1．Použitie
1.1 Ručný paletový vozík je nízkozdvižné prepravnézariadenie, ktoréje určené na prepravu paletizovaného
nákladu. Zariadenie umožňuje stabilnézdvíhanie, ľahko sa obsluhuje, je bezpečné a spoľahlivé.
1.2 Používajte iba na pevnom, rovnom a nekĺzavom povrchu bez dier alebo prekážok.
1.3 Osvetlenie pracovnej plochy musí byť minimálne 50 luxov.
1.4 Polomer otáčania je 1265 - 1335 mm.

3. Zostavenie ručného paletového vozíka
3.1 Pozrite si obr. 1 a vytiahnite čapový hriadeľ 23.

3.2 Vložte rukoväť 8 do polohy A. Rukovať 8 a telo zdviháku 31 spojte dokopy pomocou hriadeľa 23.
3.3 Hriadeľ zaistite tým, že do príslušného otvoru v hriadeli 23 vložte zaisťovací kolík 24.
3.4 Pretiahnite reťaz rukoväte 10 otvorom v hriadeli 23.

3.5 Zaskrutkujte skrutku a maticu na konci reťaze 10 zakotvite do drážky páky 52. Pozri obr. 2 a obr. 4
3.6 Pozrite si obr. 3. Umiestnite rukoväť 8 do vodorovnej polohy, vytiahnite zaisťovací kolík B a odložte ho
pre budúce použitie pri výmene rukoväte. Montáž je dokončená.
4. Test vozíka
4.1 Po dokončení montáže otestujte funkčnosť rukoväti. Skontrolujte funkcie zdvíhania, uvoľnenia
a spúšťania. Pozri obr. 5.
4.2 Skrutka 53 na Obr. 4 sa používa na nastavenie reakcie vozíka. Ak vozík klesá príliš prudko po jeho
zdvihnutí, je potrebné otočiť skrutkou 53 proti smeru hodinových ručičiek. Postup opakujte až kým reakcia
vozíka nie je normálna. Ak vozík neklesá po jeho zodvihnutí, otočte skrutkou 53 v smere hodinových
ručičiek. Externá 6-hranná matica 54 a 53 má uzamykaciu funkciu. Je potrebné ju preto uvoľniť pred
nastavením. Po ukončení nastavovania externú 6-hrannú maticu zaskrutkujte.

5. Návod na obsluhu
5.1 Pred prevádzkou vozíka sa uistite, že hmotnosť nákladu nepresahuje stanovenú nosnosť.
5.2 Spôsob uloženia nákladu je zobrazený na Obr. 6.
5.3 Pozrite Obr. 5, keď páčka 1 je v polohe zdvíhanie. Pumpovaním rukoväte sa vozík bude zdvíhať.
5.4 Pozrite Obr. 5, keď páčka 1 je v uvoľnenej polohe. Po uchopení rukoväte sa vozík nedvíha ani neklesá.
Táto pozícia slúži na presun vozíka.
5.5 Pozrite Obr. 5, keď páčka 1 je v polohe spúšťanie, vozík spustí náklad na podlahu. Vidlice vozíka sa
automaticky spustia.

5.6 Pozrite Obr. 5, keď je páčka 3 umiestnená v dolnej polohe s vozíkom je možné pohybovať sa.
5.7 Pozrite Obr. 5, keď je páčka 3 umiestnená v hornej polohe vozík je zabrzdený a nie je možné s ním
pohybovať.
5.8 Pozrite Obr. 5, páčka 2 slúži na uvoľnenie brzdy.
6. Bezpečnosť pri manipulácii s paletovým vozíkom.
6.1 Počas používania noste vhodný pracovný odev, bezpečnostnú obuv a pracovné rukavice.
6.2 Vozík by mal byť uzamknutý aby sa zabránilo jeho náhodnému pohybu.
6.3 V prípade, že sa paletový vozík nepoužíva, umiestnite páčku 3 do dolnej polohy. (paletový vozík je
zabrzdený)
6.4 Ak sa paletový vozík používa na nakladanie tovaru do automobilov pohybujte s ním pomaly pre
zaistenie bezpečnosti.
6.5 Neparkujte paletový vozík na svahu alebo v únikových chodbách.
6.6 Ak sa paletový vozík používa na svahu, mal by obsluhujúci pracovník manipulovať s paletovým vozíkom
opatrne a nachádzať sa na vrchu svahu.
6.7 Vidlice by sa mali spustiť do najnižšej polohy, v prípade, že paletový vozík nepoužívate.
6.8 Nepoužívajte paletový vozík keď prší.
6.9 Je zakázané, aby používateľ pri manipulácií s paletovým vozíkom na ňom sedel alebo stál.
6.10 Paletový vozík neotáčajte na svahu.
6.11 Náklad nezdvíhajte príliš vysoko, aby sa zabránilo pádu alebo prevráteniu tovaru.
6.12 Paletový vozík nepoužívajte na prepravu osôb.
6.13 Nekvalifikovaný personál nesmie obsluhovať paletový vozík, aby sa predišlo zraneniam.
6.14 Predtým, ako budete prepravovať paletový vozík vo výťahu sa uistite či výťah unesie celkové zaťaženie.
(paletovývozík + náklad + obsluha + iné osoby vo výťahu). Pri vstupe do výťahu by mal byť náklad naložený
ako prvý. Vo výťahu by sa nemali nachádzať žiadne osoby keď do neho paletový vozík vstupuje alebo z neho
vystupuje.
6.15 Paletový vozík skladujte v suchom a dobre vetranom prostredí.
7. Kontrola pred použitím
Ak sa vozík dlhšie nepoužíva je potrebné skontrolovať či sa do hydraulického systému nedostal vzduch.
Je to možné eliminovať nasledovne:
Nastavte páku 1 do pozície spúšťanie. Pohybujte rukoväťou 4-6 krát. V prípade potreby opakujte postup
niekoľko krát.
8. Spôsob uloženia a stanovená hmotnosť
Ideálny spôsob naloženia tovaru je v strede ťažiska vidlíc. Hmotnosť nákladu musí byť znížená ak sa ťažisko
nenachádza v strede vidlíc. Maximálna nosnosť je zobrazená na výrobnom štítku.
9. Olej
Približné množstvo oleja ktoré potrebuje zdvihák je 250ml (alebo 0,25kg). Odporúčaní typ oleja je typ 32#
pri rozsahu vonkajšej teploty od -5~40℃.
10. Starostlivosť a údržba
Nepoužívajte pokazený vozík, čím predĺžite a zvýšite servisný interval. Odporúča sa náhradné diely používať
len originálne od výrobcu. Všetky rotačné diely by mali byť každé 3 mesiace premazané.

Pravidelná kontrola by sa mala vykonávať každý deň a každý abnormálny jav by sa mal riešiť okamžite. Na
predĺženie životnosti nepoužívajte poškodený paletový vozík. Ak sa vyskytnú nejaké poškodenia, obráťte sa
na odborníka. Ak je potrebné vymeniť diely, nové diely by mal poskytnúť pôvodný výrobca. Všetky
pohyblivé časti zariadenia namažte každé tri mesiace. Dbajte aby kolesá a osky neboli obalené nečistotami.
Je potrebné dbať na ľahký chod koliesok pre zaistenie bezpečnosti prevádzky.

Keď sa pumpuje
rukoväťou , vidlice

späť po ich vyčistení.
UPOZORNENIA:
13.1 Pozorne si prečítajte návod na obsluhu a oboznámte sa so všetkými funkciami paletového vozíka.
13.2 Nepohybujte rukoväťou vysokou rýchlosťou a frekvenciou!
13.3 Náklad nenakladajte vysokou rýchlosťou！
13.4 Vidlice nepreťažujte. Preťaženie môže zabrániť tomu, aby paletový vozík normálne pracoval.
13.5 Stred ťažiska nákladu by mal byť uprostred vidlíc. V prípade potreby posuňte náklad aby ste paletový
vozík vyvážili.
13.6 Nenakladajte nepaletované, nestabilné voľné a ľahko zosúvateľné tovary.
13.7 V prípade, že paletový vozík nefunguje, uistite sa, že sú vidlice vozíka v najnižšej polohe a je vypnute
napájanie!
13.8 Je zakázané nakladať ľudí a nechať ich stáť na vidliciach. Neumiestňujte žiadnu časť tela pod náklad.
13.9 Paletový vozík nepoužívajte na nedostatočne osvetlenom pracovisku!
13.10 Nezastavujte vozík otočením rukoväte o 90°.
13.11 Nepoužívajte hroty vidlíc vozíka ako páku.
13.12 Nepoužívajte vozík ako zdvíhacie zariadenie.

13.13 Zabráňte priamemu kontaktu paletového vozíka s potravinami.
13.14 Paletový vozík nepoužívajte vo výbušnom prostredí!
13.15 Počas prevádzky venujte dostatočnú pozornosť vykonávanej práci aby sa predišlo nebezpečenstvu
pomliaždenia niektorej časti vášho tela.
13.16 Paletový vozík sa musí používať, udržiavať a opravovať podľa požiadaviek výrobcu.

1．Applicable Range
1.1 Hand pallet truck is a low lift transportation tool which is limited to move palletized cargo. This kind of
truck possesses the feature of stable lifting, easy operation, safety and reliability etc.
1.2 The working place must be non-slip, hard and flat ground without holes or obstacles.
1.3 The ambient lighting is 50 lux at least.
1.4 The turning radius is 1265-1335mm.

3．Assembly of hand pallet truck
3.1 Please refer to Fig.1, and pull out the pin shaft 23

3.2 Insert Handle Tube 8 into Position A. Connect Handle tube 8 and the pump body 31 via the pin shaft 23.
3.3 And then put the spring pin 24 through the pin shaft 23 to get fixed.
3.4 Cross the chain 10 of the Handle Tube through the hole of the pin shaft 23. Please refer to Fig.2.

3.5 Put the Screw and nut at the end of chain 10 into the slot of the lever plate 52. Please refer to Fig.2 and
Fig.4.
3.6 Refer to Fig.3, raise handle 8 to a horizontal position, pull out pin B and keep it appropriately to be used
for Handle replacement next time. The assembling is completed.

4. Test of hand pallet truck
4.1 After the truck is assembled, try to rock the hand grip and operate different positions of control handle
knob 1 to examine the lifting, free position and dropping and check that whether the different positions are
normal or not. See fig 5.

4.2 The screw 53 in fig 4 is used to adjust the truck situation. When the truck body drops immediately after
it is lifted, you should turn the screw 53 a little counter-clockwise. And then try the truck again until truck
body could lift normally. If the truck body couldn’t drop after it is lifted, you should turn the screw 53 a
little clockwise. And then try to operate truck again until the truck body could drop normally. The external
hexagon nut 54 at screw 53 plays the locking function in the truck. So you should undo the external
hexagon nut before adjustment. And screw down the nut after you finish the adjustment.
5. Operation Manual
5.1 Before operation of the hand pallet truck please make sure that whether the cargo weight exceeds the
rated load or not.
5.2 The cargo loading type is shown as fig 6.
5.3 See fig5.1, when hand knob 1 is placed on the lift position, the truck will be in a state of lift. At this time,
if you rock the hand grip, the truck will be lifted.
5.4 See fig 5, when hand knob 1 is placed on the free position, the truck will travel. At this time, if you rock
the hand grip, the truck will neither lift nor drop. Then, you can use the truck to move the cargo.
5.5 See fig 5, when the hand knob 1 is placed on
the drop position, truck forks will drop. At this time, the truck forks will drop automatically.
5.6 See fig 5, when the hand knob 3 is placed blow, the truck will be in a state of free walking.
5.7 See fig 5, when the hand knob 3 is placed above, the truck will be in a state of brake.
5.8 See fig 5, hand knob 2 is used for release brake.

6. Points for attention and safety norms.
6.1 The operators must put on the work clothes, safety shoes and gloves during the operation of the hand
pallet truck.
6.2 When the hand pallet trucks are transported by truck, the hand pallet trucks should be locked in order
to prevent the trucks from moving.
6.3 When the hand pallet truck is not in use, the brake hand knob 3 should be placed on brake position to
make the truck is in a state of brake.
6.4 When the hand pallet truck is used for the motor vehicle, the truck must be moved slowly to ensure
safety.
6.5 Do not park the truck on the slope or in emergency passages.
6.6 When the hand pallet truck is used on the slope, the operator should operate the pallet truck carefully
to ensure the operator on top of the slope.
6.7 When the hand pallet truck is not in use, the forks should be lowered to the lowest position.
6.8 Do not use the truck in rainy environment.
6.9 It is forbidden for the operator to sit or stand on the hand pallet truck to operate the truck.
6.10 It is forbidden to make turns on the slope.
6.11 Do not pile the cargo too high in order to prevent the goods from falling down or overturning of the
truck.
6.12 Do not use the hand pallet truck to carry people.
6.13 Untrained personnel are not allowed to stand around the operation area in order to avoid injury
caused by sudden malfunction.
6.14 Before the hand pallet truck is pushed into the elevator, the operator shall make sure that the elevator
can bear the total load of hand pallet truck and cargo as well as the total weight of the operator and other
personnel in the elevator. When entering the elevator, people should let the load enter first but not
operator. When the load or hand pallet truck enters or leaves the elevator, other personnel should not stay
in the elevator.
6.15 The hand pallet truck should be stored in dry and ventilated environment.
7. Inspection before use
If the hand pallet truck is not used for a long time, air may get into the hydraulic system. Due to this, the
trouble can be eliminated by the following method:
Turn the hand knob to the drop position and rock the handle for 4 to 6 times. Then release the operation
knob. If necessary, the process can be repeated for several times until the hand pallet truck can be
operated normally.
8. Loading type and rated weight
The ideal loading type is that the gravity center of the cargo is just in the middle of the truck forks. The
rated weight must be reduced when the cargo gravity center is not in the middle of the truck forks. The
rated weight is shown as the label.
9. Oil
The oil capacity which oil pump needs is about 250 ml (or 0.25 kg). According to the ISO oil criterion, the
choice of oil is 32# when the environment temperature during -5~40 ℃. The choice of oil is low
temperature oil when the environment temperature during -35~-5℃.
10. Maintenance and upkeep
The routine check should be carried out daily and every abnormal phenomenon should be dealt with
immediately. Please do not use faulty truck in order to prolong the service life. If there are any faults,
please consult the professional. If it is necessary to replace the parts, the new parts should be provided by

the original manufacturer. All the rotary joints should renew the motor oil every three months. Especially
pay more attention to the place between wheel and axis. Make sure that there is not any yarn or other rags
in order to keep all wheels running with handiness. After the maintenance and upkeep, plase record in the
list below:

When the handle is rocked, the forks drop
immediately after they are lifted; the
handle returns or the forks drop markedly

The valve of oil pump is

the parts. Then re-install the
parts after they are cleaned.
12．Disposal of waste oil
The waste hydraulic oil shall be disposed in terms of relative laws. And it is forbidden to pouring out
anywhere.
13．Warning level 
13.1 Please read the operation instruction carefully before you operate the hand pallet truck and learn
about all the features of this type of hand pallet truck.
13.2 Don’t rock the hand grip at a high speed and in a high frequency!
13.3 Don’t load the cargo at a high speed！
13.4 Do not overload the forks. Overloading could keep the hand pallet truck from working normally.

13.5 The gravity center of cargo should be in the middle of truck forks. The offset of cargo could make hand
pallet truck out of balance！
13.6 Don’t load loose or unstable goods!
13.7 When the truck does not work, make sure that the truck forks are on the lowest position and the
power should be cut off!
13.8 It is forbidden to load people and let them stand on the forks to slide. Don’t put any part of body
below the cargo.
13.9 Do not use the hand pallet truck at an insufficiently illuminated place!
13.10 Do not park the hand pallet truck by turning the hand grip to the right!
13.11 Do not use the hand pallet truck as bumper jack!
13.12 The extremity of fork arms shall not be used as a lever to lift a load!
13.13 It is forbidden to contact the truck with goods or cargo directly!
13.14 Do not use the hand pallet truck in a potentially explosive atmosphere!
13.15 During the operation of the hand pallet truck, the operator should pay more attention to the feet and
any body part so as to avoid the risk of being crushed.
13.16 The truck shall be used, serviced and repaired according to the manufacturer’s requirements.
