B. Suitable natural or artificial lighting.
C.
Temperatures between + 5 ° C and + 35 ° C. Humidity between 20% and 90%.
YOYOSPRINT must not be used on slippery surfaces or / and unsuitable for its correct use
8.3 Attaching YOYOSPRINT
It is forbidden to use YOYOSPRINT unless previously fixed.
Use the fastening strap to lock YOYOSPRINT (fig. 1):
A. insert the belt in the rear anchor hole
B. insert the strap into the buckle;
C. pass the strap around the fixing point (e.g. a
pole)
D. Close the buckle by adjusting the tightening.
Make sure the fixing point is secure.
Make sure that the fixing strap does not show signs of

Before use, make sure that all parts are securely fastened and the quick links closed.
The athlete can put the belt on his feet and start the exercise.
The path must start from the point where the athlete wearing the belt puts the orange
belt remains in position, leaving the athlete's hands free.
During the exercise DO NOT grasp, touch or obstruct the cable in any way.
If the cable does not slide freely during operation, stop immediately
If
you want to interrupt the exercise or remove the belt, you must approach YOYOSPRINT and, with the cable no longer under tensi
(the connecting cord is not under tension), pull it out or let it fall (IMAGE).
It is forbidden to let go or remove the belt wh
ile the cable is under tension.

If outdoors,
unplug YOYOSPRINT from the fixing and store YOYOSPRINT in a closed and dry place.
NEVER ARRIVE AT THE END OF THE STROKE.
Never bring the cable to the limit of its extension (19

Reposition the panel when the athlete is using the YOYOSPRINT. In the return phase, the athlete must stop 2.5 meters away fro
YOYOSPRINT.
8.6 Braking ECCENTRIC PHASE (cable re-entry phase)
The athlet

DO NOT add or remove masses while the athlete is moving.
To increase the load during braking, cable retraction phase:
A. Remove the panel by inserting a finger
into each of the two holes (fig. 2)
B.
Insert the masses supplied on a close pair of threaded bars (fig. 3).
C.
Evenly distribute the masses on the flywheel. The more masses are inserted (max 6), the greater the effort will be in
the braking phase.
D. Reposition t

E.
The athlete in the return phase must stop 2.5 meters away from YOYOSPRINT.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE OR REMOVE THE BELT WHILE THE CABLE IS LIVE.
To further increase the load during braking and therefore
A. Get closer to YOYOSPRINT before braking.
B. Decrease the braking time as much as possible.
8.7 Session end
At the end of the session, the athlete approaches YOYOSPRINT and removes the belt, letting it fall when the cord is not und
tension. If outdoors, unplug YOYOSPRINT
from the fixing, and store YOYOSPRINT in a closed and dry place.
9. ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
9.1 External cleaning and verification
Dust the entire surface of the machine with a soft cloth.
Cleaning the cable
requires the intervention of two people. After fixing YOYOSPRINT with the fastening band, a person, wearing
the belt, will pull the thread walking for all 19 m, stopping at the end. The other, wearing protective gloves, will retrace
entire extension of
the wire by cleaning it with a soft cloth and checking that the wire is intact and that it does not present
abrasions.
We also recommend:
A.
check that the orange connection cord between the cable and the belt is intact and that there are no abrasions or
that the knots are tight;
B.
check that the belt is intact and that there are no abrasions, or seams,

9.2 Internal cleaning
When checking the brakes, clean the machine to remove any dust or other residues.
9.3 Checking the brakes
Periodically check the state of wear of the brakes:
A. Remove the panel by inserting a finger into each of the two holes.
B. Observe
the brakes (fig. 4), if the brakes are worn (fig. 6 the yellow / red part of fig. 5 is worn out in orange the missing part),
C. Contact YOYOSPRINT technical assistance.
