• Always make sure the Pitcher is
securely in place before engaging the
motor. Do not remove pitcher before
blender has nished blending.
• Make sure dial is in the standby
position with Position Indicator
pointing towards the Power Indicator
Light, before and after each use.
Make sure the motor stops completely
before disassembling.
• Do not use the appliance if any of the
parts are damaged.
• Make sure the Lid is closed tightly
during blending to prevent liquid from
splashing out.
• Caution: Blades are sharp and can
cause injury! Handle and clean with
care. Wash using a brush or gloves.
Do not touch small cutting blades in
the base of the pitcher.
• Do not place appliance on or near a
hot gas burner, hot electric burner, or
in a heated oven.
• Never immerse the Motor Base or
power cord in water or any other liquid;
instead, wipe with a damp cloth.
• Do not operate the appliance with wet
hands or while the Pitcher is empty.
• Do not operate this appliance with an
external timer. When blending thick or
dry food for a prolonged period of time,
the temperature monitoring system
may shut down the motor to prevent
overheating. This may also occur when
the Blender is overloaded. Unplug the
Blender and place the Motor Base in a
well ventilated area allowing it to cool
down for 45 minutes. Try removing
some of the food before beginning to
blend again.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the
Pitcher while the motor is running to
prevent injuries or damages.
• When making hot food, it is highly
recommended to start at a low setting
and gradually increase the speed
setting or simply use the PULSE mode.
• When making sauces, stufng,
nuts, etc., put in between 2-3 cups
of ingredients at a time. Keep the
blending time below 2 minutes to
prevent the motor from overloading
or overheating. If the motor stops
abruptly, allow the motor temperature
to decrease before beginning to blend
again.
• Always place soft or liquid food before
hard food or ice cubes.
• Wait until the blade comes to a
complete stop before picking up the
Pitcher or else the Drive Gear may
become damaged.
• If the Motor Base gives off a burnt
smell, immediately turn off and unplug
the Power Blender. This can be caused
by abrasion of the Rubber Base. Make
sure the Rubber Base is properly
assembled. Allow appliance to cool for
at least 10 minutes before resuming
use. If smell persists, discontinue use
and call customer service.
• Do not operate for more than 10
minutes at a time.
• Extension cords are not recommended
for use with this appliance. However, if
an extension cord must be used, make
sure the electrical rating of the wire is
compatible with the Power Blender.
• Improper use of the Power Blender can
result in property damage or even in
personal injury.
• StoreBound shall not accept liability
for damages caused by improper use
of the appliance.
• This appliance has a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock,
this plug will t in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not
completely t in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician. Do not modify the
plug in any way.

BEFORE YOU START
CLEAN YOUR BLENDER AND ALL OF ITS COMPONENTS PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY AND
USE. WARNING: DO NOT SUBMERGE THE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR OTHER
LIQUIDS.
• Read the instruction manual and save it for further reference.
• Remove any stickers and packaging before use.
• Use a wet cloth to wipe down the motor base.
• Wash the Tamper, Measuring Cup, Lid, and Pitcher with soapy water and a
sponge. Use a dish brush to clean the blades. Do not use your hands.

Using Your Blender
USING YOUR BLENDER
NOTE: ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE LID IS SECURE BEFORE BLENDING. KEEP HANDS
AND UTENSILS OUT OF THE PITCHER WHEN THE BLENDER IS IN USE.
1. Place the Motor Base on a stable surface. Plug in the power cable.
2. Ensure that the Dial is in the standby position with the Position Indicator
pointing towards the Power Indicator Light.
3. Place the Pitcher on the Motor Base. The Power Indicator Light will blink
which signals that the Pitcher is in place.
4. Place ingredients in the Pitcher. We recommed placing liquid ingredients in
rst, followed by powder ingredients, and then solid ingredients.
5. Attach the Measuring Cup to the Lid by aligning the notches in the
Measuring Cup with the slots in the Lid. Insert and turn clockwise. If using
the Tamper, you can insert the Tamper into the Lid instead of the Measuring
Cup.
6. Place Lid rmly onto Pitcher.
7. Turn the Dial to a preset function of your choice and press the ON / OFF
to start blending. You can also turn the Dial to your desired speed and
the Blender will automatically begin blending. To stop, press the ON / OFF
button. To pulse, simply press and hold the ON / OFF button with the Dial in
the Standby position.
8. If needed, use the Tamper to make sure all the ingredients are mixed in
properly.
9. Once you are nished blending, unplug the Motor Base and remove the
Pitcher.
10. Clean the Pitcher immediately after each use.

Make healthy and delicious dips using Greek Yogurt as a substitute
for higher-fat alternatives like sour cream.

BLENDER SETTING GUIDE
ON / OFF & PULSE BUTTON
Ensure that the Dial is in the standby position
(the Position Idicator should be pointed
towards the Power Indicator Light). When
Blender is rst plugged in and Pitcher is placed
on the Motor Base, the Power Indicator Light
will begin blinking. To pulse, you can press and
hold the ON / OFF button.
MANUAL SETTINGS
Once the Pitcher is in place and the Power
Indicator Light is blinking, turn the Dial to the
desired blending level. The Motor Base will
automatically turn on. To turn off, either turn
the Dial back to the standby position or press
the ON / OFF button. Make sure to turn the
Dial back to the standby position with the
Position Indicator pointed towards the Power
Indicator Light when you are done blending.
Motor will stop automatically after 10 minutes
to prevent from overheating.
PRESET FUNCTIONS
To use a preset function, turn the Dial to any
of the preset functions to the left of the Power
Indicator Light. To begin blending, press the ON
/ OFF button. The motor will automacally turn
off once the cycle is nished. To end the cycle
early, simply press the ON / OFF button again.
Make sure to turn the Dial to the standby
position with the Position Indicator pointed
towards the Power Indicator Light when you are
done blending.
Soup
This seing is convenient for preparing a wide variety
of soups. The blending time is approximately 8 minutes,
resulting in piping-hot, ready-to-serve soups!
Smoothie
This seing is perfect for making smoothies, shakes, mixed
drinks, juices, and frozen drinks. The blending time is
approximately 50 seconds.
Frozen
This seing is for making frozen treats such as ice cream,
snow cones, Italian ice, and much more. The blending time is
approximately 1 minute
PRESET FUNCTIONS GUIDE
BLENDING TIP: When blending thick and sticky food, start blending at a low
setting. If the blade is jammed, use the Tamper to stir the food in the pitcher
allowing air to come out. Close the lid tightly and begin to blend again. If the
Blades are still jammed, disconnect the power and stir the blender jar using a
rubber stirrer, pressing the ingredients towards the Blades. Then close the lid
and switch on to continue blending.

MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the Motor Base before cleaning or moving the appliance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT SUBMERGE THE MOTOR BASE INTO WATER.
Thoroughly dry the Pitcher prior to storing. Do not allow any standing water
to remain around the shaft gear if storing the Pitcher upside down. Do not
wash Pitcher in the dishwasher.
TO CLEAN YOUR BLENDER
1. Remove the Pitcher from the Motor Base.
2. Empty any extra contents of the Pitcher into the trash.
3. Fill the pitcher halfway with warm water and a few drops of dish soap.
Run the blender on the ‘smoothie’ setting or pulse a few times and then
turn the Blender on a low setting for 20 seconds. Blend for more time if
necessary. Once the cycle is nished, rinse the Pitcher with hot or warm
water. Make sure to rinse the Pitcher well before using again to eliminate
any soap residue. Dry the base of the Pitcher thoroughly and wipe with a
cloth to reduce moisture.
4. Wipe down the motor base with a damp cloth.
5. Wash the Tamper and Lid in the sink with hot, soapy water.
6. When storing the Pitcher for an extended period of time, we recommend
that you store it upside down, without the lid, to allow any residual moisture

GREEN GOODNESS SMOOTHIE

Try varying the amount of spinach, kale, pineapple, or apples to get
a sweeter, more tart, or “greener” smoothie. You can also add green
pears or fresh lime juice.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 ½ cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 granny smith apple, cored and sliced
1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
Layer the ingredients in the Dash Blender starting with the pineapple chunks,
then the kale, apple, spinach, and finally the ice.
Turn the Dial to the preset function ‘smoothie’ and wait for the Blender to finish.
If necessary, you can use the Tamper to help push the ingredients down as the
blender runs. Pour your freshly made green goodness smoothie into a glass and
enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
½ cup fat-free yogurt
2 sliced peaches
½ cup raspberries
½ cup orange Juice
1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
Pour the orange juice and yogurt in the blender. Pulse three times. Add peaches,
raspberries, and ice. Set the Dial to the ‘smoothie’ function and press the ON
buon. Blender willl turn off automatically or once the smoothie has reached
your desired consistency, you can press the OFF buon to stop blending.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup of milk
½ cup of frozen strawberries
½ cup of frozen blueberries
½ cup of Greek yogurt
½ banana
2 tsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp of agave nectar or honey
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into the Dash Blender. Layer ingredients starting with liquids,
then fruits and other solid ingredients, and add ice last for best results.
Turn the dial to the preset ‘smoothie’ function and press ON. Pour the smoothie
into a large glass and garnish with fresh fruit or mint if desired.
MORNING BOOST SMOOTHIE VERY BERRY HEALTH SMOOTHIE

DIRECTIONS
Prep your squash by removing the skin and seeds. Cut into ¾” cubes.
Melt buer in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the squash and stir
until all of the cubes are coated with buer for about 3 minutes. Add the chicken
stock and spices.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Aer about 20 minutes the squash
should be tender. Allow to cool slightly.
Carefully transfer the hot ingredients into the Dash Blender using a ladle. Set the
Blender to the ‘soup’ function and blend for about 20 seconds. Season with salt
and pepper and serve in your favorite soup bowl topped with crème fraiche and
crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
FANTASTIC FALL BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

For a spicy kick, grate a ½ inch of fresh ginger into your soup. The
hot, fragrant spice of fresh ginger can be cooled with a dollop of
Greek yogurt.

4 (15 oz) cans of diced tomatoes
1 small onion (peeled)
2 cups broth (your choice)
2 tbsp buer
2 tbsp of flour
½ cup of fresh basil or 2 tbsp dried basil
½ cup heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Add all of the ingredients except heavy cream, salt, and pepper into the Dash
Blender. Turn the dial to the ‘soup’ function and press ON. Wait for the Blender
to finish. Add heavy cream to blender and pulse until incorporated. Season with
salt and pepper.
Pour your freshly made soup into your favorite bowl and garnish with basil.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb fresh asparagus
2 cups vegetable broth
½ cup whole milk
2 tsp flour
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
shredded parmesan
crème fraiche or Greek
yogurt, whipped until
smooth
chives, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Chop off the white ends of the asparagus. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water
or cook in the microwave for a few minutes. Add asparagus, broth, milk, flour,
and garlic powder to the Blender. Turn the Dial to the ‘soup’ seing and blend
until smooth (about 8 minutes).
Season soup with salt and pepper. Then, add the yogurt and lemon juice and
pulse until incorporated. Pour into bowls and garnish with the shredded cheese,
crème fraiche, and some fresh chives.

TURKEY PEAR SWEET POTATO BABY FOOD

INGREDIENTS
8 oz roasted turkey breast, cubed
1 small sweet potato
2 pears, cored
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-3 tbsp water
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prick a small sweet potato with a fork and place it
on a cookie sheet in the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes. You can also cook the
sweet potato in the microwave - prick the skin with a fork and place it in the
microwave on HI for 5 minutes. Allow sweet potato to cool slightly. Then cut it in
half and scoop the cooked interior into the Blender. Add the turkey, cored pears,
and olive oil with 1 tbsp of water.
Turn the Dial to the preset ‘smoothie’ function and press ON. Using the Tamper,
press ingredients towards the blades and blend until smooth. For thinner baby
food, add more water to adjust the consistency and pulse until incorporated. health tip

Add salt & lime to taste. Adding more salt will bring out the
naturally buery flavor of the avocado while the acidity of the lime
will keep the guacamole from turning brown.

2 Haas avocados, peeled
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ tomato
¼ cup of red onion
1 lime squeezed
1 tablespoon cilantro
¼ jalapeño pepper
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine all your ingredients into the Blender and blend on the ‘frozen’ function.
Use the Tamper to press the ingredients towards the blades. Press OFF when the
guacamole has reached your desired consistency.
Serve in your favorite dip bowl with some corn tortilla chips or sliced veggies.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cucumber
1 tbsp salt
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
Place the cucumber, salt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, and
fresh dill into the blender. Turn the Dial to a medium seing and pulse for a few
seconds.
Add the Greek yogurt and sour cream. Turn the speed down to a lower seing
and pulse until smooth. Garnish with dill and serve with pita. You can also use
tzatziki as a sauce for cooked meats, on top of your favorite sandwich, or even
mixed into mashed potatoes!

INGREDIENTS
½ cup and 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
divided
3 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup chopped walnuts
8 oz baby kale, washed
20-30 fresh basil leaves, washed
salt and coarse black pepper, to taste
½ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
DIRECTIONS
Heat 1 ½ tbsp olive oil and garlic on low heat. Add walnuts and lightly toast. Set
aside to cool.
Add kale, basil, ½ cup olive oil, salt, and pepper to the Power Blender. Blend until
smooth and creamy. Add garlic, walnuts, and grated cheese. Pulse a few times to
combine. Toss pesto with your favorite pasta and enjoy!

1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon
juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Place the egg, lemon juice, salt, and dry mustard in the Dash Blender. Blend on
low. While the blender is running, drizzle the olive oil slowly into the mixture
through hole in the Lid. Blend until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
Refrigerate.
* Consuming raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of foodborne
illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
2 garlic cloves
⅓ cup lemon juice
¼ cup tahini paste
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
black olives, paprika, and parsley for
garnish
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients, except the garnish, into the Dash Power Blender. Blend
until creamy and thick. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time for a thinner
consistency. Garnish with parsley, paprika, and chopped black olives.

16 oz bag of roasted peanuts
1 tbsp peanut oil (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Mix the peanuts with the peanut oil and pour the mixture into the Pitcher. On
the ‘frozen’ seing, blend the peanuts until smooth using the Tamper to push the
ingredients towards the blades. For chunky peanut buer, add some chopped
peanuts and pulse until incorporated.
Store your smooth peanut buer in a sealed container in the fridge. It will be
good for about 2 weeks.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups old-fashioned oats (divided)
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup dates, chopped
¼ cup walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Add 1 cup of oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the blender. Blend until
oats are
powdered like flour.
Add the chopped dates and walnuts to the blender. Pulse a few times to break
down the dates, and nuts. Add remaining oats and pulse to combine.
Store in a container for up to 3 months in a cool, dry pantry.
To make an individual serving, add ½ cup of the oatmeal mixture to a small
bowl. Pour ¾ cup boiling water or milk over the oats. Stir. Let stand for 1 minute
and stir again. Garnish with apple slices. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 large ripe bananas
2 large eggs
2 tbsp peanut buer
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Add the old fashioned oats to the blender and pulse a few times until the oats
are almost completely broken down. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate
chips and blend until just combined. If baer is warm, allow to cool. Add in
chocolate chips and gently stir with a thin spatula.
Pour into muffin tin cups. Do not overfill the cups. Bake for 15 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to
cool slightly before removing from pan. Enjoy!
CHOCOLATE CHIP OAT MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
1 cup unbleached flour
1 egg
½ ripe banana
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp oil
pinch of salt
½ cup blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients except blueberries to blender and pulse until smooth. Remove
Pitcher from Base and add blueberries. Gently mix with a thin spatula, being
careful to avoid the blades.
Pour baer onto a griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides. Top with
maple syrup or your favorite fruits and serve.
