PREPARATION
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure
all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list.
If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt
to assemble the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 45 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included):
Phillips screwdriver
2. Align the Wooden dowels in center panel (B) to left
middle wall (C) and right middle wall (D). Insert
wooden dowels into predrilled holes and press tight.

center panel (B)

3. Locate the center support leg (L) and screw into
the base of the base (K).
4. Insert four wooden dowels (AA) into base (K).
Place assembly from step 2 onto base (K),
securing with four washers (CC) and four long
bolts (BB).
5. Insert two wooden dowels (AA) into outer holes on right
side of base (K). Attach right outer wall (F), securing
with two washers (CC) and two long bolts (BB).
Repeat for left outer wall (E).

6. Insert two wooden dowels (AA) into the top
outer holes on left outer wall (E), left middle
wall (C), right middle wall (D) and right outer
wall (F). Attach top (A), securing from underneath
with ten washers (CC) and long bolts (BB).
7. From behind the assembly, attach back panel (J)
to shelving areas, Securing with back panel
screws (DD).
Repeat for remaining back panel (J).

9. Insert shelf pins (EE) at desired height, ensuring they
are level. Place Shelf (I) on top of shelf pins (EE).
Repeat for remaining the shelf (I).
8. Hold the door and align the hinge body with the
hinge plate mounted to the fireplace wall. Align
and slide the hooks/catches on the hinge body
into the recesses on the mounting plate while
lightly pushing the door towards back of
fireplace mantel. Then press on the back part
of the hinge body until you hear it click into
place. Repeat for other hinges.
To remove press the square button at the back
of the hinge body to release the hinge from the
mounting bracket. Unlock both hinges and pull
the door away from the fireplace body.

10. If you need to adjust the doors, do so in the following manner.
To adjust door up or down, loosen screws (a) on both hinges, adjust door, and retighten screws.
To adjust door left or right, turn screws (b) on both hinges, in or out.
To adjust door in or out, loosen screws (c) on both hinges, adjust door, and retighten screws.
11. With the help of another person, position insert (O)
into middle opening of mantel assembly.
Note: DO NOT plug insert (O) into power outlet
yet.
CAUTION: DO NOT slide insert on top of wood to
avoid scratching wood surface.

help of another person, move the mantel close to
the final desired location.

12. To secure the insert by using two wooden insert
brackets, align the hole on wooden insert brackets
(R) to the hole of Left middle wall (C) and Right
middle wall (D), secure with two long bolts (BB) and
Washers (CC).
NOTE: Use the pre-assembled levelers on the base
of the fireplace to level the unit. Twist the levelers
counter clockwise to increase the height, twist the
clockwise to decrease the height.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that your new Electric fireplace is free from manufacturing and material
defects for a period of one year from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and
limitations.
Install and operate this Electric fireplace in accordance with the installation and operating instructions
furnished with the product at all times. Any unauthorized repair, alteration, willful abuse, accident, or
misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
This warranty is void if:
1. The fireplace is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or condensation.
2. Any unauthorized alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product.
3. You do not have the original receipt of purchase.
The warranties as outlined within this document do not apply to non accessories used in conjunction
with the installation of this product.
The manufacturer neither assumes, nor authorizes any third party to assume on its behalf, any other
liabilities with respect to the sale of the product.
All other warranties-expressed or implied-with respect to the product, its components and
accessories, or any obligations/liabilities on the part of the manufacturer are hereby expressly
excluded.
The owner/user assumes all other risks, if any, including the risk of any direct, indirect or
consequential loss or damage arising out of the use, or inability to use the product, except as
provided by law.
Any installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from
defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor
shall the manufacturer assume responsibility for same.
The manufacturer may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respect to this warranty by
refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s).
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or
workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and
service, after said defect is confirmed by the manufacturer’s inspection.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was
made through an authorized supplier of the product.

droit (D). Insérez les chevilles dans les trous
prépercés et appuyez fortement.

PRÉPARATION
Avant de commencer l’assemblage de l’article,
assurez-vous d’avoir toutes les pièces. Comparez
le contenu de l’emballage avec la liste des pièces
et celle de la quincaillerie incluse. S’il y a des
pièces manquantes ou endommagées, ne tentez
pas d’assembler l’article.
Temps d’assemblage approximatif :
45 minutes.
Outil nécessaire pour l’assemblage
(non inclus) : tournevis cruciforme.

3. Localiser le pied de support central (L) et le
visser dans la base du la base (K).
4. Insérez quatre groujon en bois (AA) dans la base (K).
Placez l'assemblage de l'étape 2 sur la base (K),
fixez avec quatre rondelles (CC) et quatre
Boulon long (BB).
5. Insérez deux groujon en bois (AA) dans les trous
extérieurs sur le côté droit de la base (K). Fixez la paroi
extérieure droite (F), Sécurisant avec deux rondelles
(CC) et deux boulon long (BB).
Répétez l’opération pour la paroi extérieure gauche (E).

6. Insérez deux en bois (AA) dans les trous
extérieurs supérieurs de la paroi extérieure
gauche (E), de la paroi centrale de gauche (C),
de la paroi centrale de droit (D) et de la paroi
extérieure de droit (F). Fixez le dessus (A) en le
sécurisant par le dessous avec dix rondelles
(CC) et des boulon long (BB).
7. De I’arrière de l’assemblage, fixez le panneau
arrière (J) aux zones d’étagères, Sécurisant avec
vis pour le panneau arrière (DD).
Répétez l’opération pour le panneau arrière (J).

9. Insérez les goupilles étagères (EE) à la hauteur
désirée, en veillant à ce qu’elles soient de niveau.
Placer l’étagère (I) sur les épingles d’étagère (EE).
Répétez pour rester des étagères (I).
8. Tenez la porte et alignez le corps de la penture
avec la plaque de la penture assemblée au mur
du foyer. Alignez et glissez les crochets/prises
sur le corps de la penture dans les niches de la
plaque d’assemblage tout en poussant légèrement
la porte vers l’arrière de la cheminée du foyer.
Ensuite, appuyez sur la partie arrière du corps de
la penture jusqu’à ce que vous l’entendiez faire
« clic » Répétez pour les autres pentures.
Pour retirer, appuyez sur le bouton carré à l’arrière
du corps de la penture pour dégager la penture
du support d’assemblage. Déverrouillez les deux
pentures et tirez la porte vers l’extérieur du corps
du foyer.

11. Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, placez le foyer
encastrable (O) dans l’ouverture centrale du meuble.
Remarque : Ne branchez PAS tout de suite le foyer
encastrable (O) sur une prise.
ATTENTION : Ne faites PAS glisser le foyer
encastrable sur une surface en bois afin de
prévenir les égratignures.
Remarque: Avant de passer à l’étape suivante, et
avec l’aide d’une autre personne, placez lemeuble
à proximité de l’emplacement final désiré

10.Suivez les étapes suivantes pour ajuster les portes.
Pour ajuster la porte verticalement, desserrez les vis (a) sur les deux charnières, ajustez la porte
et resserrez les vis.
Pour ajuster la porte vers la gauche ou vers la droite, tournez les vis (b) sur les deux charnières
vers l’intérieur ou l’extérieur.
Pour ajuster la porte vers l’intérieur ou l’extérieur, desserrez les vis (c) sur les deux charnières,
ajustez la porte et resserrez les vis.

12. Pour fixer l'insert à l'aide de deux supports d'insert
en bois, aligner le trou des supports d'insert en
bois (R) sur le trou de la cloison centrale gauche (C)
et de la cloison centrale droite (D), fixer avec deux
boulon longues (BB) et des rondelles (CC).
NOTE : Utilisez les niveleurs préassemblés sur la
base du foyer pour niveler l'appareil. Tournez les
niveleurs dans le sens antihoraire pour augmenter
la hauteur, tournez dans le sens horaire pour
diminuer la hauteur.
