886 motorcycle alarm system
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by incorrect or poor installation, problems which may
be caused by anomalies in the vehicles electrical system or originating
from the environment in which the system is operated;
Damage to the system caused by accident or improper use in any manner
whatsoever not the fault of the product, including but not limited to damage
by water or as a result of excess voltage applied to the system or if
misused or repaired or altered in any way other than by us or our authorized
agent. Expendable (e.g. battery) is not included.
Important note:
1. Please keep the transmitter from heavy impact.
2. When found the remote control distance become shorter or the
transmitter's light turn darker, please change the battery in time
and make sure the battery polarity is correct.
3. The alarm can only make less possibility to loose that is caused by
thief and give warning to them.
Disable the former transmitter
Press the learning button in the control box for 10 seconds to cancel the
former transmitters.
Code learning
Press the learning button in the control box for 2 seconds, the LED light
turns on for 10 seconds. Press the button in the first transmitter, then
press button in the second transmitter in 10 seconds. The two new
transmitters are ok. Only two transmitters are functional.

Thanks for your purchasing Steelmate motorcycle alarm system. Steelmate
Co., Ltd. promises the original purchaser to repair or replace with a
comparable reconditioned model, excluding without limitation the siren, the
transmitters, battery and accessories. Warranty need to meet the following
conditions: professionally installed and serviced by an authorized Steelmate
dealer, the unit is returned to Steelmate authorized dealer and with the bill of
sale within the period of 12 months following the date of purchase. This
warranty is non-transferable.

1. Arming
Press button to arm in alarm mode. When the system is triggered at
the first time, 3 beeps will be sent out with the indicators flashing. If the
system is triggered for the second time within 15 seconds, the siren will
chirp sharply with the indicator flashing for 15 seconds, the engine will
be immobilized.
Press button to enter in mute mode. When the system is triggered at
the first time, the indicators will flash for 3 times. If the system is triggered
for the second time within 15 seconds, the indicators will flash for 15
seconds, the engine will be immobilized.
2. Emergence aid
In arming mode, turn the key to ACC ON position, the siren will alarm
sharply, the indicators will flash and the engine will be immobilized. Press
to stop alarming.
3. Disarming and rearming
In arming mode, press button to disarm the system. If the motorcycle
haven't been touched or the engine does not start in 30 seconds, it is
supposed to be a wrong operation. The system will automatically return
to the former arming mode. Press button again, the indicators will flash
twice and will be disarmed completely.
4. Anti-hijacking
During driving, press button for 2 seconds, the siren will chirp sharply
with the indicators flashing, the engine will be immobilized. Press
button to stop this function.
5. Locating the car in a parking lot with sound and light
In arming mode, press button for one second, then the siren will chirp
for 10 seconds and the direction light will flash simultaneously to locate
the motorcycle.
6. Disarming mode warning
10 seconds after you left the locked motorcycle, three beeps will be sent
out with the indicators flashing to warn you to arm the system.
7. Engine stop with remote
Press once, the engine will be immobilization.
8. LED indicator (optional)
In arming mode, the LED indicator will flash continuously.
Installation instructions:
1. Drill a hole ( 8) around the lock where it can be seen easily.
2. Insert the outer bushing into the hole.
3. Insert the inner bushing with LED to the outer bushing and tighten
them up.
4. Connect the LED plug to the main unit of the alarm system.
Warranty terms:
Thank you for purchase of our motorcycle alarm system. We warrant
that any properly installed new system will be free from any failure,
breakdown, defect or deficiency occurring within the period of 12
months following the date of purchase.

Press button for 1 second to locate the motorcycle by sound & light
When engine is running, press button for 2 seconds to activate the
anti-hijacking function.
Disarming
Press button to disarm the motorcycle or stop the engine.
Mute arming
Press button to arm the motorcycle in mute mode.
