1. Basic Information
1.1. Brief Description of Functions
Thank you for selecting the Element mobile phone with colour
display. While reading this manual, get familiar with the
phone operation, features and control method.
The mobile phone is designed for GSM networks; the phone
allows dual SIM operation in the standby mode, but you
cannot make calls from the other card if acall is in progress
on one SIM card. In addition to basic calling functions, the
phone also offers anumber of useful functions, such as
address book, operating modes, messages, audio and video
player, camera and camcorder, alarm clock, calculator and
other functions that are useful for work and leisure activities.
The mobile phone meets the GSM criteria and is certified by
relevant authorities.
Our company reserves the right to modify the content of this
manual without prior notice.

2. Safety Instructions
ATTENTION
Pay special attention to these instructions. The
manufacturer takes no responsibility for auser that
does not follow these recommendations or uses the
smartphone inappropriately. Through inappropriate
use, the user risks breaching respective laws.
Carefully read these operating instructions before
use. Carefully store this information for future use.
• Always follow the basic safety instructions when using this
device to prevent the risk of fire, electric shock or injury.
• Please read this user'smanual and follow all instructions
for use, maintenance and assembly. Do not use the mobile
phone for purposes other than those for which it was
designed.
• Not following the rules set forth in this user'smanual or
inappropriate use will void the warranty and may result in
injuries or damage to property.
In this case, the manufacturer takes no responsibility for
any damages whatsoever.
• It is forbidden to use mobile phones in certain places. In
the event that mobile phone use is forbidden, turn off the
phone according to the instructions in the user'smanual.
The usual locations where the use of mobile phones is
forbidden include: Planes, petrol stations, areas where
blasting works are being performed, etc. The operation

example, pacemakers, hearing aids and other medical
electronic equipment.
• Turn off the device when in the vicinity of fuel, chemical
substances or explosives. Keep the device out of
children'sreach.
• Adhere to local regulations governing the use of mobile
phones when driving vehicles; as the driver, your primary
responsibility is for the given vehicle. If your smartphone
has ahands-free function, use it. Under unfavourable traffic
conditions, stop the vehicle prior to dialling or picking up
acall.
• If the phone supports the “Flight mode” function, please
set it to the “Flight mode” prior to boarding aplane. If
the phone does not support this mode, then turn it off
prior to boarding aplane because the phone may cause
interference to the plane'selectronic equipment. Please
follow the instructions provided onboard the plane.
• Use primarily original accessories with the phone, as the
use of anon-original battery or charger subjects you to the
risk of losing the right to awarranty repair, risk of damage
to the phone and risk of injury to the user.
• Modifying or changing the features of the phone or
tampering with the device is strictly prohibited. Modifying
the device may lead to serious malfunctions and damages
to property, potentially it may also cause injury to the
user. Amodification is considered to also be changes to
the operating system software, unless approved by the
manufacturer.

• Do not connect the battery charger to your phone before
the battery is installed. Do not short circuit the battery.
• Charge the battery of the smartphone in awell ventilated
and cool area and at sufficient distance from flammable
and explosive materials.
• To prevent demagnetization, keep your smartphone away
from magnetic materials such as discs, credit cards, etc.
• Mobile phones are sensitive to external interference, which
may seriously affect their function; in certain environments
it is not possible to use the mobile phone.
• Neither the mobile phone nor the charger are toys; their
use by children presents the risk of small parts being
swallowed. The charger and its connection to the mains
power grid are very risky for small children; this form of use
is forbidden for children.
• Do not unplug the charger by pulling on the power cord –
there is arisk of damaging the power cord/socket and/or
charger. Disconnect the charger from the power socket by
pulling the body of the charger.
• In the event that the front glass of the phone is damaged,
be careful as there is arisk of sharp glass parts, which
could result in an injury. Do not use phones damaged in
this way, and seek professional repair.
• High volume of the mobile phone may
damage hearing with prolonged use, be
careful when setting the volume level.
Listening to loud music by means of the
phone may have serious consequences,
be careful when setting the volume level while listening to
music.

• Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaning agents, benzine,
solvents or similar products. Use alightly dampened cloth
for cleaning.
• Do not use the device in the vicinity of water, e.g. in the
bath, shower or pool. Submerging the device may lead
to injury by electrical shock. Do not place the device into
acontainer filled with water, e.g. avase.
• Place the device on astable surface. If your device falls, it
can be damaged or injury may result.
• Do not cover the openings on the device. They are used for
ventilation and overheating protection.
• Place the device in locations where nobody can step on it.
• Do not place any objects into the openings of the device.
This presents arisk of fire or injury by electrical shock.
Never permit the device to be sprayed with aliquid.
• To reduce the risk of injury by electrical shock, do not
disassemble the device. In the event that servicing or
repairs of the device are necessary, take it to an authorised
service centre or to aqualified technician. When it is
opened or when the cover is being removed, places with
dangerous voltage or other risks may be exposed.
In the event of incorrect reassembly, an injury by electrical
shock may ensue upon subsequent use.
• Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, e.g. in
the vicinity of ahot heater or wood stove or in ahot car.
• Do not place the device on burning objects, such as
candles or cigarettes.
• Do not use the device to report gas leaks when in their
vicinity.

• This phone takes photographs, records videos and audio;
follow all respective laws and regulations relating to the
use of these functions. Under certain conditions, taking
photographs, recording videos or audio without permission
may violate laws and regulations in force.
• When using the network functions, please, do not
download files containing viruses, do not install any
damaged photographs or dial tones. If downloaded files
result in abnormal behaviour of the phone, our company
takes no responsibility whatsoever for the given fault.
• Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations,

Supplement to the LCD
screen'suser'smanual
Measures to take when astatic image is displayed; red/blue/
green pixels on the screen
Astatic image can permanently damage the display part of the
LCD screen.
• Do not leave astatic image
on an LCD screen for longer
than 2hours because this may
damage the screen. This type
of damage is known as "screen
burn-in".
Damage to the screen resulting from the above mentioned
causes is not covered by the warranty!
Red/blue/green/black pixels may appear on the screen
• This is acharacteristic feature of liquid crystal displays
and does not represent aproblem. LCD screens are
manufactured using avery precise technology in order
to achieve avery fine picture resolution. From time to
time several inactive pixels may appear on the screen as
apermanently red, blue, green or black pixel (up to 0.001%
of the total number of pixels on the screen). This does not
affect the features and performance of your device.

3.2. Inserting the SIM and Memory Cards
Before using your phone for the first time, it is necessary to
insert the SIM card.
Your network operator will provide the SIM card.
If you buy the services in amobile network, you will obtain
the SIM card along with the details such as your PIN code
and optional services available.

CAUTION:
Avoid bending the SIM card and protect it from
scratching. Do not expose the SIM card to static
electricity, water and pollution. When inserting and
removing the SIM cards as well as the memory
card, take utmost care to avoid damage to the
slots and the phone’smotherboard.
WARNING
Disconnect the charger, turn the phone off, and
remove the battery before handling the cards (SIM,
memory card).
Use your fingernail or ablunt object to lift the back cover in
the cut-out on the bottom left of the back of the phone. Then
gradually release it around the perimeter.
Lift the battery with your fingernail or ablunt object on top of
the battery.

Insert the SIM cards in the appropriate slots under the battery
with contacts facing down so that the SIM cards contacts
touch the integrated phone SIM contacts. Insert SIM 1 card
into the bottom right slot with the bevelled corner located
in the top left corner of the slot, and insert SIM 2 card into
the top left SIM slot with the bevelled corner located in the
bottom right corner of the slot.

Place the Memory card in the bottom left slot with contacts
downwards toward the body of the telephone. The edge of
the memory card with the notches will face the centre of the
phone.
CAUTION:
If the memory card does not work, please check if
it is correctly inserted and the contacts are good.
The maximum size of the supported memory cards
is 16 GB.
When inserting the battery into the phone, first connect the
battery contacts to the contacts located on the phone (at the
bottom) and then gently push the battery into the battery
compartment.
To replace the back cover, attach it to the phone body so
that the cover locks gently fit into the phone locks. Then
gently push the phone cover around the perimeter of the
phone body. Finally, check visually that the cover is properly

attached to the body of the phone at all points around the
perimeter, or press it repeatedly.
3.3. Phone On/Off
To turn the phone on, hold down the call end button. To turn
the phone off, hold down the call end button in the standby
mode.
3.4. Charging the Battery
For charging, use the original charging adapter with USB-C
cable. Connect it to the mains supply ~ 230 V, 50 Hz.
Connect cable to the phone or the original charging cradle.
Insert the phone into the charging cradle so that the charging
contacts of the phone and the stand touch.
During charging, the battery icon in the upper right corner of
the phone display starts to move. When the battery icon stops
moving, the charging is finished. If acharging stand is used,
the charging process of the phone is indicated by aLED on
the charging cradle. Agreen indication shows that the phone
is fully charged.
ATTENTION:
Keep the charging contacts of the phone clean.
This will prevent oxidation and dirt from covering
the charging contacts. The charging contacts in
the cradle are fine and touch-sensitive. To prevent
damage to the charging contacts, do not touch the
charging contacts with your hands or other objects.

3.5. Security Password
• PIN
The PIN code is designed to prevent illegal usage of your
SIM card. The PIN code is usually attached to your SIM
card. If you enter awrong PIN three times consecutively, you
can unlock it by entering the PUK. For more details, please
contact your mobile operator.
• PIN2
You need to enter the PIN2 code to access certain features
(e.g. call charging); if you enter the wrong PIN2 code three
times in arow, you can unlock it by entering PUK2.
For more details, please contact your mobile operator.
• PUK
When removing the locked PIN code, you must enter the
PUK. The PUK code is attached to your SIM card. If it is not
available, please contact your network operator. If you enter
awrong PUK ten times consecutively, you will no longer he
able to use your SIM card.
Contact your network operator to purchase anew card. The
PUK cannot be changed. If you lose the code, contact your
network operator.
• PUK2
When removing the locked PIN2 code, you must enter the
PUK2. If you enter awrong PUK2 ten times consecutively,
you will no longer be able to use the functions that require
entering the PIN2. Contact your network operator to purchase
anew card. The PUK2 cannot be changed. If you lose the
code, contact your network operator.

4. Quick Calling Operation Guide
If English is the default language after initial turning the phone
on, please navigate through the phone Menu items as follows:
Menu/ Settings/ Phone settings/ Display language and select
the desired language from the menu.
4.1. Making aCall
In standby, press the numeric keys to enter the number you
wish to dial. When the number in entered, press the dial
number to make acall. If you want to make an international
call, add an area prefix before the number.
4.2. Receiving aCall
When there is an incoming call, the phone will notify you
accordingly (vibrate, ring, etc.); if this feature is supported by
your phone network, the caller'sname and phone number will
appear on the phone display. Press the dial key to answer an
incoming call.
4.3. Changing Volume During the Call
While the call is in progress, you can control the speaker
volume by using the up arrow (to increase the volume) and
the down arrow (to decrease the volume). During acall, you
can press the SOS button on your phone to confirm the
"SpeakOn” option to turn on the loudspeaker or "SpeakOff”
to turn it off.
4.4. End/Reject Call
After completion of the ongoing call end the call by pressing
the end call button.
