Tape Monitor Switch

isturnedon.the tape beingrecordedisheard
from the speakers. Monitoringis possible with
3-head tape recorders only.
Whenyouplaybackthroughtheamplifier,the
TAPEMONiTORswitchshouldbeintheON
positionas well. Inallother cases, make sure
theswitchisGEE.
Loudness Switch
Useto boost bass andtreble response atlow vol-
umelistening le\els. Duetothesensitivityoi
humanhearing,both bass andtreble seem greatly
reducedatlowlisteninglevels.Thisswitchcom-
pensates forthisapparent loss.
