Set-up instructions
Connect up to 8 input channels using either unbalanced(RCA) or balanced(XLR) cables.
Channels are labeled 1- 8. Set the toggle switches above each input to UNBAL
(unbalanced) or BAL (balanced) as appropriate.
Connect up to 8 speakers to the output binding posts: 1 - 8. Speaker wires can be
terminated with “banana plugs" which are inserted, or stripped insulation (unscrew
binding post cap, insert wire into hole on threaded shaft and tighten cap). Observe correct
polarity (“+” red and “-" black).
The amplifier can be turned-on automatically by your preamp/processor by connecting a
12-volt trigger wire to TRIGGER IN. You can use TRIGGER OUT to connect a “downstream”
component such as another amplifier to also be turned-on automatically .Connect the
power cord to AC INPUT and plug the other end into a 120-volt wall socket. Set the rocker
switch to ON to power-on the amplifier.
Operation
Vertical light on the front panel should be green. If it turns yellow, power-off, wait ,then
restart.
