first of all we would like to thank you for having bought your new ECOLOGIC PELLETS STOVE
“STOVE ITALY”
The stoves “STOVE ITALY” are the results of su essful resear hes, innovation and quality together
with refined style.
Here follow the mai features of “STOVE ITALY” stoves:
• SIMPLICITY of use, thanks to the ontrol panelwith display;
• PRACTICITY of use, with ample drawer for the ash, infrared remote ontrol, telephone lighting GMS
(optional);
• PROGRAMMATION, thanks to a programmer with 8/10 lighting and 8/10 turning off per day/week
depending on the model;
• SELF-ADJUSTABLE, with a thermostat whi h optimize the pellets onsumption and grant the best
omfort;
• EFFICIENCY, for high performan es whi h means saving money;
• SILENT with 5 ventilation speeds ;
• ELECTRONIC COMBUSTION CONTROL, patented ele troni system with mi ropro essor and
te hnology able to re ognize the type of introdu ed pellets and able to regulate the stove
automati ally, garantees an optimal ombustion with a total re-use the fumes. It also allows a self
adjusting hemney draft system (DARWIN system)

CIFIC COMPETENCE
THE AUTHORIZED OPERATORS MUST MAKE SURE TO BE IN GOOD MENTAL-PHYSICAL FA-
CULTIES BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY INTERVENTION, IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THE SA-
FETY CONDITIONS
THE AUTHORISED OPERATORS ARE FORBIDDEN TO WEAR CLOTHES AND ACCESSORIES
WHICH COULD ENTANGLED IN THE STOVE: LOOSE CLOTHING, TIES, BELTS,
NECKLACES,BRACELETS, WATCHS, EARRINGS, RINGS, ETC

WARRANTY
1) DECLARATION OF WARRANTY (As per the community rule 1999/44/CE)
The manufacturer guarantees to replace the stove or repa r f the stove shows defects wh ch com-
prom se the correct use and funct on ng, f these defects are traced to the real respons b l ty of the
manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the r ght to adopt the best solut on to recover the confor-
m ty of the stove n a reasonable per od of t me.
2) CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
The buyer must f ll n each part of the Certificate of Warranty at page 2, and send a copy (w th n 8
days from the date of nstallat on and f rst l ght ng) to the manufacturer together w th a copy of the
purchase document (f scal t cket or nvo ce) and of the Test Certificate at pag.3.
3) BUYER
The buyer s cons dered “consumer” when the purchase s effected by a person wh ch acts w th
purposes wh ch are not related to ts commerc al or profess onal act v ty;

4) TIME LIMIT
The manufacturer s respons ble when the conform ty defect appears w th n the follow ng t me l -
m ts:24 months f the purchase has been effected by a “consumer” as descr bed at po nt 3); 12
months f the purchase has been effected by a “professional or company” as descr bed at po nt 3)
5) VALIDITY
The warranty s val d when the buyer reports the conform ty defect to the manufacturer w th n 2
(two) months from the date of the defect statement. Th s report must be sent to the manufacturer
together w th the purchase document.
6) WARRANTY INVALIDATION
The warranty s no longer val d n case the buyer uses the stove n a non correct way and/or not n
accordance w th the nstruct ons for the nstallat on, use and ma ntenance suppl ed by the manufac-
turer, or n case that the conform ty defect has been caused by the buyer.
7) EXCLUSIONS
The mater al and components subm tted to natural wear such as glasses, gaskets, ember, bask, f re
breaker, refractory and the pa nt ng are excluded from the warranty.
8) LIABILITY
The manufacturer s exempted from any respons b l ty for damages to the buyer com ng from non-
funct on ng or part al funct on ng of the stove due to poss ble conform ty defects.
9) EXPENSES
The expenses for the necessary work to restore the conform ty of the stove are charged to the bu-
yer, wh le the expenses for the mater als are charged to the manufacturer. The expenses and the
method of sh pp ng must be agreed w th the manufacturer or author zed reseller.
