Operation Instruction
Please read operation instruction carefully before use this product.
Please use correctly after understand the instruction completely.

HT-788A is a Intelligent preset pressure LCD screen DC air pump.
It has intelligent pressure system. If preset a pressure value, the
pump will stop automaticly when the pressure reaches the preset
value.
This pump has both low pressure pump and high pressure pump
inside. When the low pressure pump inflate enough, it will turn to
high pressure pump to inflate automaticly.

IMPORTANT
※Power supply must be DC 12V. (FIG1)
※This pump has two built-in devices,
one has function of high air flow and
low-pressure, the other has function
of high-pressure and low air flow.
When the pump starts it will be on a
low-pressure pump until the pressure
is not enough, then the pump will
automatically switch over to the high pressure pump and
inflate the item to its set pressure.
※Do not allow unspecified persons to operate the pump,
unless completely use the pump under the professional
guidance and supervision.
※Don't block the inflation&deflation port, make sure to keep
ventilative all the time.
※Comply with the local waste disposal regulations, never allow
to throw away the pump randomly.
※This pump has pressure induction system. This system has
pressure error which is about 0.5 PSI up or down.

Do not stop working until reach set pressure,
otherwise, the pump can't continue to work after
stop. You have to release the air from products
first, and then rework.

WARNING
※Never use in wet condition.
※Never attempt to put any objects into inflation or deflation
port.
※ To avoid the risk of electric shock, please use and store the
pump indoor, never expose in rain.
※To avoid danger, never allow to put air ports torward face or
body when pump working.
※To ensure the pump normal working, do not keep running
continuously over 20 minutes. Otherwise, it would cause
the motor overheat and damage the pump. Please cool
down for 30 minutes after running 20 minutes.
※ Never leave the pump out of sight, keep attention the
inflation items till full. Over-full would cause the inflation
items bursting.
※Please check the cigarette lighter socket before use, make
sure it has no rust or residue inside, conductive adverse
cigarette lighter socket may cause product or power supply
overheat, then destroy the product or socket.

TO INFLATION ITEMS
1. Connect the air hose to
the inflation port.

2. Plug the nozzle into the valve of inflatable products.
3. Set a pressure value, then press
" " to inflate.

※Start the car, put the plug into cigarette lighter socket.
※Connect the air hose to the inflation port, then plug the nozzle
into the valve of inflatable products.
※Operation:
a) Connect the power supply, the LCD will light and show the
current pressure after 2 seconds. If there is no any operation
in 60 seconds, LCD will be in sleep, and then press " " to
light again.
b) Pressure setting buttons “+” and “–”. The default pressure
unit is “PSI”. Press “ ” buttons to switch between the
pressure units, and 4 units are available for selection.
c) The pressure setting range is 0-12 PSI. Keep touching on
“+” or “–” button until the number flashes on the LCD, then
press “+” or “–” button to adjust pressure. (The value will be
increased or decreased by 0.5 PSI for each press)
d) Press " " to start the low pressure pump. When the low
pressure pump inflate enough, it will turn to high pressure
pump to inflate automaticly. It will stop when reaches setting
value.
e) The LCD shows the current pressure when the pump
works. Pressing "+" or "-" will show setting value for 2
seconds.

1. Connect the air hose to
the deflation port.

up the deflation.

2. Plug the nozzle into the valve of inflatable products.

※ Start the car, put the plug into cigarette lighter socket.
※Connect the air hose to the deflation port, then plug the
nozzle into the valve of inflatable products.
※Connect power supply, turn on the power switch, then the
LCD screen will be on. Set a pressure value to speed up the
deflation.

If the pump is faulty, please read and check according to
the troubleshooting guide. If the guide can’t solve the
problems, please contact local distributors.
Problem Reason Solution
Pump without
power
The plug doesn’t
connect to the power.
Ensure the plug inserts
into cigarette lighter
completely.
LCD screen shows
pressure value＞0
The pressure will
be increased
quickly in short
time
Temperature difference
causes sensor drifting.
The airflow meets
obstacle, the air doesn’t
enter inflatable
products.
Cut off power
immediately, and take
down the nozzle to
check if it is blocked or
not, clear it then restart.
High/low pressure
switch over back
and forth
Folding or burdening
the product cause it.
The pump works too
long so that the
temperature of sensor
is too high.
Flatten the product or
reduce the burden.
Cut off power, restart
the pump when the
temperature is normal.
Set the pressure value
to operate under the
condition of pressure
value is not zero
clearing after power on.
First, cut off power and
take down air hose, then
restart the pump, keep
pressing “ ” for 6
seconds till zero clearing,
finally, set required
pressure value to operate.
Keep pressing " " for 6
seconds will be zero
clearing.

ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES.
This product will have the best performance when use
STERMAY original accessories. STERMAY won’t be
responsible for any destroy or accident if user does not
use Stermay original accessories.
Please kindly note any failures would be outside of the
range of guarantee repair if does not use original
accessories.
To make sure this product works normally, advise to use
STERMAY original accessories.

（2）Users should keep the product warranty card properly , the company
does not reissue any warranty certificates.
