PUMP
Your MANTA 100 Dive Board comes with a high-pressure pump. This pressure
pump, pumps low volume of air with each pumping motion. It takes quite
longer to fill the MANTA 100 Dive Board with air, but allows the board to
reach a higher air pressure. This is good for achieving maximum performance
from the MANTA 100 Dive Board.
Assemble the pump by twisting the corrugated hose under the pressure
gauge.
If the pump begins to squeak or become stiff please lubricate the pump.
To lubricate the pump, simply open the top unscrewing the threated plastic
ring and place a few drops of oil/grease on the gasket and tube.
Please clean the air filter periodically, also located inside the top of the pump.
BOARD INFLATION
Remove the MANTA 100 Dive Board from the box onto a level and smooth
surface.
Unfold the board until it is laying flat with top side facing up.
Attach the corrugated pump hose to the main pump twisting slightly in a
clockwise motion.
Attach the corrugated pump hose to the air valve with a clockwise half twist
motion.
Push- Push Dual function
Button Out“Double”: Start with double action for high volume
Button In “Single”: Finish with single action for high pressure
Begin pumping air into the board by sliding the pump handle up and down.
Try to maintain proper posture and leverage while you pump.
Continue to inflate the MANTA 100 dive board until you reach the
recommended 13-15psi. (Bar 0,90 – 1,035)
Warning : Do not use an air compressor
Maximum Air pressure for this product : 15psi. (Bar 1,035)
Do not exceed this, overinflating this board could damage the MANTA 100
Dive board and void your warranty.
Remove the pump with a counter-clockwise half twist motion
The air pressure in the board can vary over time and depends on
temperature.
If there is a small decrease of pressure over a number of days, please pump the
board up slightly until you reach the recommended psi/bar.
Do not pump the board to a high pressure and leave it exposed in the hot sun.
Deflate the board slightly and check the pressure of the board.
The heat from the sun should increase the pressure of the board.

USE OF THE
MANTA 100
DIVE BOARD
Before using the MANTA 100 Dive Board, make sure that the central fin and
the flag provided are inserted correctly.
Thanks to its D-rings, you can carry accessories useful for your activity; to avoid
unpleasant inconveniences, always make sure they are well secured.
MANTA 100 Dive Board is a very useful supporting means for every diver,
whatever the activity carried out.
It is recommended for divers, spearfishermen and free-divers.
MANTA 100 Dive Board is very useful for surface movements facilitating diver
movements and optimizing energies. The ideal position we strongly
recommend is the one shown in the two figures below.
For easy movement/moving in the water, but above all for safety reasons, we
suggest the use of fins as a means of support for swimming. It is strongly
recommended the use of a rope/line tied to the diver in order to have the
means always under control and nearby.
In the case of underwater activities that require a temporary moving away
from the means, it is suggested to anchor or tie the MANTA 100 Dive Board to
any stable point nearby.
In the same were not present, or for excursions far from the shore, it is
recommended to use a small anchor or a lead buoy/weight to be placed on
the bottom.
Once the activity is finished, pay attention when getting out of the water.
t is advisable to avoid going out near areas with a strong presence of sharp
rocks, reefs and anything else that might damage the MANTA 100 Dive Board.
However, pay general attention avoiding any potential contact/impact with
the outside.
Also make sure that the stabilizing fin is protected when going out. Diver is
recommended to remove own fins only shortly before getting out of
the water.

FURTHER
INFORMATION
AND TIPS
The MANTA 100 Dive Board is not a means of rescue, however, it can be useful
in case there is a need to give support or help to tired people in apparent
difficulty.
The MANTA 100 Dive Board is designed for swimming support use only, it
should not be used as a base or means for activities other than those
described above.
The MANTA 100 Dive Board has also been designed to increase the level of
safety. The dimensions, the perimeter red coloring and the diving flag 31,5 x
30 cm mean that it can be identified even from distances of more than 200
meters.
The surface and the various hooks available allow the insertion or transport of
useful components such as small water reserves, various accessories,
communication and identification systems or any other thing
useful for the diver.
For safety reasons, the MANTA 100 Dive Board cannot be used in the presence
of strong currents, strong winds, rough sea, or shallow water with sharp rocks.
It is advisable not to stray too far from the shore and to behave responsibly
so that the use of the MANTA 100 Dive Board is optimized and safe. The user
must in any case strictly follow the local or national regulations in force
regarding safety at navigation.
BOARD
DEFLATION Before you deflate the board, clean and inspect the MANTA 100 Dive board
after each use.
Remove the large black fin and valve cap before you begin deflating the
board.
Slowly and gently press down on the valve head to begin expelling air from
the MANTA 100 Dive board.
Increase the pressure you apply to the valve as the board deflates.
Do not deflate your MANTA 100 too quickly as this can cause damage to the
valve and blow-out the sealing ring.
Once the pressure on the board has decreased, twist the valve into the Down
position which will open the valve and allow air to escape while you roll up
the board.
FOLDING
THE BOARD Please ensure you check that the board (as well as the accessories) are
completely dry, and clear of debris before you begin to fold your board.

STORAGE AND
MAINTENANCE Having an inflatable MANTA 100 Dive Board, it makes portability and storage
very easy.
Before storing, hose off the board and let it dry completely to prevent mildew
build up. Try to avoid getting moisture inside the MANTA 100 Dive Board
Store your board in a clean, dry area. Avoid storing your board in direct
sunlight.
Avoid exposing the MANTA 100 to temperature extremes.
If you have to store your MANTA 100 inflated between uses, attach your
pump to make sure the board is carrying the correct air pressure.
Do not roll up the board too tight when storing it while deflated.
If fins become bent, place them in boiling water and use heat (e.g. hairdryer)
to bend them back into position.
A plastic tool, inserted on the repair kit, will be helpful for open and remove
the air valve for a simple but accurate cleaning.
REPAIRS
A repairs kit is included with your MANTA 100 Dive Board.
General wear and tear; and minor repairs can be fixed by the user with the
provided kit. If your board needs repair; use the patches in the repair kit and
follow these steps:
a) Deflate the board completely, lay it flat and wait for it to dry.
b) Cut a patch that is 2 inches ( 5 cm) larger than the tear/rip all the way around.
c) Round the corners of the patch. Use alcohol or degreasing agents to clean
the repair area.
d) Apply three coats of adhesive to the patch and the board.
e) Allowing adhesive to become tacky by letting it dry for 5 minutes.
When both the patch and board are tacky; carefully apply the patch to the
repair area with firm pressure, starting at one corner and working outwards.
The adhesive will react quickly, so make sure the positioning is precise and ac-
curate. Use a roller to ensure the patch lies flat and even. Wait 24 hours before
re-inflating the board.
