1. Use of the product
1.1 Safe use
• Read this user manual carefully before using the product. Always check the device before use, if you
noticesomedamagedparts,ifthebatteryislow,thetiresarewornorifyoundotheranomalies,do
not use it.
Contact your local sales point/reseller for any repair or assistance.
• Read the instructions carefully, important safety information such as the speed limit and the warning
light and turn-off light.
• Drive the device safely and do not cause harm to others.
• Do not modify and disassemble the product: it may cause malfunction, serious damage or accidents to
yourself and to others.
1.2 Weight limit
Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight for the safety of the driver
Maximum load: 100 kg.
Minimum load: 20 kg.
1.3 Storage and Disposal
• Protect the product from rain or snow. Do not keep the product in places that are too high.
• Correct disposal of the product:
The product must not be disposed of as normal household waste. To prevent possible negative
consequences to the environment or human health caused by inappropriate disposal, ensure that the
product is disposed of correctly. For more information on disposal, contact your local municipality or the
point of sale where it was purchased.

1.4 Mileage: Many factors inuence the distance that the device can go.

1.5 Speed limit
Full speed: 12km/h
If the actual speed exceeds the maximum speed, you will hear a warning sound and the product will slow down.
At normal speed, the driver can easily control the balance. Excessive speed can lead to falling.

2. Learn to ride the hoverboard
Read the user manual carefully to fully understand how the product works, in order to use it in total safety.
2.1 Stages of use
• Stage 1. Turn on the device, press the power key for about 3 seconds until the green light turns on.
• Stage 2. Place one foot on the platform while keeping the other on the ground, with the operation light
on;thebalancingsystemstartsautomaticallyandndsbalance,soyoucanputtheotherfooton.The
systemwillnditsbalancewhenbothfeetareontheplatform.
• Stage 3. After correct balancing, the product will remain stationary. Lean slightly forward and backward
to move forward and slow down.
• Step 4: Check the direction.
•Step5:Gettingofftheproduct:stopandkeepthedevicestable,rstremoveonefootplacingitbehind
(not in front) and then the other
If the platform of the device is not balanced, you will hear a beep and the
alarm light will light up before the system enters automatic balancing
state.

Do not abruptly change direction at high speed.

2.2 Device protection function
While driving, if any irregularities occur, the system will warn the driver in several ways. The alarm light
will light up, you will hear an intermittent sound
Possible errors:
• When climbing on the device, pay attention: the platform can tilt by more than 10 degrees, in case of
error the system
it is not balanced
• Battery voltage is too low. Recharge the battery
• While driving if the product is picked up
• Excessive speed
• Low battery
• Fast forward and backward for more than 30 seconds
• Excessive tilt beyond 35 degrees
• Battery voltage too low, the product will turn off in 15 seconds.
When the device is turned off, the system will lock automatically. It can
be unlocked by pressing the lock button. When the battery runs out or the
system enters protection mode.

battery may cause damage to the battery.

2.3 Driving practice of the device
Before using the device on the road, for your safety, ensure you know how to drive:
• Practice in large spaces, so that you can easily get on and off the device, go back
and forth, turn and stop
•Makesurethegroundisatandnotrough
• Practice on different terrains, slow down on unfamiliar terrain
•Thedeviceisdesignedforsmoothandatground
• If you are not skilled enough, do not drive the device in places that are too crowded

3. Safety instructions while driving
When learning how to use the device, keep safety precautions close at hand, wear a helmet, knee pads,
elbow pads, etc.
• The device is intended for personal entertainment only, it is forbidden to use it as a means of
public transport.
• Do not use near cars
• Children (at least 10 years of age) should be supervised by adults when using the hoverboard.
People suffering from heart disease, hypertension, memory loss should not use the product.
Pregnant women and the disabled cannot drive the device.
• Do not drive while intoxicated and do not carry goods.
• Pay attention to near and far obstacles, it is important to have a good view while driving.
• Relax your feet, keep your knees slightly bent to maintain balance when crossing uneven ground.
• When in motion, ensure your feet are always on the footplate.
• Wear sports clothing, in order to better manage emergency situations.
• The device can only be used by one person, it cannot be driven by two people at the same time.
• The total load, which includes the weight of the driver and the things carried, should not exceed the
maximum load indicated, otherwise you could lose control and fall while driving. On the other side,
the weight should also not be less than the minimum weight indicated, otherwise the driver could
lose control, especially when travelling downhill where it is not easy to slow down and stop.
• Maintain a moderate speed to ensure the safety of both the driver and others; if necessary,
slow down and stop.
• When driving together with other drivers, keep a certain distance between each one to avoid collisions.
• Keep in mind that you are about 10cm taller on the device, so as to avoid blows to the head when you
pass through doors or other obstacles in height.
• Maintain balance to prevent falls.
• Do not get distracted while driving: do not answer the phone, do not listen to music and do not practice
any other activity.
• Do not drive on slippery or wet roads, do not drive long distances in reverse. Driving at excessive speed
is forbidden and dangerous.
• This device is for personal recreation only.
• Do not drive in low light or in the dark.
• Do not drive on slippery, snowy, icy or wet roads.

• Drive in suitable conditions.
• Do not accelerate or brake sharply.
• Avoid driving on slopes that are too steep.
•Donotusethedeviceinhazardousenvironments,includingplaceswithammablegases,steam,
liquids,dustorothersubstancesthatcancausereorexplosion.

4. Battery Charging and Maintenance
This paragraph mainly describes the charging mode, how to preserve the battery, the attentions to pay to
safetyandbatteryspecications.
For the safety of the driver and others, for maximum battery life, and to improve battery performance, be
sure to charge and store the battery according to the following guidelines.
4.1 Low battery
The red power light shows that the battery is low and prompts you to stop. When the battery is almost
at,thereisnotenoughenergyfornormaldriving,theplatformrisesautomaticallyandprevents
from continuing to use the device. If you insist on driving at this point, it is easy to fall, get hurt and
compromise battery life.
• If any of the following occurs, do not use the product.
1. It shows am abnormal odour or high heat.
2. Leakage of any substance.
• Only authorised repairers can disassemble the battery and provide assistance.
Do not do this unless you are a professional.
• Do not touch the battery, it may release substances. .
• Keep the battery out of the reach of children and pets, take out the charger before installing the
battery or driving. It is dangerous to drive or use the device when it is charging.
• The batteries contain harmful substances, do not open the battery and do not insert any material inside it.
• Use the original charger only. A different charger could damage the device or cause damage.
• Dispose of the battery according to the laws of your country of residence.
4.2 Charging phases
• Ensure the charging connector is dry.
• Insert the charger plug into the socket (100 - 240V; 50-60 Hz), check that the
green charger light is on, then connect to the device.
• When the red light turns on, it means that the normal charging process is in progress,
if it does not turn on, check that the connector is inserted correctly.
• When the red light turns green, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the plug from
the switch and then from the device connector. Excessive charging will adversely affect battery life.

• Use the local standard plug.
• Charge and store the battery following these rules, otherwise it could be damaged.
• The standard charging time is approximately 3 hours, overcharging will have a negative effect
on the life of the battery.
• Charge the battery in clean and dry conditions.
• Do not charge the battery if the charging connector is wet.
4.3 Temperature too high or too low
Ifyouwantusethedeviceatitsmaximumefciency,thebatterytemperaturemustbewithinthe
reported temperature range. The temperature should be within the recommended temperature before
and during the charging process.
If the temperature is too low or too high, the charging time will be longer or the battery will not charge fully.

4.4 Battery shipment
A lithium battery can be dangerous, you need to check the legislation of your country of residence before
shipping it.

1. Uso del prodotto
1.1 Utilizzo in sicurezza
• Leggere attentamente questo manuale d’uso prima di utilizzare il prodotto. Controllare sempre il
dispositivo prima dell’uso, se si notano alcune parti danneggiate, se la batteria è bassa , i pneumatici
sono usurati o altre anomalie non utilizzare il dispositivo.
Contattare il punto vendita / rivenditore locale per una eventuale riparazione o assistenza.
• Leggere attentamente le istruzioni, le informazioni importanti sulla sicurezza come il limite di velocità la
spia luminosa di avvertimento e spegnimento.
• Guidare il dispositivo in sicurezza e non causare danni agli altri.
•Nonmodicareesmontareilprodottopotrebbecausareproblemialfunzionamento,gravidannio
incidenti a se stessi e agli altri.

1.5 Limite di velocità
Velocitàmassima:12km/h
Se la velocità reale supera la velocità massima, si sentirà un suono di avviso e il prodotto rallenterà.
Ad una velocità normale il conducente può controllare facilmente l’equilibrio una velocità eccessiva può
portare a cadere.
Farsi aiutare o consigliare da una persona esperta quando si utilizza il
prodotto per la prima volta per non causare danni a se stessi o agli altri.

2. Imparare a guidare l’hoverboard
Leggere attentamente i termini del manuale d’uso per capire a pieno il funzionamento del prodotto in
modo da utilizzarlo in totale sicurezza.
2.1 Fasi di utilizzo
•Fase1.Accendereildispositivo,premereiltastodiaccensionepercirca3secondinoaquandononsi
accende la luce verde.
• Fase 2. Appoggiare un piede sulla pedana mantenendo l’altro a terra, con la spia di funzionamento
accesa, il sistema di bilanciamento si avvia automaticamente e trova l’equilibrio, quindi è possibile
appoggiare l’altro piede. Il sistema troverà l’equilibrio quando entrambi i piedi sono sulla pedana.
• Fase 3. Dopo il corretto bilanciamento il prodotto rimarrà fermo. Inclinarsi leggermente in avanti e
indietro per andare avanti e rallentare.
•Fase4:Controllareladirezione.
•Fase5:Scenderedalprodotto:fermarsiemantenerel’apparecchiostabile,togliereprimaunpiede
dietro (non di fronte) e poi l’altro.
Se la pedana del dispositivo non è bilanciata, si sentirà il bip si accenderà
la spia di allarme prima che il sistema entri nello stato di bilanciamento
automatico.
