INSTALLATION
Remove module from packaging.
Power down your modular synthesizer and disconnect the power
cable from the wall outlet.
Attach the included power cable to the module’s power connector and
connect the other end to the power distribution bus in your EuroRack
synthesizer case. If you have a bi-colored ribbon cable the red stripe
should be on a same side with a bold white line on a pcb. In case if you
have a rainbow-colored ribbon cable the key is brown. Connector also
has a key which should match sikscreen on a pcb.
Position the module on the mounting rails in your EuroRack case and
screw down mounting screws. Power up! If your case does not turn on
properly then you have installed the module incorrectly. Simply power
down and make sure to follow the diagram when reconnecting the
module.

The SPUTNIK FOUR-TAP DELAY / DUAL CROSSFADER is a modular digital
delay with patch points that allow you to create a variety of time-based
effects from extreme cross-modulation to subtle, tape-like warble. The
delay features a three input mixer summed to the delay section.
Delay time is variable between approximately 0.05-.2 seconds or .5
seconds to 2 seconds in X10 mode. Delay time can be further modified by
the CV and FM inputs. The delay then outputs four taps from the different
time intervals in the delay line, which can then be used for feedback patch-
ing (like a feedback knob on a typical delay pedal) or patched into one of
the two voltage controlled crossfaders (for use in feedback patching or as
a wet/dry mix).

DUAL CROSSFADER
Two crossfaders, each with an
output mix that is continuously
variable between the two inputs.
Crossfading can be achieved via
the control knob or using CV
(0V to +5V).
ECHO / DELAY
Delay time is variable between approxi-
mately 0.05-.2 seconds (X1 mode) or .5
seconds to 2 seconds (X10 mode).
CV input (0V to +5V) to control the delay
time with attenuator knob.
FM input for AC-coupled frequency
modulation of delayed signal with
attenuator knob.

WARRANTY
This product is covered by the Sputnik Modular warranty, for one year
following the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defect in the
manufacturing of this product. This warranty does not cover any damage
or malfunction caused by incorrect use – such as, but not limited to, power
cables connected backwards, excessive voltage levels, or exposure to
extreme temperature or moisture levels.
The warranty covers replacement or repair, as decided by Sputnik Modular.
