WHILE SERVICING
• Checkifthepowerplugandoutletaredamaged,attened,cutorotherwisedegraded.

• Whenconnectingwires,makesuretoconnectthemusingtherelevantconnectorsandcheckthattheyare
completely properly.
4 Iftapeisusedinsteadoftheconnectors,itmaycausereduetotracking.
• Make sure to discharge the PBApower terminals before starting the service.
4Failing to do so may result in a high voltage electric shock.
• Whenreplacingtheheater,makesuretofastenthenutafterensuringthatitisinsertedintothebracket-heater.
4 Ifnotinsertedintothebracket-heater,ittouchesthedrumandcausesnoiseandelectricleakage.
AFTER SERVICING
• Check the wiring.
4Ensure that no wire touches a rotating part or a sharpened part of the electrical harness.
• Check for any water leakage.
4Perform a test run for the washing machine using the standard course and check whether there is any water
leakagethroughtheoorsectionorthepipes.
• Do not allow consumers to repair or service any part of the washing machine
themselves.
4This may result in personal injury and shorten the product lifetime.
• Ifitseemsthatgroundingisneededduetowaterormoisture,makesuretorun
grounding wires.
(Checkthegroundingofthepoweroutlet,andadditionallygroundittoametallicwater
pipe.)
4Failing to do so may result in electric shock due to electric leakage.

- Twist a grounding wire (copper wire) two or three times around the tap.
- Ifyouconnectthegroundingwiretoacopperplate,buryit75cmundertheearthina
place with a lot of moisture.
Donotconnectthegroundingwiretoagaspipe,plasticwaterpipeortelephone
wire.Thereisariskofelectricshockorexplosion.
