User Manual
Please read these instructions carefully and retain for future reference.
HUD main features
1. Automatic adaptation for most modern vehicle makes, suitable for vehicles with
OBDII or EUOBD (onboard automatic diagnostic system). Plug and Play.
2. 3” screen and high-definition display.
3. Multi-color design makes the screen more vibrant and easier to read.
4. The use of nano-technology to eliminate unwanted reflections and can make
display information sharper.
5. Comprehensive information: speed, revs speed, water temperature, battery voltage,
low voltage alarm, high temperature alarm, speed alarm.
6. Auto power on and off when vehicle is started or stopped, providing effective
protection of the car battery; while retaining the manual switch mode, so easier to
control HUD.
7. Automatic and manual brightness adjustment mode, aiding driving without excess
glare.
HUD Button function
1OBDII interface, to connect
the vehicle OBDII interface.
2Button for power On and Off.
3. Swivel button: Up button (Push the swivel button up to scroll up), OK button
(press in to select), Down button (Push the swivel button down to scroll down).

HUD display information
1. Light sensors: brightness can be changed to automatically adjust to the outside
brightness.
2. Rev speed: indicates the rotating status of the engine and the scale measured
represents the speed reached.
3. Rev speed unit: indicates the rotating status of the engine,1 means 1000/min
4. Unit markdegree C Centigrade, F Fahrenheit, V voltage, MPH-Mile per hour,
KM/H-kilometer per hour
5. Multi-function display: speed, voltage, water temperature.
6. Alarm mark: low voltage alarm, high temperature alarm, speed alarm.
HUD installation
1. Know the type of your vehicle. When purchasing HUD, you need to choose
the type of vehicle that meets the OBDII standards (or EU OBD) for normal
use. Open the engine hood and find the sticker below it (see the below picture
1), if it has words like OBDII CERTIFIED, then it can be installed.
2. Find out the 16 pin diagnostic link (see the below picture 2) of the vehicle and
connect it using the OBDII connecting cable.

Reflection film installation
First, place the supplied non-slip mat on the dashboard, and place the HUD on it.
Second, please stick the reflection film on the windscreen.
Please Note:
The HUD will project the display information on the car windscreen, if you see a
double image on the windscreen when the HUD is projecting information, you will
need to install the reflection film (supplied) on the windscreen. If you can see a clear
display of information, then there is no need to use the reflection film.
The reflecting film should be pasted above the host machine and it should be able to
reflect the whole display screen.
Methods of pasting the film:
1. Spray some water on the place that the film will be pasted on the windscreen;
2. Remove the backing sheetmarked 1) of reflection film and place on the
windscreen in the required position.
3. After you have adjusted the location, you can use an anti scratch board or
something else flat to burnish the refelection film and squeeze the water out
until there are no bubble sor water in it.
4. Tear off the front side (marked 2) of the reflection film.
The first use of HUD
Start engine and power on HUD, showing the current vehicle voltage and then enter
to search ECU state, if the HUD shows speed, rotating speed, indicating that HUD has
been installed successfully. (After 1 minute, or if only display the voltage, please
check whether HUD, OBDII interface, and OBD data cable are connected correctly
Then press the HUD power switch, and start again)
HUDsetting
HUD display information is from ECU, you can now enter the setup mode to
fine-tune the HUD display value, in order to achieve exactly the same value as
dashboard. We have adjusted HUD according to the general test values at the factory,
if you find HUD display information is different from dashboard, then make the
following adjustments:

1. Press the swivel button for a few seconds then push the swivel button up to
enter each setting mode.
After you enter the setting mode, push up the swivel button, the menu will increase by
one. Pulling down the swivel button the menu will decrease by one. After finish the
adjustment, push up the swivel button for 5s to return to the display interface.
