FUNKTION
Vid uppstart av G27C tänds indikeringen "ON" och en
aktiveringsprocess startar i centralenheten. När indikeringen
"AKTIV" tänds är gasvarnarsystemet klart för indikering av
gasläckage.
Vid gasläckage utgår först ett varningslarm.
Indikeringen består av att "VARNING" tänds med fast sken
samt reläutgången aktiveras. Ökar gaskoncentrationen
ytterligare övergår förlarmet till larmstatus.
Detta innebär att indikeringen "LARM" tänds med fast sken och
larmreläet aktiveras. På centralen väljes manuell eller
automatisk återställning med byglar. Manuell återställning:
Återställning av reläer och indikeringar sker med tryckknappen
"ÅTERST".
Automatisk återställning: Återställning av reläer och
indikeringar sker automatiskt när gasen försvinner.
"Fellarm" utgår vid avbrott på sensorkabeln och vid fel på
sensorn.
INSTALLATION
Centralen är avsedd för montage på DIN-skena. Installation
utföres enligt anslutningsschemat.
Larmreläerna är visade i spänningslöst läge.
OBS! Fellarmreläet är normalt draget vilket innebär att vid
strömavbrott utgår fellarm.
När GD/GS/GR2.0-xx detektorn används krävs ingen speciell
kalibrering. När GJ-EX eller annan detektor skall användas med
G27C skall detta anges vid beställning.
ÅRLIG FUNKTIONSKONTROLL
Detektorn bör kontrolleras minst två gånger per år.
Ett enkelt funktionsprov kan utföras med hjälp av en service
adapter (SA100) och en voltmeter.
För utökad kontroll och kalibrering erfordras även kalibrerings
gas med specifik koncentration.

FEATURES

FUNCTION
At start up, the LED ”ON” will be lit and a process to activate the
detector will start in the control unit.
When the LED "Active" is lit the system is ready to detect a gas
leakage. Gas leakage will first give a warning, this is indicated
by an illuminated red LED ”Warning” and the relay output will
close. If gas concentration increases the Warning will go to
"Alarm" status. This means that LED Alarm will be constantly
lit and the alarm relay will close. Automatic or manual reset can
be selected by a jumper.
Manual reset: Reset of relays and LEDs by pushbutton
”Reset”.
Automatic reset: Reset of relays and LEDs will be automatic
when the gas disappears.
"Fault Alarm" will light when there is a break or a short-circuit
in the cable or in the detector itself.
INSTALLATION
Din rail mounted control unit.
Connection according to wiring diagram.
The circuit diagram to the left shows Alarm relays in position
power off.
NOTE! The fault Alarm relay is normally energised (closed) and
switches off if there is a power failure in the system.
When the GD/GS/GR2.0- detector is used no calibration is
required. When using GJ-EX or any other detector, please
advice details when ordering.
ANNUAL FUNCTION CONTROL
Testing the system is recommended to be done at least twice a
year. A basic function test can be made using a service tool
(SA100) and a voltage meter.
Extended control and calibration also requires test gas with a
specific concentration.

FUNKTION
Beim Anlauf leuchtet die LED „EIN“ auf und die Regeleinheit
startet einen Prozess zur Aktivierung des Detektors.
Nach dem Aufleuchten der LED „Aktiv“ ist die Anlage zur
Wahrnehmung von Gasaustritten bereit. Gasaustritt löst vorerst
eine Warnung aus, die mit einer erleuchteten roten LED
„Warnung“ angezeigt wird, wonach sich der Relaisausgang
schließt. Steigt die Gaskonzentration an, wechselt die Warnung
in den „Alarm“-Zustand. Das bedeutet, dass die LED Alarm
dauernd leuchtet und sich das Alarmrelais schließt.
Automatische oder manuelle Rückstellung lassen sich mit Hilfe
einer Steckbrücke wählen.
Manuelle Rücksetzung: Rücksetzung der Relais und LEDs
mittels Drucktaste „Reset“.
Automatische Rücksetzung: Die Rückstellung der Relais und
LEDs erfolgt automatisch nach Verschwinden des Gases.
„Fehlalarm“ leuchtet bei Unterbrechung oder Kurzschluss im
Kabel oder im Detektor auf.
INSTALLATION
Auf DIN-Schiene montierte Regeleinheit.
Anschluss gemäß Schaltplan.
Das Schaltbild links zeigt die Alarmrelais in spannungslosem
Zustand.
ANMERKUNG! Das Fehlalarmrelais ist normalerweise
stromführend (geschlossen) und schaltet bei Stromausfall in der
Anlage aus.
Bei Anwendung der Detektoren GD/GS/GR2.0 ist keine
Kalibrierung erforderlich. Bei Anwendung von GJ-EX oder
einem anderen Detektor, bitte bei Bestellung Einzelheiten
angeben.
JÄHRLICHE FUNKTIONSPRÜFUNG
Die Anlage sollte mindestens zweimal jährlich einer Prüfung
unterzogen werden. Eine grundlegende Funktionsprüfung lässt
sich mit einem Service-Werkzeug (SA100) und einem
Spannungsmessgerät durchführen.
Für eine erweiterte Prüfung und Kalibrierung wird zusätzlich ein
Testgas mit bestimmter Konzentration benötigt.

CARACTERÍSTICAS

FUNCIONAMIENTO
Al arrancar, se encenderá el LED de ”ON” (conectado) y
comenzará un proceso en la unidad de control para activar el
detector.
Cundo se encienda el LED "Active" el sistema estará
preparado para detectar una fuga de gas. Una fuga de gas
creará en primer lugar una advertencia, que se indicará
enciendo un LED rojo ”Advertencia” y se cerrará el relé de
salida. Si aumentara la concentración de gas, la advertencia
pasará al estado "Alarma". Esto significa que el LED Alarma
permanecerá constantemente iluminado y se cerrará el relé de
alarma. El reestablecimiento manual o automática puede
seleccionarse mediante un puente.
Reestablecimiento manual: Reestablece los relés y LED
mediante el pulsador ”Reinicio”.
Reestablecimiento automático: Los relés y LED se
reestablecerán automáticamente cuando desaparezca el gas.
"Alarma de fallo" se encenderá cuando se produzca una
interrupción o un cortocircuito en el cableado o en el propio
detector.
INSTALACIÓN
Unidad de control montada en guía DIN.
Conexión de acuerdo con el diagrama del cableado.
El diagrama de circuitos que aparece en la izquierda muestra
los relés de alarma en posición de alimentación desconectada.
¡AVISO! Normalmente el relé de alarma de fallo suele tener
energía (cerrado) y se apaga en caso de fallo de alimentación
del sistema.
Los detectores GD/GS/GR2.0 no requieren calibración. Cuando
se utilicen los detectores GJ-EX o cualquier otro se ruega
especificar detalles al formular el pedido.
CONTROL DE FUNCIONAMIENTO ANUAL
Se recomienda probar el equipo al menos dos veces al año. Se
puede realizar una simple prueba de funcionamiento utilizando
una herramienta de servicio (SA100) y un voltímetro.
Un control y calibración mayor requerirá también el uso de un
gas de prueba con una concentración determinada.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES

FONCTIONNEMENT
Lors de la mise en marche, le voyant DEL "ON" s'allume et un
processus visant à activer le détecteur s'enclenche dans l'unité
de contrôle.
Lorsque le voyant DEL "Active" est allumé, l'unité est prête à
détecter une fuite de gaz. Une fuite de gaz commence par
générer un avertissement, lequel est indiqué par l'activation du
voyant DEL rouge "Warning", et la sortie du relais se ferme. Si
la concentration de gaz augmente, l'avertissement se
transforme en alarme ("Alarm"). Une alarme DEL est alors
allumée en permanence et le relais correspondant se ferme. Un
cavalier permet de sélectionner la réinitialisation automatique
ou manuelle.
Réinitialisation manuelle : Réinitialiser les relais et les
voyants DEL à l'aide du bouton-poussoir "Reset" (Réinitialiser).
Réinitialisation automatique : Les relais et les voyants DEL
sont automatiquement réinitialisés lorsque le gaz disparaît.
Le voyant "Fault Alarm" (Alarme défaillance) s'allume en cas
de coupure ou de court-circuit du câble ou du détecteur
proprement dit.
INSTALLATION
Unité de contrôle montée sur rail DIN.
Raccordement conformément au schéma de câblage.
Le schéma de circuit à gauche montre les relais d'alarme en
position hors tension.
REMARQUE ! Normalement, le relais d'alarme par défaut est
sous tension (fermé) et s'éteint en cas de panne de courant du
système.
L'utilisation d'un détecteur GD/GS/GR2.0 ne requiert aucun
étalonnage. En cas d'utilisation d'un détecteur GJ-EX ou autre,
veuillez indiquer ces informations lors de votre commande.
CONTRÔLE DE FONCTIONNEMENT ANNUEL
Il est recommandé de tester le système deux fois par an. Un
essai des fonctions de base peut être opéré à l'aide de l'outil
d'entretien SA100) et d'un voltmètre.
Un contrôle et un étalonnage plus vastes requièrent également
un gaz d'essai à concentration spécifique.
