left attached to a rotating
part of the garden tool

Operating safety
This product is equipped
with a spark arrestor;
however, other user
requirements may apply.
Check with your local
authorities.
Never operate this unit on
the operator’s left side.
Secure long hair above
shoulder level to prevent
entanglement in moving
parts.
Keep all bystanders,
children,and pets at least
50 ft away Bystanders

to wear eye protection. If
you are approached, stop
the engine and cutting
attachment. In the case of
bladed units, there
is the added risk of injury
to bystanders from being
struck with the moving
blade in the event of a
blade thrust or other

balance. Do not over reach.
Over reaching can result in
loss of balance or exposure
to hot surfaces.

To avoid hot surfaces, never

bottom of the engine above
waist level.

the mufer or cylinder of the
unit, these parts get hot
from operation. Contact
with hot surfaces could

except for carburetor

Garden tool use and care

tool if the switch does
not turn it on and off.Any
garden tool that cannot
be controlled with the
switch is dangerous and

d) Store idle garden tools

The cutting attachment
should never rotate at
idle during normal use.
The cutting attachment
may rotate at idle during
carburetor adjustments.
Intended use
This product is intended
for infrequent use by
homeown-ers and other
occasional users for such
general applica-tions as
cutting light and heavy
vegetation, etc. It is not
intended for prolonged
use. Prolonged periods
of opera-tion can cause
circulatory problems in
the user’s hands due to
vibration. For such use, it
may be appropriate to use
a product having an anti-
vibration feature.

edge tted for trimming the
lament line length. Ensure

ASSEMBLE
1. Unpacking
2. Cutting blade assembly
a) Unscrew the locknut(7) from the shaft by
turning it clockwise.
b) Remove the oating disc(6) and washer(5).
c) Insert the allen key(1) through the hole in
the head assemblyand into the opening
on the mounting disc(3).
d) Holding the allen key tight so the
mounting disc does not move. Install
the blade(4), washer(5), concave to be
upwards, and the floating disc(6) as
shown in picture. Note: The pit side of
washer must be contacted with the blade.
e) Screw down the locknut(7) and tighten
it counter clockwise by holding the allen
key.
f) Remove allen key and check for freedom
of motion of the blade.
a) Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat,
stable surface.
b) Remove all packing materials and
shipping devices if applicable.
c) Make sure the delivery contents are
complete and free of any damage.
d) Ensure that you have all the accessories
and tools needed for assembly and
operation. This also includes suitable
personal protective equipment.

4. U handle assembly
a) Lay the machine horizontally then fix
the base seat with 2 screws(M5*40) as
shown in the picture.The screws are pre-
attached to the base seat.
b) Insert the right U handle into the screw.
Do not mistake-left and right.
c) Then insert the left U handle into the
screw.
d) Install the cover,and tighten the 6 screws
until the U handle is secure.
Note:It will be easier to assemble the
machine by two persons.
3. Cutting head guard assembly
a) Remove the screw from Cutting head
guard.
b) Insert the left tab into the slot on the
Cutting head guard.
c) Align the screw hole in the mounting
bracket with the screw hole into the
Cutting head guard.
d) Tighten the screw through the mounting
bracket and into the Cutting head guard
by the screw driver provided.

5. Harness assembly
ASSEMBLE
Connect the latch on the shoulder harness
to the strap hanger. Adjust the strap to a
comfortable position.

1. Add engine lubricant oil: Initial use
1) Set the unit on a at surface.
2) Remove the oil cap from the machine
3) Pour 60ml 4 stroke garden engine oil into
lubricant bottle.
4) Add lubricant oil from the bottle into the
lubricant oil tank.
5) Screw and tighten the oil cap.
WARNING:
OVERFILLING THE CRANKCASE MAY
CAUSE SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
Check the oil level before each use. The
importance of maintaining the proper oil level
cannot be overemphasized. Change the oil
according to the Maintenance Schedule.
Use 4 stroke garden engine oil. DO NOT use
dirty oil. Failure to use clean oil of the correct
type can cause premature engine wear and
failure.
2. Fueling
1) Remove the fuel tank cap by turning
counterclockwise. Rest the cap on a
clean surface.
2) Carefully pour fuel into the tank. Avoid
spillage.
3) Immediately replace fuel cap and hand
tighten by turning it clockwise.
4) Wipe up any spilled fuel.
The use of old fuel is the most common
cause of performance problems. Use only
fresh, clean unleaded gasoline.
NOTE: This unit has a 4-stroke engine. DO
NOT mix oil with petrol.
PREPARE

WARNING: Add fuel in a clean, well-
ventilated outdoor area. Wipe up any spilled
fuel immediately. Avoid creating a source
of ignition for spilled fuel. Do not start the
engine until fuel vapors dissipate.
Remove the fuel cap slowly to avoid injury
from fuel spray. Never operate the unit
without the fuel cap securely in place.
Petrol is extremely ammable. Ignited vapors
may explode. Always stop the engine and
allow it to cool before lling the fuel tank. Do
not smoke while lling the tank.
Keep sparks and open ames at a distance
from the area.
