ASSEMBLY / INFLATION
Caution
Do not use a sharp tool, or penetrating knife, to open
the cardboard box, this could damage the product!
For the rst ination and in order to get acquainted with your new
product, inate indoors at room temperature where the PVC will be
soer. e product can be used in winter but you should not inate or
deate the product below 5C as the PVC will be sti and could crack.
Any use of a high pressure (car tyre) air compressor
will damage your product and automatically void all
warranties.
If the board was stored at a temperature below 0°C / 32°F, leave it at
room temperature for 6 hours before unfolding. Only then inate it with
the pump provided to the recommended pressure of 18 PSI . Choose a
smooth and clean surface to unfold your product.
Inating your board
Your product is equipped with a removable High-pressure valve. To in-
ate, open the cap by turning it counter clockwise. Check and make sure
the spring-loaded pin is not depressed and locked in the up position.
To verify that the valve is not open, push the pin down and turn it clock
wise. If the pin stays down, you have now opened that valve. To close it,
turn the pin counter clockwise so it springs back up. Now the valve is
closed. All ination is done in the LOCKED UP position and
deation is done in the OPEN DOWN position. To attach
the pump hose to the high pressure valve, use the appropriate nozzles
and ttings which are supplied with the high pressure pump. Push the
tting into the valve and turn clock wise to lock it. Inate until you
reach the required pressure. Aer ination disconnect the hose from the
valve and close the valve with the cap. Please note: If the whole valve as-
sembly becomes loose the board will leak. Just use the spanner provided
to retighten the valve. is is easiest to do when the board is deated.

Pressure
Max Air pressure: e correct pressure for this item is; 18-20 PSI
You may nd that 15-16 PSI is sucient, but if you would like to get the
maximum possible performance out of the board we would recommend
a pressure of 18-20 PSI. Every board is tested to withstand 25 PSI so
there is no need to worry about damaging your iSUP.
Ination time
It will take about 1-2 minutes of pumping before the board has enough
pressure in it and the guage starts to read. If you twist the lever on the
body of the pump to the right it pumps on both the up and down strokes
for quicker ination, but aer about 5-7PSI most people nd it easier to
move the lever to the le to inate on just the down stroke. is helps
you reach the recommended pressure with ease. All in all ination
should that the average person between 6 and 10 min-
utes.
Only In the case of Over-ination: deate until you reach the
recommended pressure by gently pressing on the valve stem, note that
air will rush out fast with a loud sound. If pressure is too low:
inate again to desired level.
Warning
If you leave your iSUP exposed to the hot sun check the pressure
and deate it slightly, otherwise the material might be overstretched.
Always remove some air if you are going to leave your board ex-
posed in hot sunshine. Catastrophic damage can result
from over pressure bursting the board. This is not
covered by warranty. e ambient temperature aects the
tube’s internal pressure: a variation of 10°C causes a variation of the
pressure in the tube by about 0.4bar.

PADDLE ASSEMBLEY AND ADJUSTMENT
e aluminium paddle that comes with your board
is easily assembled. e paddle comprises of 3
tubes which can just be inserted into one anoth-
er. First insert the sha with the handle into the
central sha and close the clamp on outside of the
central sha to lock the two in place.
e central sha then inserts into the sha with
the blade in a similar way. ere is a pin at the
bottom of the central sha that you need to press
before you can insert it. is will then pop up
through a hole once the 2 shas have been con-
nected, locking them together. For extra security
close the clamp on the outside of the blade sha.
You can make the clamps tighter or looser any
time you want. Simply undo them and then twist
them clockwise to make them tighter or an-
ti-clockwise to loosen them. en just close them
again.
To adjust the height of your paddle, open the
clamp at the top of the central sha. You are now
free to extend or reduce the height of your paddle
as the sha with the handle in now free to move.
A good guide to follow when nding the ideal
height for your paddle is to extend your arm above
your head with just a slight bend in your elbow.
en with the blade of the paddle resting on the
oor extend the height of the paddle such that the
handle rests nicely in your palm. Of course, paddle
height is down to your preference so feel free to
keep making adjustments until you nd something
that works for you.

ance or your skill.

• Avoid all contact with sharp objects like rocks, shells, broken glass
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
PUTTING YOUR BOARD AWAY AFTER USE
• Remove the n, the leash and anything under the luggage straps.
• Lay the board of a roughly at surface taking care there are no sharp
objects beneath.
• To deate, unscrew the valve cover’ and gently press down the valve
stem. Air will rush out with a loud sound, aer a few seconds and
the highest pressure is released press the valve stem further and twist
it to lock it open. Kneel at the front of the board and fold about a
9”(22CM) back on itself . en fold the next section around this and
continue for the whole length of the board. Pushing down on each
folded section will expel all the air. Do not rush and wait for the air
to disappear before each fold. It should only take a minute for the
board to be fully folded, then put the black strap around and tighten
and be ready to t back into the backpack carry bag.
• Clean and check the board as well as all the accessories aer each
use. Rinse them thoroughly making sure to remove any residues of
salt and sand, if used in salt water or at a beach. Use a mild soapy
solution, do not use detergents or any type of silicone based prod-
ucts. Make sure the product is completely dry before putting it away.

• When storing your inatable, keep it in a clean and dry place that is
not aected from major variations in temperature and other dam-
aging factors. You may store it deated and rolled up in a bag or
assembled and lightly inated (make sure you do not subject it to
deformations). Store it away from rodents.
MAINTAINING YOUR EQUIPMENT
The Pump
needs periodic maintenance depending on how much it is used. Un-
screw the small cross head screw with an appropriate screw driver.
Pull o the top section of the pump. Apply silicone grease or Vaseline
liberally to the large sealing washer which contacts the outside rim of
the pump. Replace the top and screw together. If the washer dries out,
pumping eort will rst increase, then it will fail and need to be re-
placed.
Valve
If the valve becomes loose the board will leak air from around the valve
surround, simply tighten the valve with the valve spanner to make it
tight and stop the leakage. It is important that the pump connector be
kept clean and must be sand and dirt free before connecting it to the
board. is is very important if you are on a sandy beach. Sand is a
natural enemy to a good airtight seal and will quickly reduce the life of
the components. If the connector does get sandy, wash it o with clean
water and dry it before connecting to the board. If the Valve fails, we
suggest contacting us rather than trying to repair it yourself as an unsuc-
cessful repair may void the warranty.
The Paddle
Aer you have been paddling in the sea it is important that you rinse
your paddle well in fresh water. is will remove any salt, sand and dirt
which can build up on the paddle. If salt is le to build up on the paddle
it will cause the joints to become very sti making it much harder to
assemble your paddle and adjust the length.

e board is covered by a 36 month manufacturer warranty to be free from
manufacturing defects. e paddles and pumps are covered for 12 months. e
warranty (legal warranty) is for the original purchaser only, and from date of
purchase. It only covers products used for normal recreational purposes. e
warranty does not cover any puncture, cuts or abrasion sustained in normal

the defect. We will not refund or replace boards if this procedure is
not followed.
Aer inspection, if any product is found defective, the manufacturer shall
either repair or replace the defective part or item as deemed necessary by
manufacturer. e Manufacturer shall not be held liable for any incidental or
consequential damages. ere are no warranties which extend beyond this de-
scription. is warranty is inclusive in lieu of all other warranties. is warran-
ty gives you specic legal rights but does not aect your normal rights, which
vary from country to country.
