The new compact Wi-Fi Phone for Skype is perfect for users who
need mobility and cost effective voice calls over the Internet.
The WSKP100 is intended to help users make Skype calls at
home, work or campus without the hassle of having to turn on
your computer.
The WSKP100 is based on the 802.11b/g Standard so it is com-
patible with almost all standard Wi-Fi access points or wireless
routers on the market. In addition, the WSKP100 has a 1.8” CSTN
LCD with 65K colors and supports the latest encryption standards
to protect your calls and increase privacy.
With SMC’s WSKP100 users can have access to both PSTN and
Skype networks as long as users have a Skype account with the
relevant services. Once configured, users will not have to
remember the SSID or security of each AP as the WSKP100 can
store this information and will connect automatically to the closest
of your preferred wireless networks at startup.
With the WSKP100 you can enjoy the benefit of free calls within
the Skype network, and regular cost effective calls using Skype’s
paid services such as SkypeIn and SkypeOut. Convenience is
enhanced with the WSKP100’s interface for making any configuration
changes both quick and easy.

through Skype’s user base, voice mail, and even Skype In/Out
services without turning on the PC.

tizing voice traffic to have higher priority than data packets.
The WSKP100 supports Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP). With
WEP the WSKP100 is designed to provide the same level of
security as that of a wired LAN.
