerätes enthält keine
für den Benutzer wartungspichtigen Teile. Überlassen Sie Wartung, Abgleich und Reparatur qualiziertem
Fachpersonal. Im Falle eines Fremdeingriffs verfällt der Gewährleistungsanspruch!
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sorgfältig durch! Beachten Sie
alle Sicherheitshinweise, um Schäden durch falschen Gebrauch zu vermeiden!
2. Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte dieses Gerät an Dritte
weitergegeben werden, muss die Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.
3. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck und nur in Innenräumen.
4. Im Falle von unsachgemäßem Gebrauch oder falscher Handhabung kann keine Haftung für eventuell
auftretende Schäden übernommen werden.
5. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch prüfen Sie bitte, ob die Art des Stroms und die Netzspannung mit den
Angaben auf dem Produktschild kompatibel sind.
6. Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür geeignet, durch Personen, einschließlich Kindern, mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sinnlichen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten, sowie mangelnder Erfahrung und/oder mangelndem
Wissen benutzt zu werden. Als Ausnahme gilt, wenn diese durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige
Person beaufsichtigt werden, oder Gebrauchsanweisungen erhalten haben.
7. STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR! Versuchen Sie niemals, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren. Lassen Sie stattdessen
das Gerät im Störungsfall nur von qualizierten Fachleuten reparieren.
8. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Netzstecker und das Netzkabel. Sollte das Netzkabel beschädigt
werden, muss es durch den Hersteller, den Kundendienst oder eine ähnliche Person ersetzt werden,
um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

9. Verhindern Sie eine Beschädigung des Netzkabels durch Quetschen, Knicken oder Anschlagen an
scharfen Kanten und halten Sie es von heißen Oberächen und offenen Flammen fern.
10. ACHTUNG LEBENSGEFAHR! Tauchen und Halten Sie das Gerät während des Reinigens oder des
Betriebes nie in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
11. Öffnen Sie unter keinen Umständen das Gehäuse.
12. Das Gerät nie ohne eingefülltes Wasser einschalten.
13. Beim Abnehmen der Abdeckung kann sich heißer Dampf freisetzen – Vorsicht: Verbrühungsgefahr!

ANWENDUNGSGEBIET
Das Kochgerät Sous Vide dient zum Kochen von Speisen in dicht verschlossenen Beuteln in kontrollierter
Wassertemperatur.
Sous Vide darf nicht verwendet werden für
• das Zubereiten von Getränken und üssigen Speisen;
• das Aufwärmen von zucker-, süßstoff-, säure-, laugen- oder alkoholhaltigen Flüssigkeiten;
• das Aufwärmen und Erhitzen entzündlicher, gesundheitsschädlicher, sich leicht verüchtigender oder
ähnlicher Flüssigkeiten bzw. Stoffe.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht zweckgemäßer Verwendung haftet allein der Betreiber.
VOR DER ERSTEN BENUTZUNG
Prüfen Sie die Verpackung bei Erhalt der Ware auf Mängel und öffnen Sie diese, falls keine vorhanden sind. Falls
die Verpackung Beschädigungen aufweist, setzen Sie sich innerhalb von 3 Tagen mit der Transportgesellschaft
und Ihrem Vertriebspartner in Verbindung. Dokumentieren Sie die Beschädigungen so gut wie möglich. Stellen
Sie das Paket nicht mit Inhalt über Kopf auf! Sollten Sie das Paket weiter transportieren, halten Sie es aufrecht
und stabil.
ENTSORGUNG DER VERPACKUNG
Es wird darum gebeten, das Verpackungsmaterial (Pappe, Plastikbänder und Styropor) zu behalten, um das
Gerät im Servicefall bestmöglich geschützt zurücksenden zu können!
AUFBAU DES GERÄTES
PLATZIERUNG DES GERÄTES
Die Temperatur der Umgebung sollte nicht höher als 45°C sein und die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit sollte 85%
nicht überschreiten. Das Gerät ist so aufzustellen, dass eine gute Luftzirkulation gewährleistet ist. Es ist auf
allen Seiten ein Mindestabstand von wenigsten 10 cm einzuhalten. Halten Sie das Gerät von allen heißen
Flächen fern. Betreiben Sie das Gerät stets auf einer ebenen, stabilen, sauberen, feuerfesten und trockenen
Fläche und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern oder Personen mit geistigen Behinderungen.

Platzieren Sie das Gerät so, dass der Netzstecker jederzeit zugänglich und nicht verdeckt ist. Achten Sie
darauf, dass die Stromversorgung des Gerätes den Angaben auf dem Produktschild entspricht. Vor der ersten
Anwendung sind das Gerät und alle seine Bestandteile auszubauen und zu reinigen.

1. LED-Display (°C / °F – Um die Einheit zu ändern, die Taste drücken und halten,

Wasser in das Gerät einfüllen und die in Folie verpackten Lebensmittel auf das Gitter legen. Das Gitter in
das Gerät eingeben, den Wasserstand kontrollieren (der Stand sollte zwischen MIN und MAX liegen). Das
Gerät einschalten, indem die Taste START/STOP (6) gedrückt und gehalten wird, bis sich das Display aktiviert.
Danach die Taste TIME (2) drücken, mithilfe der Tasten +(4) und -(5) die Zeiteinstellen, danach erneut die
Taste TIME (2) drücken und die Minutenzahl in analoger Weise einstellen. Jetzt die Taste TEMP (3) drücken
und die gewünschte Temperatur über die Tasten +(4) und -(5) einstellen. Das Gerät mit der Taste START/
STOP (6) einschalten. Auf dem Display leuchtet das Symbol für den Betrieb des Gerätes auf, die aktuelle
Temperatur und die verbliebeneArbeitszeit werden angezeigt.Wenn dasWasser die gewünschte Temperatur
erreicht hat, schaltet sich die Heizfunktion aus. Das Gerät wird die eingestellte Temperatur halten. Wenn die
eingestellte Zeit abgelaufen ist, ertönt eine Stunde lang im Abstand von 1 Minute ein Tonsignal, welches das
Ende der Arbeitszeit oder den Zeitpunkt zum Ausschalten mit der Taste START/STOP signalisiert. Wenn das
Wasser eine Temperatur von mehr als 85°C erreicht, schalten sich Pumpe und Wasserkreislauf automatisch
ab. Nach Abschluss der Arbeit das Gerät mit der Taste START/STOP (6) ausschalten, die Speise(n) mit einer
Lebensmittelzange herausnehmen, das Wasser aus dem Behälter ausgießen und das Gerät trocknen lassen.
ACHTUNG! Wenn während des Betriebs der Wasserstand unter MIN sinken sollte, schaltet sich das
Gerät von selbst ab. Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung E04. Wasser nachfüllen und das Gerät mit der Taste
START/STOP (6) aus- und dann wieder anschalten.
ACHTUNG! Füllen Sie kein Wasser bei laufendem Betrieb nach. Das Gerät muss zuerst ausgeschaltet
werden, dann Wasser nachfüllen und das Gerät daraufhin wieder einschalten!

ACHTUNG! Während des Betriebs erreichen einige Teile des Gerätes sehr hohe Temperaturen – Vorsicht:
Verbrennungsgefahr! Fassen Sie keine Elemente des Gerätes mit bloßen Händen an! Die fertigen Speisen am
besten mit einer Lebensmittelzange oder mit einem anderen Küchengerät herausnehmen.
ACHTUNG! Nach abnehmen des Deckels kann heißer Dampf hervorbrechen! Vorsicht: Verbrühungsgefahr!

Bringen Sie das Gerät in einem Behältnis an, indem Sie die Montageclips
für den Rand des Behältnisses verwenden.
ACHTUNG! Das Gerät nicht in der Mitte des Behältnisses belassen!
Wasser in das Gerät einfüllen (der Wasserstand sollte zwischen MIN
und MAX liegen). Die zuvor vorbereiteten Lebensmittel im Beutel in
das Behältnis legen und das Gerät einschalten, indem Taste START/
STOP (6) gedrückt und ca. 0,5 Sekunden gehalten wird - bis sich das
Display einschaltet. Die gewünschte Zeit einstellen, indem die Taste
TIME (4) gedrückt wird, mit den Tasten +(7) und -(8) die Stunden
einstellen, danach erneut TIME (4) drücken und die Minuten einstellen.
Danach die Taste TEMP (5) drücken und mit den Tasten +(7) und -(8)
die gewünschte Temperatur einstellen. Die Taste START (6) drücken.
Das Gerät beginnt jetzt den Betrieb, auf dem Display erscheinen
das Symbol für den Betrieb des Gerätes (9), die aktuelle Temperatur
und die verbleibende Betriebszeit.Wenn die gewünschte Temperatur
erreicht ist, hält das Gerät diese Temperatur.
Wenn die eingestellte Zeit abgelaufen ist, arbeitet das Gerät weiter und signalisiert mithilfe eines Tonsignals
jede Minute das Ende der eingestellten Zeit. Nach Arbeitsende das Gerät mit der Taste START/STOP (6)
ausschalten, aus dem Behältnis nehmen und trocknen.
ACHTUNG! Wenn während des Betriebs der Wasserstand unter MIN sinken sollte, schaltet sich das
Gerät von selbst ab. Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung „E04”. Wasser nachfüllen und das Gerät mit der Taste
START/STOP (6) aus- und dann wieder anschalten.
ACHTUNG! Die Fehlermeldung „E08” leuchtet auf, wenn der Temperatursensor beschädigt ist. Dann mus
das Gerät vom Service gewartet werden.
ACHTUNG! Kein Wasser bei laufendem Betrieb nachfüllen. Schalten Sie das Gerät zuerst ab. Füllen Sie
dann erst das Wasser nach und schalten Sie das Gerät erneut ein.
ACHTUNG! Das Gerät hat eine Überhitzungssicherung. Wenn das Gerät ohne Wasser laufen sollte,
schaltet sich dieses aus. Bevor es erneut eingesetzt werden kann, unbedingt kalt werden lassen. Die RESET
-Taste (G) drücken. Das Gerät ist wieder einsatzbereit.
ACHTUNG! Während des Betriebs erreichen einige Teile des Gerätes sehr hohe Temperaturen - Vorsicht:
Verbrennungsgefahr! Fassen Sie keine Elemente des Gerätes mit bloßen Händen an! Die fertigen Speisen am

TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG
Beim Transport sollte das Gerät vor Erschütterung und dem Herabstürzen, sowie vor dem Hinstellen auf
das obere Teil geschützt werden. Lagern Sie es in einer gut durchlüfteten Umgebung mit trockener Luft und
ohne korrosive Gase.
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
• Ziehen Sie vor jeder Reinigung und nach jedem Gebrauch den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät
vollständig abkühlen.
• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberäche ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoffe.
• Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen, vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
• Es ist untersagt die Maschine mit Wasserstrahlen zu besprühen.
REGELMÄSSIGE PRÜFUNG DES GERÄTES
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob Elemente des Gerätes eventuelle Beschädigungen aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall
sein, darf das Gerät nicht mehr benutzt werden. Wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Verkäufer, um das
Gerät reparieren zu lassen.
Was tun im Problemfall?
Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Verkäufer und bereiten Sie folgende Angaben vor:
• Rechnungs- und Seriennummer (letztere nden Sie auf dem Typenschild)
• Ggf. ein Foto des defekten Teils aufnehmen.
• Ihr Servicemitarbeiter kann besser eingrenzen worin das Problem besteht, wenn Sie es so präzise wie
möglich beschreiben. Je detaillierter Ihre Angaben sind, umso schneller kann Ihnen geholfen werden!
ACHTUNG: Öffnen Sie die Maschine niemals ohne Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice. Dies kann Ihren
Gewährleistungsanspruch beeinträchtigen!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General safety information for the use of electrical devices
To avoid injury from re or electric shock, please ensure the compliance with the safety instructions when
using this device. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure that you have understood them well.
Keep the manual near the equipment to be able to read it at any time. Always use current sources which
are connected to the ground and which provide the necessary voltage (this info is indicated on the label
on the device). If you have any doubts, let an electrician check that your outlet is properly grounded. Never
use a damaged power cable. Do not open the unit in damp or wet environment, or if your hands or body
are damped or wet. Protect the unit from solar radiation. Use the device in a protected location to avoid
damaging the equipment or endangering others. Make sure the device is able to cool and avoid placing it too
close to other devices that produce heat. Before cleaning the device, disconnect it from the power source.
Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning.Avoid using detergents and make sure that no liquid enters the unit. No
internal element of this device needs to be maintained by the user. Opening the device without our approval
leads to a loss of warranty!

responsible for their safety or if they have received instructions as to how the device is used.
7. ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD! Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. In case of device failures,
repairs must be done by qualied experts.
8. Please check the main plug and the power cable regularly. If the power cable for this device is damaged,
it has to be replaced by the manufacturer or its customer service or another qualied person in order
to prevent hazards.
9. Prevent damages to the power cable by avoiding squeezing or bending it or rubbing it on sharp edges.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The sous vide cooking device is used to cook food in sealed bags, placed in a controlled water temperature.
Do not use sous vide to:
• cook soups or other drinks;
• warm up liquids containing sugar, sweeteners, acids, bases or alcohol;
• warm or heat ammable, noxious, particularly volatile, or any other toxic substances.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-intended use of the device!
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed as
possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is kept
horizontal and stable.
DISPOSAL OF THE PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition!
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of the environment must not exceed 45°C and the relative humidity should not exceed
85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is used. The distance between the back of the
chain toaster and the wall should be at least 20 cm, a minimum distance between the sides of the device and
the walls should be at least 10 cm on each side and 35 cm between the top of the device and the ceiling.
Keep the device away from hot surfaces. Operate the device on at, stable, clean, refractory and dry surfaces
out of the reach of children and people with mental disabilities. Install the device making sure that constant
access to the main plug is ensured.The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details. Before the rst use, remove all elements and clean them along with
the entire device.

1. LED display (°C/°F – in order to change the displayed temperature unit, press and
hold the button until the next unit is shown on the display; this adjustment can be
made only when the device is in the STAND BY mode).

Pour water into the device, then place foil-packed food on the grate. Insert the grate into the device, control
the water level (the water level should be between the MIN and MAX marks), turn the device on by holding
the START/STOP button until the display is activated. Press button TIME (2), use buttons + (4) and - (5) to
set the hours, press button TIME (2) again and set the minutes in the same manner. Next, press the TEMP (3)
button and set the desired temperature using the buttons +(4) & -(5). Activate the device with the START/
STOP button. The display will show the device operation icon, along with the current working temperature
and the remaining cooking time. As soon as the water reaches the pre-set temperature, the device deactivates
the heating function, and will only maintain the pre-set temperature. As soon as the pre-set time lapses, the

Put the device inside the container, locking the mounting clip on the
edge of the container, as shown.
CAUTION! Do not leave the device inside the container!
Pour water into the device (the water level should be between the
MIN and MAX marks). Place food in a bag into the container and turn
the device on holding the START/STOP button for about 0.5 second,
until the display is activated. Set the desired time by pressing TIME
(4), use buttons + and - to set the hours, press TIME (4) again and
set the minutes. Next, press the TEMP (5) button and set the desired
temperature using the buttons +(7) & -(5). Press the START (6) button
- the device starts working, the display shows the device operation
icon (9), the current temperature and the remaining cooking time.
After reaching the pre-set temperature, the device maintains it.
CAUTION! Do not add water while the device is active, turn it off rst, add water as required and turn

CAUTION! The device is tted with an overheating protection, preventing it from working with no water;
in order to continue using the device, wait for it to cool down, and press the RESET (G) button – the device
is ready to use again.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in
a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always unplug the device before cleaning it and after each use.
• Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.
• After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried before reusing it.
• Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
• Never spray the device with water jets.
CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Regularly check the machine for signs of damage. If the machine is damaged, please stop using it immediately
and contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?

umieszczonych w kontrolowanej temperaturze wody.
Sous vide nie należy używać do:

à toutes vos questions. Conservez soigneusement cette notice à proximité de l‘article an de pouvoir le
consulter plus tard en cas de besoin. Utilisez toujours une prise électrique reliée à la terre et avec la
bonne tension secteur (v. Guide ou plaque signalétique)! Dans le cas où vous auriez des doutes quant au
raccordement de votre appareil, veuillez faire vérier votre installation par un électricien qualié. N‘utilisez
jamais de câble électrique défectueux! N‘ouvrez pas l‘appareil dans un environnement humide, et veillez à ce
que vos mains ne soient ni humides ni mouillées. De plus, protégez l‘appareil des rayonnements directs du
soleil. Ne mettez l‘appareil en marche que dans un espace protégé, de manière à ce que personne ne marche
sur les câbles, ne se prenne les pieds dedans, ni ne les abîme. Veillez également à ce que la pièce, dans laquelle
se trouve l‘appareil, soit sufsamment aérée an d‘éviter une concentration trop importante de chaleur
mais aussi pour faciliter le refroidissement de l‘appareil. Pensez à toujours débrancher l‘appareil avant de le
nettoyer et utilisez un chiffon humide pour le nettoyage. N‘utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage et veillez à
ce qu‘aucun uide ne s‘inltre dans l‘appareil ou ne reste à l‘intérieur. L‘intérieur de l‘appareil ne doit pas être
nettoyé / entretenu par l‘utilisateur. Conez l‘entretien, le réglage et les réparations à une personne qualiée.
La garantie deviendra caduque en cas d‘intervention d‘une personne non-qualiée.

9. Protégez le câble d‘éventuelles pressions, coupures ou des frottements, en le tenant à l‘abri de surfaces
pointues, tranchantes, chauffantes, et à l‘abri des ammes.

UTILISATION
Cet appareil de cuisson sous vide permet de cuire des aliments fermés en sac dans un bain d‘eau à température
contrôlée.
L‘appareil de cuisson sous vide ne doit pas être utilisé pour:
• Préparer des boissons et des aliments liquides;
• Chauffer/cuire des liquides sucrés, acides, salés ou contenant de l‘alcool;
• Réchauffer ou cuire des liquides ou matières inammables, dangereux pour la santé voire volatiles.
L‘utilisateur assume toute responsabilité en cas de dommages liés à un usage
inapproprié de l‘appareil.
AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Dès réception de la marchandise, veuillez inspecter le colis et ouvrez-le an de s‘assurer qu‘aucun élément
ou composant du colis ne soit manquant. Si l‘emballage est endommagé, prenez contact sous 3 jours avec la
société de transport ainsi qu‘avec votre distributeur et fournissez un maximum d‘indications et photos des
dégâts.Documentez les éventuels dégâts avec le plus de précision possible.Ne tenez jamais le colis à l‘envers!
Si vous devez transporter ou manipuler le colis, assurez-vous qu‘il soit maintenu droit et de manière stable.
TRAITEMENT DES DÉCHETS
Veuillez garder l‘emballage de l‘appareil (carton, plastique, polystyrène) an de pouvoir le renvoyer dans les
meilleures conditions en cas de besoin.
MONTAGE DE L‘APPAREIL
INSTALLATION DE L‘APPAREIL
La température ambiante, de la pièce où se trouve l‘appareil, ne doit pas dépasser 45°C et l‘humidité de
l‘air ne doit pas excéder 85%. L‘appareil doit être positionné de manière à ce qu‘une bonne circulation d‘air
soit garantie. Sur tous les côtés, une distance minimale d‘un peu moins de 10 cm doit être maintenue entre
l‘appareil et son environnement. Maintenez l‘appareil à distance de toute surface chaude.

Utilisez l‘appareil uniquement sur une surface plane, stable, propre, sèche, réfractaire (résistante à la chaleur
et au feu), et en dehors de la portée des enfants et des personnes handicapées mentales. Placez l‘appareil de
manière à ce que la prise soit accessible à tout moment. Veillez à ce que l‘alimentation en courant respecte les
valeurs indiquées sur la plaque signalétique. Veuillez désassembler et nettoyer tous les éléments de l‘appareil
avant de l‘utiliser une première fois.

Remplir l‘appareil d‘eau et déposer les aliments, ensachés dans des sacs, sur les supports de cuisson. Organiser
les supports de cuisson dans l‘appareil, contrôler le niveau d‘eau (il doit être situé entre les niveaux MIN et
MAX). Allumer l‘appareil en appuyant sur la touche START/STOP (6) et la maintenir jusqu‘à ce que l‘écran
s‘allume. Appuyer ensuite sur la touche TIME (2), régler le temps de cuisson via les touche +(4) et -(5),
appuyer de nouveau sur la toucheTIME (2) pour pouvoir régler les minutes analogiquement.Appuyer ensuite
sur la touche TEMP (3) et sélectionner la température via les touches +(4) et -(5). Allumer l‘appareil avec la
touche START/STOP (6). L‘écran afche les symboles de fonctionnement de l‘appareil comme la température
actuelle ou le temps restant de cuisson. Lorsque l‘eau a atteint la température souhaitée, l‘activité chauffante
de l‘appareil s‘éteint. L‘appareil maintiendra la température paramétrée sur le thermostat. Lorsque le temps
paramétré est écoulé, un signal sonore retentit pendant une heure chaque minute, annonce la n du temps de
cuisson et indique le moment ou il faut éteindre l‘appareil en appuyant sur la touche START/STOP. Lorsque
la température de l‘eau atteint 85°C ou plus, la pompe et le cycle de l‘eau se désactivent automatiquement.
Appuyer sur la touche START/STOP (6) pour éteindre l‘appareil après utilisation, retirer les plats au moyen
d‘une pince, vider l‘eau de l‘appareil et laisser sécher l‘appareil.
ATTENTION! Pendant l‘utilisation de l‘appareil, si le niveau de l‘eau descend en-dessous du niveau MIN,
l‘appareil s‘éteint automatiquement. Le message d‘erreur E04 s‘afche alors. Remplir d‘eau de nouveau puis
éteindre et allumer l‘appareil avec la touche START/STOP (6).

Accrocher un récipient à l‘appareil en utilisant le clip de montage et le
bord du récipient:
ATTENTION! Ne pas laisser l‘appareil au milieu du récipient!
Remplir l‘appareil d‘eau (le niveau d‘eau doit se situer entre les
niveaux MIN et MAX). Placer les aliments, déjà ensachés au préalable,
dans l‘appareil puis allumer l‘appareil en pressant et maintenant la
touche START/STOP (6) env. 0,5 secondes jusqu‘à ce que l‘écran
s‘allume. Régler le temps de cuisson souhaité en pressant la touche
TIME (4) puis en ajustant avec les touches +(7) et -(8), appuyer une
nouvelle fois TIME (4) et paramétrer les minutes.Appuyer ensuite la
touche TEMP (5) et ajuster la température souhaitée avec les touches
+(7) et -(8). Appuyer sur la touche START (6). L‘appareil se met en
état de marche, l‘écran afche les symboles de fonctionnement qui
concernent la température actuelle ainsi que le temps restant.
Lorsque la température souhaitée est atteinte, l‘appareil la maintient. Lorsque le temps paramétré est écoulé,
l‘appareil continue de fonctionner et indique via un signal sonore, chaque minute, la n du temps paramétré.
Une fois votre travail terminé, appuyer sur la touche START/STOP (6) de l‘appareil, le retirer du récipient
et le sécher.
ATTENTION! Pendant l‘utilisation de l‘appareil, si le niveau de l‘eau descend en-dessous du niveau MIN,
l‘appareil s‘éteint automatiquement. Le message d‘erreur „E04” s‘afche alors. Remplir d‘eau de nouveau puis
éteindre et allumer l‘appareil avec la touche START/STOP (6).
ATTENTION! Le message d‘erreur „E08“ s‘illumine alors si la sonde de température est endommagée.
L‘appareil doit alors être réparé par un service agrégé.
ATTENTION! Ne pas remplir d‘eau pendant que l‘appareil est en cours d‘utilisation. Éteindre d‘abord
l‘appareil. Remplir d‘abord d‘eau puis allumer ensuite l‘appareil de nouveau.
ATTENTION! L‘appareil est équipé d‘une protection contre la surchauffe. L‘appareil s‘éteint s‘il est utilisé
dans eau. Le laisser refroidir avant de l‘utiliser de nouveau.Appuyer sur la touche RESET (G). L‘appareil est
de nouveau prêt-à-l‘emploi.
ATTENTION! Lors de son utilisation, l‘appareil dispose d‘éléments qui atteignent une très haute
température.Attention: Danger de brulure! Ne pas toucher les éléments de l‘appareil à mains nues! Retirer

TRANSPORT ET STOCKAGE
Si vous transportez cet appareil, veuillez-le protéger des secousses et des chutes. Ne posez rien sur la partie
supérieure de l‘appareil. Stockez-le dans un environnement sec et bien aéré, à l‘abri des gaz corrosifs.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Après chaque utilisation et avant chaque nettoyage, débranchez l‘appareil et laissez-le refroidir
complètement.
• N‘utilisez lors du nettoyage que des détergents doux sans substance corrosive.
• Après chaque nettoyage, laissez sécher soigneusement tous les éléments avant d‘utiliser à nouveau
l‘appareil.
• Conservez l‘appareil dans un endroit frais, sec, à l‘abri de l‘humidité et des rayons directs du soleil.
• Il est prohibé d‘asperger l‘appareil d‘eau ou de le mettre sous un jet d‘eau.
EXAMEN RÉGULIER DE L‘APPAREIL
Contrôlez régulièrement le bon état des différents éléments de l‘appareil. Si l‘un d‘entre eux est endommagé,
l‘appareil ne doit plus être utilisé.Adressez-vous immédiatement à votre vendeur pour faire réparer l‘appareil.
Que faire en cas de problème?
Prenez contact avec votre vendeur et préparez les éléments suivants:
• Vos numéros de série et de facture (que vous trouverez sur la plaque signalétique)
• Le cas échéant, une photo de l‘élément endommagé

Assicurarsi che l‘ambiente sia ben ventilato. Un ambiente ben ventilato favorisce il raffreddamento del
dispositivo e ne impedisce il surriscaldamento.Prima di pulire l‘apparecchio assicurarsi di aver staccato il cavo
di alimentazione dalla presa. Per compiere le operazioni di pulizia utilizzare un panno umido. Evitare l‘utilizzo
di detersivi e assicurarsi che nessun liquido penetri all‘interno dell‘apparecchio. Le componenti interne non
necessitano manutenzione da parte dell‘utente e dunque non devono essere manomesse. Le operazioni di
manutenzione e riparazione devono essere afdate esclusivamente a personale qualicato. La manomissione
dell‘apparecchio comporta la decadenza della garanzia.
NORME DI SICUREZZA

CAMPO DI APPLICAZIONE
La macchina per la cottura sottovuoto cuoce alimenti contenuti in buste chiuse sottovuoto a una temperatura
dell‘acqua controllata.
La macchina per la cottura sottovuoto non può essere utilizzata per:
• preparare bevande e pietanze liquide
• riscaldare i liquidi che contengono zucchero, dolcicanti, acidi, soluzioni saline o alcol
• riscaldare sostanze inammabili, nocive, volatili ecc.
L‘utente è l‘unico responsabile dei danni causati da un utilizzo non consentito.
PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
Controllare subito dopo la consegna il contenuto del pacco per vericare la presenza di tutti i pezzi. Aprire
gli imballaggi solo se non ci sono state dimenticanze. Nel caso in cui l‘imballaggio risultasse danneggiato,
contattare entro tre giorni sia il corriere incaricato di effettuare la spedizione, sia il venditore. Documentare
quanto più dettagliatamente possibile gli eventuali danni riscontrati. Non capovolgere il pacco e il suo
contenuto! Qualora il pacco dovesse essere ulteriormente trasportato, assicurarsi di mantenerlo dritto
e stabile.
SMALTIMENTO DELL‘IMBALLAGGIO
Conservare l‘imballaggio (cartone, bande di plastica e polistirolo) per proteggere adeguatamente l‘attrezzatura
nel caso in cui fosse necessario mandarla in assistenza!
MONTAGGIO DELL‘APPARECCHIO
POSIZIONAMENTO DELL‘APPARECCHIO
La temperatura dell‘ambiente circostante non dovrebbe essere superiore a 45°C e l‘umidità relativa non
dovrebbe superare l‘85%. Il dispositivo è da posizionare in modo che la circolazione dell‘aria sia sempre
garantita. Mantenere una distanza minima di 10 cm da tutti i lati. Mantenere l‘apparecchio lontano da le
superci calde. Utilizzare l‘apparecchio su superci piane, stabili, pulite e asciutte e tenere lontano dalla
portata dei bambini e delle persone aventi handicap mentali. Sistemare lo strumento in modo pratico
cosicché la spina sia sempre raggiungibile. Assicurarsi che l‘alimentazione corrisponda alle speciche sulla
scheda elettrica. Prima della prima applicazione l‘apparecchiatura e i suoi accessori devono essere smontati
e puliti.

Versare l‘acqua nella macchina e inlare nella griglia gli alimenti con il loro involucro. Inserire la griglia
nella macchina, controllare il livello dell‘acqua (che deve essere compreso fra MIN e MAX). Accendere il
dispositivo tenendo premuto il tasto START/STOP (6) no a quando il display si attiva. Dopodiché premere
il tasto TIME (2), impostare le ore con i tasti + (4) e - (5), ripremere TIME (2) e impostare i minuti allo stesso
modo. Premere dunque TEMP (3) e impostare la temperatura con i tasti + (4) e - (5). Attivare la macchina con
il tasto START/STOP (6). Sul display si accenderà il simbolo di attivazione della macchina e verrà mostrata la
temperatura attuale e il tempo residuo. Quando l‘acqua raggiunge la temperatura desiderata, la funzione di
riscaldamento si disattiva. La macchina manterrà la temperatura impostata costante. Quando il tempo scade,
viene prodotto un segnale acustico che si ripete ogni minuto per un‘ora per segnalare la ne dell‘attività o il
momento di spegnere la macchina (con il tasto START/STOP). Se l‘acqua supera la temperatura di 85°C, la
pompa e il ciclo dell‘acqua si disattivano automaticamente. Al termine dell‘attività, spegnere la macchina con
il tasto START/STOP (6), rimuovere gli alimenti con una pinza da cucina, svuotare la vasca e lasciar asciugare
il dispositivo.
ATTENZIONE! Se durante il funzionamento il livello dell‘acqua scende sotto a MIN, la macchina si spegne
automaticamente e compare il messaggio di errore E04.Rabboccare dunque l‘acqua e spegnere e riaccendere
la macchina con il tasto START/STOP (6).
ATTENZIONE! Non rabboccare l‘acqua durante il funzionamento. È necessario spegnere la macchina
prima di rabboccare l‘acqua e solo successivamente si può riaccenderla!
ATTENZIONE! Durante l‘uso alcune parti del dispositivo raggiungono delle temperature molto elevate
– Attenzione: Pericolo di ustione! Non toccare gli elementi dell‘apparecchiatura con le mani nude! Si consiglia
di prelevare gli alimenti con una pinza da cucina o con un altro attrezzo adeguato.
ATTENZIONE! Sollevando il coperchio può uscire del vapore caldo! Attenzione: Pericolo di scottature!
Sollevare il coperchio lentamente e con cautela - Indossare dei guanti di protezione!

Fissare il dispositivo a un recipiente applicando il sostegno per il
montaggio sul bordo del recipiente stesso.
ATTENZIONE! Non posizionare il dispositivo al centro del recipiente!
Riempire il dispositivo d‘acqua (il livello dell‘acqua deve trovarsi
fra MIN e MAX). Posizionare gli alimenti (già inseriti nelle buste
sottovuoto) nel recipiente e accendere il dispositivo premendo il tasto
START/STOP (6) per circa mezzo secondo, no a quando il display si
accende. Impostare la durata desiderata con il tasto TIME (4): premere
TIME e impostare le ore con i tasti +(7) e - (8), premere ancora TIME
(4) e impostare i minuti. Dunque premere TEMP (5) e impostare la
temperatura con i tasti + (7) e - (8).
ATTENZIONE! Non rabboccare l‘acqua durante il funzionamento. È necessario spegnere il dispositivo,
rabboccare l‘acqua e riaccendere il dispositivo.
ATTENZIONE! La macchina è dotata di un dispositivo di sicurezza anti-surriscaldamento. La macchina si
spegne automaticamente se viene attivata senza acqua. Prima di riutilizzarla, lasciare che si raffreddi. Premere
il tasto RESET (G). La macchina sarà pronta per essere riutilizzata.
ATTENZIONE! Durante l‘uso alcune parti del dispositivo raggiungono delle temperature molto elevate -
Attenzione: Pericolo di ustione! Non toccare gli elementi dell‘apparecchiatura con le mani nude! Si consiglia
di prelevare gli alimenti con una pinza da cucina o con un altro attrezzo adeguato.
TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO
Durante il trasporto l‘apparecchio deve essere protetto da scosse o cadute così come il posizionamento sul
lato superiore. Conservare l‘apparecchio in un luogo ben ventilato, asciutto e privo di gas corrosivi.
PULIZIA E MAUTENZIONE
• Prima di pulire o riporre l‘apparecchio, assicurarsi sempre di staccare la spina del cavo di alimentazione.
Lasciar quindi raffreddare l‘apparecchio.
• Per la pulizia delle superci, impiegare solo sostanze non corrosive.
• Dopo aver compiuto le operazioni di pulizia, lasciare asciugare tutti i componenti prima di utilizzare
nuovamente il dispositivo.
• Conservare l‘apparecchio in un luogo fresco e asciutto, e lontano dall‘esposizione diretta ai raggi solari.
• Non bagnare l‘apparecchio!
REGOLARE MANUTENZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO
Vericare regolarmente che le componenti del dispositivo non presentino danni. In tal caso non utilizzare il
dispositivo. Rivolgersi immediatamente al proprio rivenditore per la riparazione dell‘apparecchiatura.
Cosa fare in caso di problemi?
Contattare il rivenditore e fornire i seguenti dati:
• Numero di fatturazione e numero di serie (quest‘ultimo si trova sulla targhetta del dispositivo)
• Se possibile fornire una foto del pezzo difettoso.
• Provvedere a descrivere il problema che avete riscontrato nel modo più preciso possibile in modo che
il servizio clienti sia in grado di circoscrivere il problema e di risolverlo. Spiegazioni come „il dispositivo
non riscalda“ possono essere fraintese o essere ambigue.
ATTENZIONE: Non aprire o smontare in nessun caso l‘apparecchio senza l‘autorizzazione del Servizio
Clienti. Ciò può pregiudicare la validità della garanzia!

Premere il tasto START (6). Il dispositivo viene così avviato, sul display si illumina la spia (9) e appaiono
la temperatura attuale e il tempo residuo. Una volta raggiunta la temperatura desiderata, il dispositivo la
mantiene costante. Terminato il tempo, il dispositivo continua a funzionare ed emette un segnale acustico
ogni minuto per indicare la ne della durata impostata. Alla ne dell'attività, spegnare il dispositivo con il tasto
START/STOP (6), rimuoverlo dal recipiente e farlo asciugare.
ATTENZIONE! Se durante il funzionamento il livello dell'acqua scende sotto a MIN, la macchina si spegne
automaticamente e compare il messaggio di errore E04. Rabboccare dunque l'acqua e spegnere e riaccendere
la macchina con il tasto START/STOP (6).
ATTENZIONE! Se il sensore della temperatura risulta danneggiato, compare il messaggio di errore "E08".
In quel caso è necessaria la riparazione da parte di personale qualicato.
