INTRODUCTION
WE CONGRATULATE YOU WITH BUYING ONE OR MORE
UNIKARS.
You achieved a very helpful, handsome designed, universal lifting- and transport device.
UNIKAR is standard equipped with a handy parking brake and a security handle. This security handle prevents
from lifting in the wrong rotation direction of the handle, it does lock and secure the load at any height and it
lowers the load smoothly. It is also equipped with a special low-noise winch.

SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 SAFETY MEASURES
Not to be used for lifting persons
Drive with a lowered load only
Drive UNIKAR as much as possible by pulling (rather than by pushing), especially on a rough
surface. This is more secure and easier.
Please pay attention to the sticker at the blue cover where the maximum load is indicated.

(16 turns for the complete stroke)

3 MAINTENANCE
UNIKAR is equipped with a maintenance-free lifting belt (instead of a rope or a chain). Normally the UNIKAR is
maintenance-free, but if it is very frequently used, you could put a bit of graphit grease on the trapez thread of
the handle. Therefore turn the handle anti-clockwise with a load of minimum 20 kg till the handle gets off from
the thread.
Also the rear wheels can be greased.
ATTENTION
Do not grease the friction surface of the handle!
Then turn the handle clockwise till it lifts the load again.
