Advantages of NANO SET:
•Min. size of the earpiece makes Nano set fully imperceptible / invisible to others..
•"NANO" earpiece "NANO" allows the use of equipment without batteries (due that
working hour of device increased significantly
•The sound could be heard only by the user.
•Built-in microphone in inductive neck loop, allows to avoid additional cables and
devices (glasses, pens)
•For special cases we have neck loops with microphone in dedicated cable with beep
pushbutton.

How to use Nano set: the cell phone connected with neck loop by Bluetooth, due to that signal
from cell is transmitted to ‘’NANO’’ earpieces in your ears. The earpieces are little neodymium
magnets which must be placed on eardrums. The earpiece produces vibration that is forwarded
to eardrums, therefore sound is available for user only.
1. TURNING ON AND OFF YOUR NANO SET
-Press the answer/end button until you see a blinking light indicator (LED) to turn on
your neck loop .
-Keep the answer/end button pressed until you see a blinking light indicator (LED) to
turn of the neck loop.
Please note that the LED light indicator turns off after 1 minute to save battery . Neckloop
is still active, and light will flash again after a tap on the answer/end button or any call activity .
To check if the neck loop is on, tap the answer/end button once –the LED light indicator l will
start blinking, if the headset is on .
2. PAIRING NANO SET WITH YOUR PHONE
Headsets are connected to phones using a procedure called ‘pairing’. By following a few
simple steps, a phone can be paired with a headset in a matter of minutes.
-Put the headset in pairing mode - When you turn on your Jabra BT2045 for the first time, the
headset will automatically start up in pairing mode –i .e . it is discoverable for your phone .
When the headset is in pairing mode the LED is constantly lit .
-Set your phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT2045 - Follow your phone’s instruction guide .
First make sure that Bluetooth® is activated on your mobile phone . Then set your phone to
discover the headset . This usually involves going to a ‘setup’, ‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth® ’
menu on your phone and selecting the option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a device .*

-Your phone will find the Jabra BT2045 - Your phone will find the headset under name
“BT2045” . Your phone then asks if you want to pair with the headset . Accept by pressing
‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros) if asked .
Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete.
Put the headset in pairing mode manually
In case of unsuccessful pairing, put the Jabra BT2045 into pairing mode manually . Make
sure the headset is off . Press and hold the answer/end button for approximately 5 seconds
until the LED has a constant light . The LED will flash before the light is constant –keep
holding down the button until light is constant . Then follow the steps 2 and 3 above .
IMPORTANT: in talk mode IPhone find the SOURCE SOUND and select the Bluetooth
headset.
3. INSERTION OF THE NANO EARPIECE INTO YOUR EAR
The most important factor is that the earpiece is put directly to the eardrum..
The insertion of Nano earpiece (flat or round) with dimensions 2mm using
insertion tube should be with the following steps:
-clean your ear canal;
-put one earpiece into the insertion tube;
-hold your head at a horizontal access in parallel to the ground
-at 90 degrees to the ground carefully insert insertion tube with earpiece to ear
-tilt your head to another shoulder;
-you need to feel the earpiece drop on eardrum, like a tiny drop of water
-check if the earpiece doesn’t fall out (keep your hand at ear in order not to loose the earpiece
while checking) - if the earpiece falls out, it means that it has not been fully inserted into the
ear - repeat insertion of earpiece.
-ATTENTION: do not try to insert earpiece with the help of insertion tube fast, make it
cautiously if you do it for the first time.
-Was it successful ? That's great! Now you can call to your supporting person.
-Please note that if you use two earpieces –one in each ear, your quality of sound will
improve significantly.

4. CALL THE SUPPORTING PERSON
If you hear quietly or do not hear at all in one of the ears, it means that the earpiece has not
been dropped into the eardrum –take out the earpiece using the extractive magnet stick and put it
on again as described in section 3.
5. EXTRACTION OF THE NANO EARPIECE FROM THE EAR
To take out the earpiece from you ear canal please use extractive magnet stick. Insert magnet stick to ear
canal until earpiece is taken out and is attached to magnet.
6. CHARGE YOUR NANO SET
Make sure that your headset is fully charged for 2 hours before you start using it . Use the AC
power supply to charge from a power socket . When the light indicator (LED) has a solid LED
light, your headset is charging . When the solid LED light turns off, it is fully charged ..
Use only the charger provided in the box - do not use chargers from any other devices as this
may damage your neck loop. Please note: The lifetime of the battery will be significantly
reduced if your device is left uncharged for a long period . We therefore recommend that you
recharge your device at least once a month .
7. TIPS:
1. Charge your phone and neck loop
2. Turn the phone to silent mode.
3. Attach the neck loop only to the neck, otherwise you won't hear clear. It's easy to hide
the neck loop under your shirt.
4. Set the identification signal with your assistant so that he understands when to start
talking.

5. For re-dial the last number, press the answer / end button twice.
Important If you suffered from any ear disorders or disease, we don’t recommend to use
NANO set not to injure yourself!
