IMPORTANT!

These instructions are provided to avoid problems that may occur from
improper assembly or installation.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
Please ensure you are familiar with the fixing
bolts and the aluminium profile uprights.
The T-bolt has a rectangular head with a slot
indicator in the end of the bolt, this indicates
if the T-bolt is correctly located.

Plug in the bed to test the hi-lo operation
mechanism using the handset provided.

At each corner of the bed base, insert two T-bolts through the corner bracket and
loosely secure with a M8 flange nut.

Position one aluminum profile upright pole
and align the grooves with the screw holes on
the bed base bracket.

Secure each aluminum profile upright pole in
position with a M8 slide spring nut, lining up
the screw holes with the grooves on the bar.
Fasten with the hexagonal bolts and T-bolts
on the inside groove. The upright should be
complete.
Repeat on all the remaining 3 corners.

Place the closed cell foam topper onto the bed base.

Position the PVC fabric on top of the Siesta bed base and closed cell foam topper.

Unzip all corner pockets and the two long sides of the fabric.

Place the corners of the fabric over the
upright poles ensuring the upright fits
fully into the corner pocket.

Zip the panels located on the front and back panels of the bed.

Pull the bottom of the fabric neatly over the
bed base to square up the fabric.

Attach the clips to the underside of the bed
base.

At each corner connect the buckles of the
tensioning straps loosely.
When all the buckles have been connected,
tighten all of the tensioning straps on the
uprights whilst the windows and doors are
closed on the Siesta.

Zip up all of the corner pockets.

Test the zips on the doors run smoothly.

Place the mattress inside the bed.

The assembly is now complete, if the tension needs adjusting please use the straps
under the corner uprights to correct the tensioning.
Your Siesta Hi-Lo is now ready to use!
