1. EINLEITUNG
Zunächst einmal möchten wir uns für Ihr Vertrauen und Ihre Entscheidung zugunsten eines unserer
Produkte bedanken.
Unabhängig vom Modell verfügen Sie nun über ein technisch hochentwickeltes Gerät und den besten
Kundendienst.
Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung dient dazu, Sie mit Funktion und Wartung der
INTEGRAStaubsauganlage vertraut zu machen und deren Leistungsfähigkeit zu gewährleisten. Lesen
Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie die Staubsaugeranlage in Betrieb nehmen.
Diese Bedienungsanleitung gilt für die INTEGRA-Modelle.
Die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen und Spezifikationen dürfen ohne
schriftliche Genehmigung nicht vervielfältigt werden. INTEGRA behält sich das Recht vor, die
Spezifikationen von Modellen jederzeit zu ändern. Bestimmte Ersatz- und Zubehörteile verschleißen mit
der Zeit oder weisen Gebrauchsschäden auf. Mit dem Identifizierungscode des entsprechenden Teils
können Sie dieses über unsere Vertretungen oder direkt über uns beziehen.

2. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Vor Inbetriebnahme lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch und bewahren Sie sie gut
auf:
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die auf dem Typenschild Ihres Gerätes ausgewiesene Spannung mit Ihrer
Spannungsversorgung übereinstimmt.
2. Dieses Gerät dient ausschließlich der Verwendung im Innenraum. Nicht im Außenbereich verwenden!
3. Kinder könnten dieses Gerät für ein Spielzeug halten. Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern verwendet
werden.
4. Saugen Sie über die Saugdose niemals brennende oder qualmende Gegenstände wie Zigaretten,
Asche oder Glut auf. Dies gilt insbesondere für Kaminasche. Auch wenn diese erloschen scheint, kann
sich durch die Luftgeschwindigkeit im Innern der Leitungen der kleinste Funke wieder entzünden.
5. Saugen Sie keinerlei Flüssigkeit auf, es sei denn, Sie verwenden hierzu den Flüssigkeits-abscheider.
6. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nie in Verbindung mit starken Reinigungsmitteln, Parfums, Benzin,
Lösungsmitteln oder anderen ätzenden Gasen oder Flüssigkeiten, die Brände auslösen können.
7. Saugen Sie keine Gegenstände auf, die den Schlauch und die Saugbeutel beschädigen könnten, wie
kleine Spielzeuge, Nadeln usw.
8. Saugen Sie keine spitzen Gegenstände wie Haarnadeln, Zahnstocher usw. auf.
9. Saugen Sie keine Küchenreste wie Gemüse- oder Salatblätter und Gräten oder anderen Abfall wie
Papier, Lappen, Papiertücher oder Metallgegenstände auf.
10. Stellen Sie keine schweren oder scharfen Gegenstände auf dem Schlauch ab.
11. Verwenden Sie Ihre Staubsaugeranlage nie ohne Filterpatronen oder Filtereinsätze.
12. Schalten Sie das Gerät unverzüglich ab und nehmen Sie es vom Netz, wenn Sie ungewöhnliche
Geräusche, Brandgeruch, Rauch oder sonstige Auffälligkeiten beim Betrieb bemerken.
13. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren oder die Reparatur von einem Betrieb ausführen
zu lassen, der nicht von INTEGRA zur Wartung zugelassen ist. Jede Manipulation des Gerätes durch
Personal, das nicht von INTEGRA dazu autorisiert ist, führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie.
14. Das Gerät ist nicht für Personen, einschließlich Kinder, von mangelnder körperlicher, geistiger oder
sensorischer Kompetenz bestimmt. Wer das Gerät betätigen will, muß sich zunächst einem
Ausbildungsprogramm durch eine erfahrene Person unterziehen, die für seine Sicherheit verantwortlich
ist.
15. Im Falle däß das Netzanschlusskabel beschädigt ist, muß es nur von dem Hersteller, seinem
technischen Kundendienst oder einem Techniker mit ähnlicher Kompetenz ersetzt werden, um vor
eventueller Gefahr zu schützen.
16. Funktioniert Ihre Anlage nicht einwandfrei, führen Sie die in dieser Wartungsanleitung
beschriebenen Schritte aus. Sollten Sie das Problem nicht unmittelbar lösen können, wenden Sie sich
bitte an Ihren zuständigen Kundendienst oder an den Hersteller.

Den Anschluss am biegsamen Rohr schon erledigt, das Gerät soll in seiner Endstellung. flächenbündig
mit dem Küchensockel platziert werden, indem man sicherstellt, dass es auf gleicher Höhe mit dem
Fertigfußboden stände. Falls es nicht eben sei, kann man das korrigieren, indem man die Füße des
Geräts angleichen, bis es vollkommen waagerecht würde. Mit dem Gerät in Stellung, soll man die Stange
des Stützwinkels aufwärts angleichen, bis sie gegen die Unterseite des Küchenmöbels stoßt, und das
Gerät dicht festmacht.
Falls es nicht möglich wäre, ein Abluftrohr einzubauen, gibt es ein Abluftfilter (HEPA H10 +
AKTIVKOHLENFILTER) der alle Staubpartikel hundertprozentig filtriert und den Ausstoß in die Küche
vom Geruch gestaubsaugter Luft.

Um INTEGRAVAC innerhalb eines Küchenmöbels oder an der Wand einzubauen, ist es nötig die
Befestigungswinkel zu benutzen.
Um das Gerät richtig an der Wand zu fixieren, benutzen Sie die längeren verstellbaren Füße, die gegen
die Wand liegen und Vibrationen dämpfen. (Das Gerät ist mit zwei Sätzen von verstellbaren Füßen
versehen).

Die Schublade von INTEGRA ist mit zwei verschiedenen Blendefarben versehen, die Sie gemäß Ihrem
Vorzug auswählen können.
Prüfen Sie nach, dass die Vorderseite der Schublade staubfrei ist
Blättern Sie die den Blendestreifen vorsichtig ab
Kleben Sie den Blendestreifen vorsichtig auf (lieferbar in weißem
oder im Edelstahl-Finish)
6. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Um eine Wartung des Gerätes auszuführen, ist es nicht nötig, das Gerät von der Stromversorgung
abzuschließen, da das Gerät einen Schalter einbezieht, der es erkannt, falls die Schublade entfernt
worden sei oder falsch angebaut worden sei.
1. Entfernen Sie die Schublade, indem Sie den Handgriff ziehen.
2. Heben Sie den Deckel der Schublade an, um den Staubbeutel und den Filter des Motors zuzugreifen.
Es ist wichtig, dass der Staubbeutel in der Schublade fest eingebaut ist. Eine falsche Installation könnte
dazu führen, dass Staub ins Motorgehäuse eindränge, was den Motor eventuell beschädigen möge.

7. PROBLEMLÖSEN
1. Was zu tun, wenn das Gerät an Saugkraft verliert.
Falls Sie bemerken, dass die Saugkraft weniger sei oder sogar, dass es keine Saugkraft mehr gebe,
sollten Sie die folgenden Maßnahmen ergreifen:
a) Zuerst prüfen Sie nach, dass der Staubbehälter nicht voll sei. Wenn ja ersetzten Sie den Staubbeutel.
Falls nach Einbau des neuen Staubbeutels die Saugkraft noch schwach sei, reinigen Sie auch den Filter.
Nachdem Sie diese Maßnahmen ergriffen haben sollte das Gerät zufriedenstellend funktionieren.
b) Wenn Sie bei einigen Saugdosen mangelnde Saugkraft verzeichnen, bei anderen keine Saugkraft, das
könnte dadurch erklärt sein, dass irgendwo im Rohrnetz verstopft wird.
c)Wenn Sie bei keiner Saugdose Saugkraft verzeichnen, koppeln Sie den Lufteinlass vom Gerät ab.
Wenn Sie Saugkraft bei dem Gerät verzeichnen, bedeutet es, dass es eine Luftundichtigkeit oder eine
Verstopfung in der Nähe vom Gerät gäbe. Prüfen Sie alle Saufdosen nach, um die Luftundichtigkeit zu
verzeichnen. Wenn Sie sie nicht aufsuchen könnten, setzen Sie sich in Verbindung mit Ihrem
Kundendienstmechaniker.
d) Wenn das Gerät keine Saugkraft liefert, so scheint es, als ob es ein Problem mit dem Motor gäbe, In
diesem Falle setzen Sie sich in Verbindung mit Ihrem Kundendienstmechaniker.
DRÜCKREGLER
Falls das Rohrnetz verstopft würde, bezieht die Schublade einen Drückregler (Sicherheitsventil) ein, der
reine Luft einsaugt, freien Luftumlauf versichert und das Motor schützt.
BEDECKEN SIE NICHT DEN DRÜCKREGLER!
2. Was zu tun, wenn das Gerät nicht anläuft.
a) Prüfen Sie noch, dass die Schublade völlig eingegeben sei. Sonst könnte man das Gerät nicht
einschalten.
b) Prüfen Sie nach, dass das Gerät an der elektrischen Versorgung angeschlossen ist und wenn Sie es
immer noch nicht einschalten können, setzen Sie sich in Verbindung mit Ihrem
Kundendienstmechaniker.
3. Was zu tun, wenn die Rohre verstopft würden.
a) Schalten Sie das Gerät während einer Periode von 30 Sekunden ein und aus. Die resultierende
Schwankung des Luftdurchsatzes müsste das verstopfende Überbleibsel entfernen, und es an den
Zentralstaubsauger antreiben.
b) Wenn die Rohre immer verstopft bleiben, stecken Sie das Gerät ab, entlasten Sie die Schublade und
entfernen Sie sie. Danach schließen Sie einen konventionellen Staubsauger an die Saugdose, die nicht
saugt und staubsaugen Sie, um die Verstopfung zu lösen.
c) Falls das Rohr immer noch verstopft bleibt, setzen Sie sich in Verbindung mit Ihrem
Kundendienstmechaniker.
4. Was zu tun, wenn Sie versehentlich Wasser staubsaugen
a) Falls Sie versehentlich Wasser staubsaugen, wird es empfohlen, den VORABSCHEIDER FÜR ASCHE
UND FLÜSSIGKEITEN (SACH-Artikelnummer AL7033-SC) zwischen dem INTEGRAVAC und dem
Rohrnetz anzuschließen, und es 15 Minuten lang laufen lassen, bis alle Flüssigkeit im Rohrnetz
aufgesaugt worden wäre.
b) Falls das Wasser in den Filter und ins Gerät eingedrungen sei, stecken Sie sofort das Gerät vom
Stromnetz ab und, setzen Sie sich in Verbindung mit Ihrem Kundendienstmechaniker.

The purpose of the Instruction Manual for your INTEGRA VAC central vacuum unit is to show you, the
user, the correct operation and maintenance of our appliances so as to obtain the optimum performance
from them. This manual should be considered an inseparable part of your central vacuum unit. Please
read the manual carefully before using your central vacuum unit.
This Instruction Manual applies to the INTEGRA VAC
Instructions and specifications appearing in the Instruction Manual cannot be reproduced without
written permission. INTEGRA reserves the right to change the specifications for its models at any time.
Since certain spare parts and accessories may wear out or become damaged with use, you can look up
the identification code for the part you need and order it from our agents or directly from us.

2. SAFETY WARNING
Read this manual carefully before use, and keep it in a safe place:
1. Check that the voltage on the label of your machine corresponds to that of your electrical supply.
2. This appliance is intended only for interior use. Never use this appliance outdoors.
3. Children may mistake this appliance for a toy. Never allow children to use this appliance.
4. Never vacuum directly into the vacuum inlet a burning object or an object that is smoking, such as
cigarettes, matches or hot embers. Pay special attention to embers in the fireplace, even when they
seem to be extinguished, since the speed of the air inside the pipes may ignite even the smallest spark.
5. Never vacuum liquids of any kind into your vacuum inlet, unless you use the "liquid separator" to this
end.
6. Never use the appliance in the presence of a strong detergent, perfume, solvents or other caustic
gases or liquids that may cause a fire.
7. Never vacuum objects that may damage the hose or dust container bags such as small toys, needles,
etc.
8. Never vacuum sharp objects such as hairpins, toothpicks, etc.
9. Never vacuum leftovers after cooking, such as vegetable leaves and fish bones, or any other waste
such as paper, cloths, sanitary towels or metallic objects.
10. Never rest heavy or sharp objects on the flexible hose.
11. Never use your central vacuum unit without the filter cartridges or any filtering element.
12. Turn off and disconnect the appliance immediately in the event that you notice any unusual noise,
you smell burning, smoke, or any other unusual occurrence during use.
13. Do not try to repair the appliance or arrange for a company to do so that is not authorized by
INTEGRA to carry out the repair. Any manipulation of the equipment by personnel not authorized by
INTEGRA will invalidate the product’s warranty.
14. The appliance is not designed for use by persons including children of reduced physical mental or
sensory capability or by persons without prior experience or knowledge of its operation, imparted
through supervision and instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
15. In the event of the power cable being damaged it should be replaced by the manufacturer, by its
after-sale service department, or a similar qualified individual, so as to avoid any possible danger.
16. In the event that your installation does not work correctly, follow the steps described in this
maintenance manual. If you cannot solve the problem immediately, contact the technical service
provider closest to you or the manufacturer.

1. BENEATH A KITCHEN CABINET
MARK THE POSITION OF THE INTEGRAVAC AND CUT OUT THE PLINTH TO FIT THE UNIT.
For this a mínimum plinth height of 145mm is required.

connected both to the pipe network and the exhaust
by means of 50mm diameter pipe 40cm in length
(included in the box) in length with a view to
facilitating easy removal of th INTEGRA central
vacuum unit at a later date, should this be required.

Once the connection to the flexible pipe has been made the central vacuum unit should be positioned in
its final location in alignment with the kitchen plinth, ensuring that it is level with the finished kitchen
floor. In the event that it isn’t this can be rectified by adjusting the unit’s feet until it is completely
horizontal. With the central vacuum unit in place adjust the bar of the support bracket upwards until it
meets with the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and secures the unit tightly in place.
In the event that it is not possible to install an exhaust pipe there is available an exhaust filter (HEPA H10
+ CARBON ACTIVE FILTER) for 100% filtration of dust particles and the prevention of the odour of
vacuumed air being emitted from beneath the kitchen unit.
*Exhaust filter (Ref. R10166-SC) not included as standard with INTEGRA VAC

2. INSTALLING THE UNIT INSIDE A KITCHEN CABINET
For installation of INTEGRAVAC inside a kitchen cabinet or on a wall it is necessary to use the hanging
bracket:
To ensure that the central vacuum unit is fixed on the wall correctly use the longer adjustable feet which
fit against the wall and prevent vibrations. (Two different sets of adjustable feet are provided.)

INTEGRA’s drawer compartment comes with two different drawer fascia finish options which can be
applied according to your preference
Ensure the drawer front is free of any dust
Peel off the protective backing
Apply the fascia strip carefully
(available in white and polished steel finishes)
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To carry out maintenance on the central vacuum unit it is not necessary to disconnect it from the
electrical supply as the unit is fitted with a switch which detects when the drawer compartment has
either been removed or is incorrectly installed.
1º. Remove the drawer by pulling on the handle
2. Lift the drawer compartment lid to access the dust bag and motor filter
It is crucial that the dust bag is installed securely in the drawer compartment. Incorrect installation can
result in dust entering the motor compartment and possibly causing it to be damaged.

7. PROBLEM SOLVING
1. What to do if the vacuum cleaner experiences a loss of suction.
When the appliance has been used for some time and you notice that the suction power is weaker than
before or that there is no suction at all, take the following steps:
a) First check the dust container and empty it. After emptying the container, if suction remains
weak, clean the filter as well. The machine should work satisfactorily after carrying out these steps.
b) If some inlet valves work whilst others don’t, this could be explained by blockages in the
ducting.
c) If there is no suction at any of the inlet valves unplug the air inlet connection from the
central vacuum unit.
If there is suction from the central vacuum unit, it means that there is an air leak or an obstruction close
to the central vacuum unit. Check all the inlets to find the point of the leak. If you cannot locate this
contact your service engineer.
d) If the central vacuum unit still provides no suction, this suggests that there is a problem
with the motor. Contact your service engineer.
RELIEF VALVE
The drawer compartment incorporates a relief valve (safety valve) so that in the event that there is a
blockage in the system your INTEGRAVAC is able to suck in clean air through this valve, thereby
ensuring a free circulation of air to the vacuum’s motor, thereby protecting it from damage.
DON’T COVER THE RELIEF VALVE!
2. What to do if the machine will not switch on.
a) Check that the drawer compartment is completely inserted. Otherwise it will not be possible
to switch the central vacuum unit on.
b) Check the unit has electrical supply
c) If you still cannot turn the unit on, contact your service engineer.
3. What to do if the pipes are blocked
a) Switch the central vacuum unit on and off for a period of 30 seconds The resulting
fluctuation in air flow should dislodge the debris causing the blockage and propel it towards the central
vacuum unit.
b) Unplug the central vacuum unit and unfasten the dust container and remove it. Then
connect a conventional vacuum cleaner to the inlet valve without suction.
c) If the pipe is still blocked, contact your service engineer.
4. What to do if you suck up water
a) In the event that you accidentally vacuum up water it is recommended that you connect the
LIQUID AND ASH SEPARATOR (SACH product code AL7033-SC) between the INTEGRA VAC and the pipe
network and keep it running for 15 minutes to suck up all the water which has entered the pipe network.
b) In the event that water has entered the filter and the central vacuum unit, unplug it from the
mains immediately and contact your service engineer.
