Sciacquare, asciugare ed oliare
leggermente la bistecchiera.
POSIZIONAMENTO
Questa piastra va inserita sul piano
cottura al posto della griglia di destra
(pescera + ausiliario).
Togliere prima la piastra barbecue e
successivamente la griglia pescera.
(fig.1).
Riposizionare la piastra barbecue e poi
la bistecchiera sui bruciatori di destra
(pescera + ausiliario).
Posizionare la bistecchiera come
mostratoinfigura2(conlemaniglie
rivolte verso la parte frontale
dell’apparecchio) e far appoggiare i
piedini sul fondo del piano cottura in
modo da scongiurare eventuali pericoli di
ribaltamento. (Fig. 3)
IMPIEGO
Potete usare la bistecchiera per cuocere
alla griglia aalla piastra.
Per ottimizzare l’uniformità di cottura
utilizzare la bistecchiera con entrambi i
bruciatori accesi.
Attendere qualche minuto dopo
l’accensione dei bruciatori prima di
iniziare la cottura.
PULIZIA DOPO OGNI UTILIZZO
La bistecchiera può essere pulita con
maggiore facilità quando è ancora
tiepida. Non immergerla in acqua
subito dopo l'uso, attendere che si
raffreddi.
Toglierla dal piano di cottura e procedere
alla sua pulizia mediante una spazzola
per piastre in ghisa, acqua calda e un
normale detergente da cucina.
USEFORTHEFIRSTTIME
Rinse, dry and lightly oil the griddle.
POSITION
This griddle is for use as an alternative
for the normal pan stands positioned on
the right hand side of the cooker above
the fish burner.
Lift off the teflon coated plate before
removing the pan stand on the fish
burner (Fig. 1) and replace it before
ensuring that the ribbed griddle is placed
firmly in position above the fish burner
and that the surface is completely level
(Fig. 2/3)
USE
The griddle can be used to grill or
gratinate food, or as a barbecue.
The griddle works best with both burners
switched on.
Allow a few minutes for the griddle plate
to worm up before starting cooking.
CLEANING AFTER USE
It is easier to clean the griddle when it is
still warm. Do not place in water
immediately after use, but wait until it
cools down a little.
Remove from the cooker and clean using
a brush for cast iron pans, hot water and
normal washing up detergent.
Any stubborn marks or food residues can
be removed more easily if the griddle is
left to soak for a while. Dry carefully.
