Thank you for purchasing your Scienscope System. The following warranty, terms and
conditions apply:
All Scienscope instruments are warranted against manufacturer’s defects in material
and workmanship for five (5) years from the original purchase date with the following
exceptions:
Any stands and stand accessories and electrical components attached to the
microscope are warranted for one (1) year. Lamps or bulbs are not warranted. Lamps or bulbs are not warranted.
Damage resulting from repair by unauthorized parties or damage due to accident,
alteration, misuse, or abuse is not covered. Warranty service is provided by Scienscope,
or its authorized dealer. Defective products covered by the warranty will be repaired
free of charge when they are returned, postpaid, to Scienscope International, or to the
authorized dealer in your area.
Please never try to fix the product yourself, doing

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Assemble the stand per instructions provided in the box.
2) Carefully, remove the binocular head from Styrofoam packaging.
Loosen the set screw on the focus rack, insert the binocular head
into the focus rack. Tighten screw to secure position (see below).
3) Remove the eyepiece covers on the microscope head and insert the
eyepieces included, place eye guards onto eyepieces if desired.
4) Unscrew the protective cap on the bottom of the microscope head
and attach the ring light adapter or any auxiliary lens included
(shown below) for desired working distance and magnification.
5) If applicable, attach the ring light to the lens attached in Step 4).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Adjust the height of the microscope to achieve correct working
distance according to your auxiliary lens (see table below for correct
working distance)
2) Place a sample under the microscope. Adjust the distance between
the eyepiece tubes in order to fit your inter-pupil distance, this is
complete when you see one complete circle through the eyepieces.
This step ensures that you will not get a double image.
3) Zoom in to the highest magnification by turning the magnification
knob to the largest setting (4.5). Focus Focus on the sample by turning the
focus knob until image appears clear, zoom out by turning the zoom
knob, image should stay focused. If image does not stay focused,
adjust each individual eyepiece by turning the adjustment on the
eyepiece tube. If microscope is set up correctly your image should If microscope is set up correctly your image should
