2. Storage and installation
I motori vengono spediti pronti per l’installazione. Al momento della ricezione,
rimuovere l’imballo e ruotare l’albero per vericare che il motore non abbia
subito danneggiamenti, quindi controllare l’esterno della macchina. Laddove
la macchina risulti danneggiata, il magazziniere e il rappresentante del vettore
dovranno inviare la relativa comunicazione scritta a Wonder entro 3 giorni.
Qualora i motori non vengano utilizzati immediatamente, dovranno essere
conservati in un ambiente pulito e asciutto, non soggetto a vibrazioni e protetto
dalle intemperie. (In caso di conservazione in ambienti in cui la temperatura
risulti inferiore a -15°C, prima dell’avviamento, sarà necessario ripristinare la
temperatura operativa del motore (ovvero -15°C 40°C). In questo caso, in
fase di ordinazione
sarà necessario indicare le speciche condizioni di immagazzinamento, in modo da
poter prendere le debite precauzioni durante le fasi di costruzione e imballaggio.
In caso di corretta conservazione dei motori, non è necessaria alcuna
manutenzione. Tuttavia, si consiglia di ruotare manualmente l’albero ogni tre
mesi. In caso di un immagazzinamento di oltre un anno di motori con cuscinetti
non schermati (generalmente questi motori sono dotati di lubricante e targhetta
di lubricazione), si consiglia di controllare le condizioni di lubricazione e dei
componenti del motore.
Prima dell’installazione, controllare gli avvolgimenti del motore utilizzando gli
appositi strumenti, in modo da garantire la correttezza dei valori di resistenza
dell’isolamento tra le fasi e tra le fasi e il suolo.
Non toccare i terminali durante e subito dopo le misurazioni, in quanto sotto
tensione. Se il valore di resistenza dell’isolamento è inferiore a 10 mega ohm,
o in caso di immagazzinamento in un ambiente umido, è necessario asciugare
i motori in un apposito forno per circa 8 ore, aumentando gradualmente la
temperatura no a 100°C. Smantellare i motori per assicurare l’assenza totale di
umidità.
Tutte le operazioni elencate sopra devono essere eettuate da personale
qualicato.
In caso di motori antideagranti:
- assicurarsi che le caratteristiche antideagranti non vengano alterate
- far eseguire la procedura descritta nel punto 2.2.2 da ocine di riparazione
autorizzate
- non smantellare o aprire il motore senza previa autorizzazione di Wonder
durante il periodo di garanzia onde evitare il rischio di invalidare la garanzia.
Tutte le operazioni sulla macchina elettrica devono essere eseguite con la
macchina ferma e scollegata dall’alimentazione (parti ausiliarie, quali resistenze
anticondensa, comprese).
Prima di utilizzare gli anelli di sollevamento vericare che siano stati serrati
correttamente.
Gli anelli di sollevamento sono in grado di sostenere il peso di un solo
motore, pertanto non devono essere utilizzati per sollevare le apparecchiature
collegate al motore.
In ambienti in cui la temperatura sia inferiore a -20°C, utilizzare gli anelli di
sollevamento con molta cautela, in quanto le basse temperature possono provocarne
la rottura, danneggiando così la macchina.

When the motors are dtored properly, no maintenance neede. However, it is a good
idea to turn the shaft by hand every three months. After storage of over one year
motors with unshielded bearings (usually such motors have a lubricator and bear a
lubrication plate). It is advisable to check the condition of the lubrication and motor
components.
Before installation check the motor windings using the appropriate instruments
to ensure the condition of the insulation between phases and between phase and
earth are of the corrects resistance values.
Do not touch the terminals during and immeditaely after measuring as they
are live. If the insulation resistance value is less than 10 megaohm or after storage
in a damp environment, the motors must be dried in an oven for about 8 hours by
gradually bringing tne the temperature up to 100°C. To ensure that the dampness
has been completely expelled, the motors must be dismantled.
All operations listed above must be carried out by qualied personnel. In case of
ame-proof motors it is necessary:
- to be very careful the ame-proof characteristics are not altered
- to have the procedure describerd in point 2.2.2 carried out by authorized repair
shops
- to be aware that dismantling or opening of the motor during the warranty period
without authorization of Wonder may invalidate the warranty.
Work on the electric machine must be carried out when the machine has
stopped and been disconnected from the power supply (including auxiliary parts,
such as anticondensation heaters).
Before using the lifting rings make sure they have been tightened.
The lifting ring are big enough to bear the weight of a single motor,
therefore they must not be used to lift the equipment connected to the motor.
In environments where the temperature is below -20°C, these lifting rings should be
used with caution as they could break at low temperatures and cause damage.
