Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the SLYK® Pillow Stand. This is a unique, patent-pending product that will transform how you
use your smart devices hands-free.
By being attached firmly via the adjustable belt to household cushions or pillows, the Pillow Stand will enable use of your
devices anywhere around your home, whilst you are at your leisure. It has been designed and perfected to be practical,
easy to use and hold your devices securely. The pillow/cushion is not included, to allow you to use your own.
The Pillow Stand works best on a 45cm x 45cm cushion/pillow, that is firm enough not to deform when the strap is
tightened, so select one that is appropriately sized.
The SLYK® Pillow Stand has been designed to work best with Apple iPhones and iPads but can be used with any other
smartphone or tablet with a single centralised button.
Use Note 1: Some of our customers like to remove the belt and use the Pillow Stand as a desk or table stand. This works
perfectly but please note that if the belt is removed, it will not easily be repositioned and so this removal should be seen as
a permanent change to the product not a temporary repurposing.
Use Note 2: If your device has a thin case you can insert this most easily into the pillow stand by dropping the face of the
device towards you, placing the front of the base of the device on top of the Pillow Stand’s ‘jaws’ and then gently levering
the device into the jaws, by standing the device upward whilst gently pushing it down, until it is resting against the raised
back jaw and comfortably and securely held.
Assembly
The Pillow stand comes fully assembled and attaches easily to a suitable cushion/pillow, as illustrated below.
The Pillow Stand works best on a 45cm x 45cm cushion/pillow, that is firm enough not to
deform when the strap is tightened, so select one that is appropriately sized.
Undo the strap.
Place the strap around the selected cushion/pillow.
Secure with the hook and loop strap by gently pressing the two surfaces together.
Reverse the cushion/pillow and adjust to a central position.
Put your device securely in the stand.
Care of your product
The silicone cover on the Pillow Stand is a supple material so it needs to be handled with care. It can attract dust and
other small particles and should only be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth, free of cleaning products.

Caution
• Do not expose this product to high or low temperatures or to prolonged direct sunlight to avoid damaging its
components
• Do not force your device into the Pillow Stand’s jaws or slide it sideways into the jaws - this may damage the silicone.
• Do not immerse in water
• This product is not suitable for children under three years of age
• This product is not a toy however, if used by children under 14 years of age then they must be supervised at all times
• Do not use abrasive or bleach-based products when cleaning the pillow stand
• Do not use on rough surfaces, it may damage the silicone cover
• Do not put sharp objects near the silicone cover as they may cause damage
• Exercise care when carrying the pillow stand when it is attached to a pillow and is holding a device
• If the pillow is tilted, the device may become separated from the Pillow Stand. Position and hold the pillow at all times
so that the device remains upright or your device may slip from the jaws, fall and be damaged in the process.
Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from SLYK (the “physical goods”) and covers defects in
material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period SLYK will repair or replace at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective
because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, using new or refurbished
replacement parts.
The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from SLYK is 30 days. A replacement of the physical goods, or part
thereof, assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical goods of 30 days from the date of replacement or
repair.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused from natural disasters, user negligence, unauthorised
modifications of the product, or theft of a product and/or loss of the product.
Returns and Refunds
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packing and accompanied
by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item (in this connection please see our Limited
Warranty which appears on our slyk.co.uk). If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or the
original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the amount of days within your card issuer’s policy.
This product is capable of being recycled, it does not guarantee that the material will be accepted by your local recycling
centre or collection service. It does not signify that the product is made from recycled materials.
