1. Basic information
1.1. Brief description of functions
Thank you for selecting the Element mobile phone with colour display.
While reading this manual, get familiar with the phone operation, features and control
method. The mobile phone is designed for GSM networks; the phone allows dual SIM
operation in the standby mode, but you cannot make calls from the other card if acall is
in progress on one SIM card. In addition to basic calling functions, the phone also offers
anumber of useful functions, such as address book, operating modes, messages, audio
and video player, camera and camcorder, alarm clock, calculator and other functions that
are useful for work and leisure activities.
The mobile phone meets the GSM criteria and is certified by relevant authorities.
Our company reserves the right to modify the content of this manual without prior notice.

CAUTION:
Pay special attention to these instructions. The manufacturer takes no
responsibility for auser that does not follow these recommendations or uses
the smartphone inappropriately. Through inappropriate use, the user risks
breaching respective laws. Carefully read these operating instructions before
use. Carefully store this information for future use.
• Always follow the basic safety instructions when using this device to prevent the risk
of fire, electric shock or injury.
• Please read this user'smanual and follow all instructions for use, maintenance and
assembly. Do not use the mobile phone for purposes other than those for which it
was designed.
• Not following the rules set forth in this user'smanual or inappropriate use will void
the warranty and may result in injuries or damage to property.
In this case, the manufacturer takes no responsibility for any damages whatsoever.
• It is forbidden to use mobile phones in certain places. In the event that mobile phone
use is forbidden, turn off the phone according to the instructions in the user'smanual.
The usual locations where the use of mobile phones is forbidden include: Planes,
petrol stations, areas where blasting works are being performed, etc. The operation
of smartphones may have an effect on the functionality of electronic equipment and
health devices such as, for example, pacemakers, hearing aids and other medical
electronic equipment.
• Turn off the device when in the vicinity of fuel, chemical substances or explosives.
Keep the device out of children'sreach.
• Adhere to local regulations governing the use of mobile phones when driving
vehicles; as the driver, your primary responsibility is for the given vehicle. If your
smartphone has ahands-free function, use it. Under unfavourable traffic conditions,
stop the vehicle prior to dialling or picking up acall.
• If the phone supports the "Aircraft mode" function, please set it to the "Aircraft
mode" prior to boarding aplane. If the phone does not support this mode, then turn
it off prior to boarding aplane because the phone may cause interference to the
plane'selectronic equipment. Please follow the instructions provided onboard the
plane.
• Use primarily original accessories with the phone, as the use of anon-original battery
or charger subjects you to the risk of losing the right to awarranty repair, risk of
damage to the phone and risk of injury to the user.
• Modifying or changing the features of the phone or tampering with the device
is strictly prohibited. Modifying the device may lead to serious malfunctions and
damages to property, potentially it may also cause injury to the user. Amodification
is considered to also be changes to the operating system software, unless approved
by the manufacturer.

• Do not connect the battery charger to your phone before the battery is installed. Do
not short circuit the battery.
• Charge the battery of the smartphone in awell ventilated and cool area and at
sufficient distance from flammable and explosive materials.
• To prevent demagnetization, keep your smartphone away from magnetic materials
such as discs, credit cards, etc.
• Mobile phones are sensitive to external interference, which may seriously affect their
function; in certain environments it is not possible to use the mobile phone.
• Neither the mobile phone nor the charger are toys; their use by children presents
the risk of small parts being swallowed. The charger and its connection to the mains
power grid are very risky for small children; this form of use is forbidden for children.
• Do not unplug the charger by pulling on the power cord – there is arisk of damaging
the power cord/socket and/or charger. Disconnect the charger from the power socket
by pulling the body of the charger.
• In the event that the front glass of the phone is damaged, be careful as there is arisk
of sharp glass parts, which could result in an injury. Do not use phones damaged in
this way, and seek professional repair.
• High volume of the mobile phone may damage hearing with prolonged
use, be careful when setting the volume level. Listening to loud music
by means of the phone may have serious consequences, be careful
when setting the volume level while listening to music.
• Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaning agents, benzine, solvents or similar products.
Use alightly dampened cloth for cleaning.
• Do not use the device in the vicinity of water, e.g. in the bath, shower or pool.
Submerging the device may lead to injury by electrical shock. Do not place the
device into acontainer filled with water, e.g. avase.
• Place the device on astable surface. If your device falls, it can be damaged or injury
may result.
• Do not cover the openings on the device. They are used for ventilation and
overheating protection.
• Place the device in locations where nobody can step on it.
• Do not place any objects into the openings of the device. This presents arisk of fire
or injury by electrical shock. Never permit the device to be sprayed with aliquid.
• To reduce the risk of injury by electrical shock, do not disassemble the device. In the
event that servicing or repairs of the device are necessary, take it to an authorised
service centre or to aqualified technician. When it is opened or when the cover is
being removed, places with dangerous voltage or other risks may be exposed.
In the event of incorrect reassembly, an injury by electrical shock may ensue upon
subsequent use.
• Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, e.g. in the vicinity of ahot heater
or wood stove or in ahot car.
• Do not place the device on burning objects, such as candles or cigarettes.
• Do not use the device to report gas leaks when in their vicinity.
• This phone takes photographs, records videos and audio; follow all respective laws
and regulations relating to the use of these functions. Under certain conditions, taking

photographs, recording videos or audio without permission may violate laws and
regulations in force.
• When using the network functions, please, do not download files containing viruses,
do not install any damaged photographs or dial tones. If downloaded files result in
abnormal behaviour of the phone, our company takes no responsibility whatsoever
for the given fault.
• Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations, recycle them if possible.
Do not throw batteries out with standard communal waste.
WARNING:
To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the device to rain or
moisture.

Supplement to the LCD

Measures to take when astatic image is displayed; red/blue/green pixels on the screen
Astatic image can permanently damage the display part of the LCD screen.
• Do not leave astatic image on an LCD screen
for longer than 2 hours, because this could
damage the screen. This type of damage is
known as "screen burn-in".
Damage to the screen resulting from the above
mentioned causes is not covered by the warranty!
Red/blue/green/black pixels may appear on the screen
• This is acharacteristic feature of liquid crystal displays and does not represent
aproblem. LCD screens are manufactured using avery precise technology in order to
achieve avery fine picture resolution. From time to time several inactive pixels may
appear on the screen as apermanently red, blue, green or black pixel (up to 0.001%
of the total number of pixels on the screen). This does not affect the features and
performance of your device.

3.1.2. Phone buttons and their functions
Buttons Function
Left/right soft button 1. Performing the functions show in the left/right display
bottom corner.
2. In standby mode, the left soft button activates the
menu; use the right software button to enter your
contacts.
3. To enable apreset number call, hold down the key.
Arrow up/down They match to the up / down / arrow keys to navigate in
the phone menu. During the call, they act as volume down/
up buttons.
Dial button 1. Press this button to dial anumber or answer an
incoming call.
2. In the standby mode, press this button to enter the list
of dialled numbers.
Call end button 1. Hold down the button to turn your phone on/off.
2. Press in any screen to return to the standby screen.
3. Ending the call or rejecting the incoming call.
SOS button Used for quick calling for help. When pressed and held,
apreset phone number is dialed.

These are used to dial and input numbers and characters.
Hold down the number “1” button to go to the preset
voicemail.
Button 1. In the standby screen, type after entering the phone
number. To enter an extension number, enter the
extension when the “+” sign appears.

3.2. Inserting the SIM and memory cards
Before using your phone for the first time, it is necessary to insert the SIM card. Your
network operator will provide the SIM card.
If you buy the services in amobile network, you will obtain the SIM card along with the
details such as your PIN code and optional services available.
CAUTION:
Avoid bending the SIM card and protect it from scratching. Do not expose the
SIM card to static electricity, water and pollution. When inserting and removing
the SIM cards as well as the memory card, take utmost care to avoid damage
to the slots and the phone’smotherboard.
WARNING:
Disconnect the charger, turn the phone off, and remove the battery before
handling the cards (SIM, memory card).
In the notch in the left bottom corner on the back of the phone, lift the back cover with
your fingernail or ablunt object. Then gradually release it around the perimeter.
Lift the battery with your fingernail or ablunt object on top of the battery.

Insert the SIM cards in the appropriate slots under the battery with contacts facing down
so that the SIM cards contacts touch the integrated phone SIM contacts. Insert the SIM 1
card in the top right slot with the bevelled corner placed in the top right corner of the slot,
insert the SIM 2 card in the left SIM slot with the bevelled corner placed in the bottom
right corner of the slot.
Place the memory card in the slot with contacts pointing down towards the phone body.
The memory card edge with the contacts will point to the right phone edge.
CAUTION:
If the memory card does not work, please check if it is correctly inserted and the contacts
are good. The maximum size of the supported memory cards is 8GB.
When inserting the battery into the phone, first connect the battery contacts to the
contacts located on the phone (at the bottom) and then gently push the battery into the
battery compartment.

Before using
To replace the back cover, attach it to the phone body so that the cover locks gently fit
into the phone locks. Then gently push the phone cover around the perimeter of the
phone body. Finally, check visually that the cover is properly attached to the body of the
phone at all points around the perimeter, or press it repeatedly.
CAUTION:
Some phone functions, such as voice calls, receiving and sending messages,
are only possible and available when at least one SIM card with activated
operator functions is inserted and within range of its wireless network. Request
information from your operator about available services on your SIM card and
the accessibility of the network.
3.3. Phone on/off
To turn the phone on, hold down the call end button. To turn the phone off, hold down
the call end button in the standby mode.
3.4. Charging the battery
Use for charging the original USB-C cable connected to electrical power network. Connect
cable to the phone or the original charging cradle. Insert the phone into the charging
cradle so that the charging contacts of the phone and the stand touch.
During charging, the battery icon in the upper right corner of the phone display starts to
move. When the battery icon stops moving, the charging is finished. If acharging stand is
used, the charging process of the phone is indicated by aLED on the charging cradle.
CAUTION:
Keep the charging contacts of the phone clean. This will prevent oxidation and
dirt from covering the charging contacts. The charging contacts in the cradle are
fine and touch-sensitive. To prevent damage to the charging contacts, do not
touch the charging contacts with your hands or other objects.
CAUTION:
To ensure areliable phone operation, always use the original charger.

3.5. Security password
• PIN
The PIN code is designed to prevent illegal usage of your SIM card. The PIN code is
usually attached to your SIM card. If you enter awrong PIN three times consecutively,
you can unlock it by entering the PUK. For more details, please contact your mobile
operator.
• PIN2
PIN2 should be entered to access some functions (such as call charges); if you enter
awrong PIN2 three times consecutively, you can unlock it by entering the PUK2.
For more details, please contact your mobile operator.
• PUK
To remove the locked PIN code, you must enter the PUK. The PUK code is attached to
your SIM card. If it is not available, please contact your network operator. If you enter
awrong PUK ten times consecutively, you will no longer he able to use your SIM card.
Contact your network operator to purchase anew card. The PUK cannot be changed.
If you lose the code, contact your network operator.
• PUK2
When removing the locked PIN2 code, you must enter the PUK2. If you enter awrong
PUK2 ten times consecutively, you will no longer be able to use the functions that require
entering the PIN2. Contact your network operator to purchase anew card. The PUK2
cannot be changed. If you lose the code, contact your network operator.

Quick calling operation guide
4. Quick calling operation guide
If English is the default language after initial turning the phone on, please navigate
through the phone Menu items as follows: Menu / Settings / Phone settings / Languages
and select the desired language from the menu here.
4.1. Making acall
In standby, press the numeric keys to enter the number you wish to dial. When the
number in entered, press the dial number to make acall. If you want to make an
international call, add an area prefix before the number.
4.2. Receiving acall
When there is an incoming call, the phone will notify you accordingly (vibrate, ring, etc.);
if this feature is supported by your phone network, the caller'sname and phone number
will appear on the phone display. Press the dial key to answer an incoming call.
4.3. Changing volume during the call
You can set the speaker volume with the volume buttons (arrow up to increase / arrow
down to decrease the volume) during acall. During acall, you can use the phone
softkeys to confirm the “SpeakOn” to activate the speaker or “SpeakOff” to turn it off. or
“SpeakOff” to turn it off.
4.4. End/Reject call
After completion of the ongoing call end the call by pressing the end call button.
You can reject an incoming call by pressing the call end button.
4.5. Emergency calls
You can make emergency calls directly without aSIM card. Different networks use
different emergency numbers. Your network operator will provide details.
4.6. Speed dial of extension
To insert apause in aphone number (e.g. to enter the extension number), press and hold
the “ ” button while entering the number. The "P" symbol appears on the display, then
continue entering the extension number. Ashort time pause will be inserted between the
numbers while dialling so that the target exchange can recognize the extension correctly.

5. Phone menu functions
5.1. Contacts
This function allows you to browse through the telephone directory, as well as save,
edit and delete names and phone numbers in phone and on the SIM card. Contact your
operator for the capacity of your SIM card. The maximum capacity of the phone memory
is 200 contacts.
5.1.1. Save anew contact / delete asaved contact
The item "Add new entry" is placed first in the list of stored phone numbers. Use the
up / down arrow keys to highlight the "Add new entry" option and then use the left soft
key to confirm the Select / Select function. You will be prompted to enter the name and
phone number. To move between the fields use the navigation key up/down. To save
the contact, use the left soft key to confirm the Select / Save function. To delete asaved
entry, highlight the desired contact in the contact list with the up / down arrow keys.
Press the left soft key Select / Delete to delete the contact from the phone'smemory or
the SIM card.
5.2. Messages
The message service is in fact the service of the phone network. This menu works
properly depending on the type of your SIM card and the services provided by your
network operator.
Check with your operator before using this function. The message capacity of your SIM
depends on the SIM type. Individual SMS messages can be deleted in message reading
mode using the menu available with the left soft key (Select / Delete). The "Delete
all" function offers the option of quickly deleting all SMS messages located in agiven
category (e.g. inbox, drafts, etc.).
Type message: For instructions on how to insert text, please refer to aseparate chapter.
Send the message using the menu available with the left soft key (Select / Send).
Inbox: Saves received SMS messages.
Drafts: Saves draft messages.
Outbox: Messages being in the sending process.
Outbox: Stores the SMS messages not successfully sent.
Sent: Stores successfully sent SMS messages.
SMS setting: Provides the option to set the SMS messages for each SIM card, check the
memory status, set automatic saving of sent messages or select apreferred storage for
SMS messages.

5.3. Recent calls
5.3.1. Call history
The call history list offers you the call overview and the option to delete the items.
Pressing the Select button allows you to select the desired function for the selected
item in each report, for example Dial selected phone number, Send text message, Save
to phone (saving the number to the phone’smemory) or Delete an entry from the call
history.
• Missed calls: Displays the last missed calls.
• Outgoing calls: It contains alist of recently dialled numbers.
• Received calls: It contains the list of recently received calls.
• All calls: It contains the list of all recent calls.
• Delete the call list: You can delete records of called numbers, missed or received
calls.
5.3.2. Call setting
In the Recent calls / Call settings menu, you will find the following functions for each SIM
card.
Setting SIM 1/SIM 2 calls
• Waiting call: You can enable or disable this function. After switching on, you can
answer another incoming call during an ongoing call.
• Call forwarding: After switching on the function you can according to different
conditions in settings, choose to switch the incoming call to voicemail or other
numbers (unconditional call forwarding, call forwarding during unavailability, if it does
not answer, if the number is busy or all calls). Check with your network operator
before using the function.
• Call blocking: After activating the function, you can restrict the call according to
the set corresponding conditions (all outgoing calls, international calls, international
calls except the home network, all incoming calls or incoming calls when roaming)
according to the corresponding conditions (arequest must be made to the network
operator).
Advanced settings
Allows you to adjust the setting of the following functions:
• Blocked numbers (Blacklist): You can turn on or off the rejection of blocked numbers
function (Reject number). You can save in the list of blocked numbers (Blacklist
numbers) up to 20 telephone numbers.
• Auto redial: You can enable or disable this function. When the function is enabled,
the phone automatically dials the called number in the event of aprevious
unsuccessful connection attempt.
• Call time display: You can enable or disable this function. When the function is on,
the duration of the call is shown on the phone display during an ongoing call.

• Auto redial: This function will redial automatically until the call connection is reached.
• Call time reminder: You can set asingle or repeated warnings about the length of the
current call when the set time interval (in seconds) passes.
• Answer mode: It offers the possibility of activating the answer function by opening the
phone cover, by any button and setting the automatic answer of the call in handsfree
mode.
5.4. Organizer
5.4.1 File management
Allows you to view pictures and photos taken on amemory card or in the phone via the
photo album function. For example, the selected saved image can be set as the wallpaper
of the phone display.
5.4.2 Scheduled power on/off
The phone allows you to schedule automatic power on or off for example during night
hours when you do not wish to be disturbed.
Power on time - Use the option to set the phone power on time. Correct operation of this
function requires that the SIM card PIN entering is disabled during powering up. If the SIM
PIN is enabled, the phone will power up to the PIN code entering.
Power off time - Use the option to set the phone power off time.
5.4.3 Calculator
It allows you making simple mathematical operations. Press the arrow up/down to select
arequired mathematical character for acomputing operation or result display. To insert
decimal comma, press #.
5.4.4 Alarm
You can have up to 5 presets of active or inactive alarms. You can adjust the status of
each alarm clock (on / off), wake-up time, snooze mode (once, every day or only on
selected days) and alarm sound. Use the right (#) / left arrow keys ( ) to toggle between
the Off / On alarm status and to move in the alarm time entering row.
5.4.5 Bluetooth
The function allows wireless transmission between devices. This function is designed to
transfer photos or files stored in the phone’smemory or on the memory card. Your phone
will be presented by Element P011SV name for other devices.

5.4.6 Calendar
This function can be used to easily view calendar days. To perform calendar operations,
press the Select software button:
• Display - displays the events added on the selected day.
• Display all - displays all events added.
• Add event - Allows you to add event in the calendar. First, enter the event name
in the Subject box. Now select the event start day and hour, then select the event
end. Then select Event type, Reminder, Meeting, Course, Date, Calling, Anniversary
or Birthday. You can add Alarm, Repeat option, Event location or Details to aset
Reminder. Finally, press the Select and Save software button.
5.4.7 SIM Toolkit
Services provided by your operator. For more information, please contact your mobile
operator.
5.5. Multimedia
5.5.1. Camera
The unit is equipped with acamera. For correct camera function, the memory card should
be inserted and set as the default storage. Press the “5” key to capture aphoto.
Press the left soft key Select to display amenu of available functions.
Use the right (#)/ left ( ) arrows to move between the available options in each setting
item.
• Go to video/camera: You can use this function to switch between camera and
camcorder mode.
• Photos: Enter the photo viewer of saved images.
• Camera settings: You can set selected features of the photo.
• Picture setting: You can adjust the image size and quality settings.
• Storage: It sets the default storage for captured images and videos.
• Restore defaults: Allows you to reset camera settings to default values.
5.5.2. Picture viewer
It is used to view, use, share, rename, or delete saved images.
CAUTION:
The files for viewing must be saved on the memory card in the "My Photos"
folder.

5.5.3. Audio player
The phone can play MP3 files from amemory card and supports "background" playback,
where you can use another function of the phone (e.g. Messages, Calculator) while
listening to music. To stop the playback running “in the background”, press the “0” key in
the Audio player application (Menu / Multimedia / Audio player).
To control the player, press the arrow down to move to the previous track, press the arrow
up to move to the next track and press the “0” key to control the playback start/pause. To
adjust volume, press the left arrow ( ) Volume down / right arrow (#) Volume up.
Use the left software key to go to the list of tracks or continue to Settings:
Repeat: Set the playback repeat mode
Shuffle: Set the random playback mode
CAUTION:
Files for playback must be stored on the memory card in the "My Music" folder.
CAUTION:
Videos in high resolution or high-speed data stream cannot be played back.
5.5.4. Sound recorder
You can use the phone to record sound. You need to have amemory card inserted in
your phone for it to work properly. Press the left soft key ("Select") to display Start new
recording or alist of already saved recordings to play.
5.5.5. FM Radio
You can dial and receive calls without limitation while listening to the radio. The radio
sound will be muted automatically during the call. Press the “0” key to start / pause
playback. Press “4” and “6” to change the frequency value.
To switch the stored stations, press arrow up/down.
To adjust volume, press the left arrow ( ) Volume down / right arrow (#) Volume up. In
the radio playback screen, press the left soft button to enter the Options menu where you
can do the following:
Stations list: You can save alist of favourite stations and then edit the name or frequency
of the selected station.
Manual control: The selected frequency can be manually searched, typed and saved.
Pre-set auto-search: Starts automatic searching and stores the found stations in the
station list.
Setup: Allows you to turn background radio listening on and off. Press the left ( ) /right
(#) arrow to move between the available options in each item setting.
