Caution before use
■Check your supply gas.
ㆍThe type of gas is stated on the side of
product. If you use different kind of gas, it
might cause an accident or breakdown.

Operation Procedures
▶How to Set Heating Temperature
Activate the heating function by
pressing Heating+Bath button.
Heating+ Hot Water
button flickers when the
boiler starts working.
Combustion lamp is on
when the boiler is
ignited.
Press Heating+Hot Water
button for 3 seconds. When
‘Heating Temperature’ display
flickers, set the heating
temperature by pressing the
Up or Down button. (Press
Heating+Hot Water button
again or wait for 5 seconds,
and the heating temperature
is automatically set.)
▶To change the setting, press Going Out button and Heating Interval Setting button at the same time
with Heating+Hot Water button off. For floor heating, the control panel shows Heating+Hot Water
button on. For indoor heating, the control panel shows Heating+Hot Water button and Present Room
Temperature.
▶How to set room temperature: Press Heating+HotWater button for 3 seconds. When “Room
Temperature” flickers, set the room temperature using the Up or Down buttons. (Press Heating+Hot
Water button again or wait for 5 seconds, and the heating temperature is automatically set.)

▶What is Operation for Going Out?
Warm the rooms by operating the boiler at the minimum level when no one is at home.
To cancel Operation for Going Out, press the Going Out button again or Heating button.
Press the Heating button to turn
heating on.
Press the Heating Interval Setting
button.
For <Room Heating>
For <Floor Heating>
Press the Heating Interval Setting button for 3 seconds. When the
Heating Interval display flickers, select the heating interval you want.
▶Set the heating interval using Up or Down button.
▶Press the Heating Interval Setting button. Or wait for 5 seconds, and
the Heating Interval is automatically set.
▶What is Heating Interval?
When the heating interval is set to 20 minutes, the boiler works for 20 minutes and stops for 40
minutes. The boiler repeats heating and stopping at that interval. (The operation cycle is based on one
hour)

Even when the Bath button on the remote controller is on, the boiler doesn’t work to supply hot
water if hot water is not used.
Turn the Bath
function on by
pressing the Bath
button.
Press the Bath button for 3
seconds. When ‘Temperature’
display flickers, set the hot water
temperature by pressing the Up or
Down buttons. (Press the Bath
button again. Or press the Bath
button for 5 seconds, and the hot
water temperature is
automatically set.)
Turn the hot water tap, and the Bath display on the remote
controller flickers. Then the boiler is ignited and hot water is
supplied after a while.
Press the Hot Water Temperature Setting button to set the temperature
30°C ☞60°C (Setting by the unit of 1°C)
▶When the Heating display is on, heating and bath function are activated.
▶If only Bath button is on, heating doesn’t work.
Warning!
If you increase the hot water temperature while using hot water, you may be
burned. Be careful when using hot water.

Cleaning and maintenance
■Do not use rough brush, brightener or thinner etc.

Instruction of installation
Caution
To person who installs.
ㆍInstallation must be done by authorized professionals. If not, you will be punished by the relative
law.
ㆍRead this manual carefully before installing.
(When installation is not consistent with this manual, we are not responsible any damages)
ㆍIf air supply or exhaust gas pipe is not correctly connected, user can suffer from gas poisoning
due to gas leakage. And also product life span would shorten.
ㆍWe are not responsible for any product failure caused by deposits of foreign materials in pipe
such as anti freezing liquid or deposits accumulated by using underground water.
To prevent of this situation, clean pipe completely.
ㆍOnce installation is completed, return this manual to user.
Before the installation
ㆍCheck up the type of supply gas and electricity. Please install according to product
specification.
Safety valve operation & Drain
method
-The water drained automatically through the drain pipe if inner
Pressure of boiler is over 3Kgf/cm2
-In case of make drain the water inside of pipe, it must be carried out
when water temperature in the pipe is low. Otherwise it may have
burn on body due to hot temperature water.
-Once you make the half turn of safety valve cap which is any
direction, it should have attention for drained water not to move
to other area.

Instruction of installation
Location
■Please, Install the boiler in the exclusive place. (Forced Exhaust type FE)
ㆍThe exclusive place where is keep with air supply and exhaust should be install.
Forced draught balanced flue type (FF type) should be install exclusive place only except
following case①and②
①Screw type and flange type (Connection between water heater and ventilating shaft);
ventilating shaft should not separated from water heater.
②A ventilating opening should be connected to outside air and its size has to attain certain space.
Ventilating opening size to floor area should be in a ratio of 300㎤to 1㎡
If you attach a wire net in ventilating opening, minus the wire net size.
■Do not install at outdoors
ㆍBoiler is for indoor use, if it is for outdoors, keep a
protection of products, especially enforce to keeping a pipe
warm prevent from winter snowing.
■Do not install the place is sealed
ㆍDo not installation the place is sealed, bathroom, it could be
choked with lack of oxygen because of bad ventilation
■Do not install near the heat appliance.
ㆍTake a distance 1,000mm over the other heat appliance,
Avoid the hot air.
ㆍTake a distance 300mm over the power outlet.
■Caution of combustible materials
ㆍDo not put any combustiable material, near by boiler.
(gasoline, thinner, sulfer, match. etc)
■Installation to the inflammable wall.
ㆍTake a distance of 45mm if there is inflammable wall.(both side)
ㆍWhen you install on a combustible wall, insert non-metallic
insulation panel which thickness is at least 3mm and keep at
least 150mm away from the wall on the left, right and above.
■Ensure the distance for repairing & maintenance
ㆍKeep away boiler from the front wall more than 600mm in
order to for repairing or maintenance.
■Installation on wall
ㆍIt is prefer to hard concrete wall. If it was installed on brick or
weak concrete wall, It would be reason for noisy when boiler using.
ㆍThe strength of wall on which boiler is installed should
be enough to support about 16~20kg weight. Otherwise,
reinforcement work is required.
ㆍTighten 4fixing screw (Anchor bolt) into each 2 long holes on
upper and lower parts of the product; Take a vertical installation
to endure the weight of product.

Electric wiring
For this product, AC220V power source is necessary
Electric wiring Caution for electric wiring work, inquire a professional electrical company
must be grounded
ㆍGrounding
ㆍIt should be install grounding work to prevent from an electric shock
and short circuit by leakage an electric current boiler
ㆍConnecting grounding wire with metal piece and bury it in
humid underground. (30cm)
Connection ground with metal water pipe is also fine.
Ground wire diameter should be more than 1.15㎟. Ground
ㆍIf you use power outlet where ground terminal is built-in, terminal
additional grounding is unnecessary.(see figure right)
ㆍIn 110V area, if you want to increase voltage to 220V,
grounding must be done. In this case, allowed transmitter
capacity is 1kW/h more. Gas pipe Telephone
Line
1.The material of gas joint between gas heater and gas piping should use for the approval of good
qualifications. (standard certified )
2.Connect with pipe diameter of 15A(PT1/2 ) to RW-14, RW-18 Model.
Connect with pipe diameter of 20A(PT1/2 ) to RW-24 Models.
3.Finishing the connection, Must be check the gas leaking test.
4.The supply intermediate gas valve Installed the near the product with easy to open and close.
5.Before the connecting the joint, Teflon coating must be wrapped a screw thread.
For gas pipe work, contact a gas pipe work provider.
