•This camera has two modes for
monitoring sut_iects: the LCD monitor
mode using the LID monitor, and the
viewfinder mode using tile viewfinder.
• Tile recorded hnage may be difl\.rent
from the image you monitored before
recording.

• You may IL.el uncomlkmable symptoms
such as eyestrain, nausea, or a tired
feeling while watching 3Dqmages
recorded with the camera on 3D-
compatible monitors. When you watch
3D-images. we recommend that you take
a break at regular time intervals. Since
tile need %r or frequency of break times
varies among individuals, please set your
own standards. If you feel sick. stop
watching 3D-images. and consult a
doctor as needed. Also. rcl\.r to tile
operating instructions of tile connected
device or the software used with tile
camera. A child's vision is always
vtdnerable (especially %r children under
six year_ of age). Be%m allowing them
to watch 3D-images, please consult with
an expert, such as a pediatric or
ophthahnic doctor. Be sure to make sure
your children follow tile precautions
above.
Nocompensationforcontentsofthe
recording
Tile contents of tile _cording cannot be
compensated for if recording or playback is
not possible due to a malflmction of your
calnera or a inelnory card. etc.
Backuprecommendation
To avoid the potential risk of dam loss,
always copy (back up) data to other
medium.
Notesonthe LCDmonitor,electronic
viewfinder,lens,andimagesensor
• The LCD monitor and electronic
viewfinder are manufactured using
extremely high-precision technology so
over 99.99% of tile pixels are operational
%r ef%ctive use. However. there may be
some tiny black points and/or bright
points (white. red, blue or green in color)
that constantly appear on the LID
monitor and electronic viewfinder. These
points are normal in the manufacturing
process and do not affect the images in
any way.
• When you change your %cus on the
viewfinder, rod, green, or blue flickers
may appear on the screen. This is not a
malfunction. These flickers are not
recorded on the image.
• Do not expose the camera to sunlight or
shoot sunward %r a long time. The
internal mechanism may be damaged. If
sunlight is %cused on a nearby ot_iect, it
may cause a fire.
• Images may trail across on tile screen in a
cold location. This is not a malflmction.
When turning on the camera in a cold
location, the screen may become
temporarily dark. When the camera
warms up, tile screen will flmction
normally.
Noteonusingthe lensesand
accessories
It is recommended that you use Sony
lenses/accessories _"designed to suit the
characteristics of this camera. Using tile
prod ucts of other inanufacturcrs may cause
tile camera not to operate to its capability,
or result in accidents and malfunctions of
tile camera.
