inspection. If your packing materials are in good condition, please keep them. If you ever need to return
the unit to Sovico Professional or an authorized service center, you should use only the original factory packing.

of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instruction in the literature accompanying the
products.

5. Do not use this apparatus near water.
6. Clean only with dry cloth.
7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including
amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one
wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third
prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for
replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the
point where they exit from the apparatus.
11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus.
When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in
any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the
apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

■ PC INTERFACE USING THE RE-232C PORT
You can control by connecting a PC to the RS-232C port.
1. Make sure that the voltage (AC 220V or DC 24V) is correct before operating.
2. Press the power switch to turn this unit on or off.
3. Press the FUNCTION button to set the current media to CD, USB or SD CARD.
■ CD COPY
This function is used to copy music in a CD to the SD CARD or USB memory.
Using CD copy function, you can greatly save the lifetime of the CD mechanism.
TO 24-BIT■ REALIZATION OF HIGH QUALITY OF AUDIO WITH DAC CHIP RESPONDING
This player, a high quality of chip is used in DAC to convert digital signal to analog signal.
■ RESPONSE TO MP3/WMA
This player responds to CD-DA and MP3/WMA.
■ CONVENIENT FUNCTION WITH BUILT-IN MICOM
This player provides convenient function such as program play with adoption of MICOM,
random play selecting disc and music adopted by MICOM.
■ ANTI-SHOCK SYSTEM
The CD mechanism has anti-shock function so that it is quite strong against any shock.
■ RANDOM FUNCTION
The function is utilized to playback files randomly not having certain order.
■ DELETE FUNCTION
It is the function to delete unnecessary files stored in the SD CARD or USB memory.
■ BROWSE FUNCTION (SD CARD / USB FLASH DRIVE)
This unit can use SD cards and USB flash drives for playback and dubbing.
■ INTRO CHECK FUNCTION
The beginning of the each track on the CD plays for a few seconds in order.

5) Press the STOP Button to stop COPY.
-MP3 COPY les will be copied to "CDROM-001".
-CD-DA COPY les will be "CDDA-001" DP COPY.

7) After the DELETE is done, USB FINISH will appear on the display for a few seconds.

When the power is turned on, it is automatically PLAY.
“UNIT ADD 01” will appear on the display.
1) Press and hold STOP button for more than 3 seconds.
- Press the RANDOM button, "OFF".
- Press the REPEAT button, "ON".
1) Press and hold STOP button for more than 3 seconds. “UIT ADD01” will appear on the display.
2) Press the FUNCTION button in this state, “AUTO PLAY OFF” will appear on the display.

AUTO PLAY setting
Caution: In case of USB/SD CARD, it is only supported in the following to FAT16, FAT32 system formats.
This function is to set the unit's address when controlling with PC.
Unit Address setting
The unit's address is 08 in the maximum.
2) Enter the number of the unit from 01 to 08 using the buttons below.
- Press the RANDOM button, "UNIT ADD 01"
- Press the REPEAT button, "UNIT ADD 02"
